Funeral services for Carl Leamon Forester, 74, Alton, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, 2002, at Clary Chapel in Alton, with Brother Jerry Sisco officiating.
Mr. Forester died Monday, Aug. 5, 2002, at Ozarks Medical Center, West Plains.
Visitation will be 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Cave Springs Cemetery under the direction of Clary Funeral Home of Alton.

Funeral services for Mabel L. Taylor, 95, West Plains, and formerly of Thayer, will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, 2002, at Carr-Montgomery Chapel in Thayer, with Brother Bill Banks officiating.
Mrs. Taylor died 4 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 4, 2002, at West Vue Nursing Home, West Plains.
The body will lie in state at the funeral home from 9 a.m. today until service time.
Burial will be in Thayer Cemetery under the direction of Carr-Montgomery Funeral Home.

Goldia L. Person, 83, Conroe, Texas, and formerly of Springfield, died Thursday, Aug. 1, 2002, at Conroe.
Burial will be in Morningside Cemetery, Mead, Neb.

Graveside services for Peyton Brian Massey, infant son of Brian and Jessica Riley Massey of Marshall, will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11, 2002, at Hale Cemetery, Dora, with the Rev. Michael Hibbard of Marshall officiating under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home of West Plains.
Peyton died Monday, Aug. 5, 2002, at Fitzgibbon Hospital, Marshall.
David Hackworth services Monday
Graveside services for David J. Hackworth, 65, West Plains, will be 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, 2002, at Myrtle Cemetery, with the Rev. Ron Blanks officiating under the direction of Carter Funeral Home of West Plains.
Mr. Hackworth died 2:45 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10, 2002, at his home.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean Conflict.

Mrs. Smith died Thursday, Oct. 10, 2002. After a brief hospital stay with terminal cancer, she died at her home surrounded by loving friends and family.
Visitation will be 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Harry Pierce Sr. services held
Funeral services for Harry 'Bud' Pierce Sr., 82, West Plains, were July 13, 2003, at Elk Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church near West Plains, with Pastor Dale Brown officiating.
Mr. Pierce died July 10, 2003, at Veterans Administration Hospital, St. Louis.
He served in the U.S. Army 3rd Division as a medic during World War II.
St. Louis Cremation Service was in charge of arrangements.

Funeral Sunday for Lester Ross
Funeral services for Lester Oren Ross Jr., 54, of Ash Flat, Ark., will be 2 p.m. Sunday, June 6, 2004, at Agnos Church of Christ, under the direction of the Cox-Blevins Funeral Home of Salem, Ark.
Mr. Ross died Thursday, June 3, 2004, in Louisville, Ky.
He was born May 9, 1950, at Salem, Ark., son of Lester Oren Ross and Blanche Faulkenberry.
He was united in marriage June 30, 1968, at Ash Flat to Ginger Gibson. To this union two children were born.
Mr. Ross was employed as a foreman by Pike Electrical Construction Company.
He had attended Salem High School, and for 25 years had been employed by North Arkansas Electric Cooperative.
He attended services at Agnos Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Marty Ross of Ash Flat; a daughter, Cindy Sutton, Tupelo, Miss.; grandchildren Savannah and Emilee Sutton of Tupelo; a sister, Barbara Hubbell and husband, Harry, of Salem, Ark.; his mother-in-law, Guelda Gibson of Ash Flat; and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jo Ross; and his father and mother.
Calling hours will be 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Cox-Blevins Chapel.
Burial will be at Agnos Cemetery under the direction of the funeral home.
Jami “Roberts” Eby
Jami Lee “Roberts” Eby, 24, Pomona. Died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2005, near Pomona. Carter Funeral Home, Inc., West Plains.
Funeral services for Jami Lee “Roberts” Eby, 24, Pomona, Mo., will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2005, at Deeper Life United Pentecostal Church, West Plains, Mo., with Pastor Joseph Geuin and the Rev. Marcus Geuin officiating under the direction of Carter Funeral Home, West Plains.
He was a husband, and a loving son and father. His family was his life.

James J.D. Collins
James J.D. Collins, born Feb. 24, 1937, in Gainesville, Mo., passed away Feb. 5, 2005, at the age of 67.
His memorial service was Feb. 5 in Lawrenceville, Ga.
J.D. was raised around the Siloam Springs and West Plains area.
Survived include his wife, Juanita; two children, James Jr. and Elizabeth, Atlanta, Ga.; his sister, Virginia Lucille Blattel, Springfield, Mo.; one brother, Delmar Collins and wife, Norma, West Plains, Mo.; and many family members, nieces, nephews and friends in West Plains and other areas.
Robert Herrold
Robert Daniel Herrold, 51, passed away March 5, 2005. Private memorial services will be held.
