SAM WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO HAZEL RANDOLPH ON OCTOBER 28, 1967, IN GRANITE CITY, ILLINOIS.
SAM IS SURVIVED BY ONE STEP-SON, LEE F. WHEELER AND WIFE CLARICE OF WILDWOOD, ONE GRANDDAUGHTER, DONNA STEETS AND HUSBAND JOHN OF MARYLAND HEIGHTS, THREE GREAT GRANDCHILDREN, ASHLEY AND ZACHARY LOKEY AND BRANDON FORTUNE, ONE BROTHER, GEORGE EDWARD ROBINSON OF DINUBA, CALIFORNIA, FOUR SISTERS, MAE CROSS OF POPLAR BLUFF, MAUDIE MOHR OF POPLAR BLUFF, MARY WOOD OF POPLAR BLUFF, MARTHA SMITH OF OKLAHOMA, IN ADDITION TO HIS NATURAL FAMILY, SAM WAS BLESSED WITH A "GOD GIVEN" EXTENDED FAMILY, DALE AND MARY ANN PRATT, THEIR CHILDREN TIM, VICKI, ERIN, PAUL AND SCOTT, ALONG WITH THEIR SPOUSES AND CHILDREN. IN ADDITION TO HIS PARENTS SAM WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS WIFE, HAZEL ROBINSON AND ONE GRANDDAUGHTER, LINDA WHEELER FORTUNE.
SAM WAS A MEMBER OF THE GREAT HOPE FELLOWSHIP CHURCH WHERE HE WAS ACTIVE IN ITS MANY ACTIVITIES.
SAM ENJOYED HIS GRANDCHILDREN AND GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN TREMENDOUSLY. HE LOVED GARDENING AND ENJOYED TEACHING HIS GRANDCHILDREN ALL HE KNEW ABOUT PLANTING AND HARVESTING. A TREASURED MEMORY WILL BE OF HIM HOLDING A GRANDCHILD IN HIS LAP WHILE HE CUT GRASS.
VISITATION WAS HELD TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2000, FROM 4:00 P.M. TO 8:00 P.M. AT MOORE FUNERAL HOME IN POTOSI. A VETERANS MEMORIAL SERVICE WAS HELD BY VFW POST 6996 AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE MOORE CHAPEL.
FUNERAL SERVICES WERE CONDUCTED WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2000, AT 10:00 A.M. AT THE CHAPEL WITH REVEREND LYNN THEBEAU OFFICIATING. BURIAL WAS IN LAKE CHARLES PARK Cemetery, ST. ANN, MISSOURI, UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MOORE FUNERAL HOME, POTOSI.

THELMA DEPARTED THIS LIFE AT GEORGIAN GARDENS NURSING HOME ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2000, HAVING REACHED THE AGE OF EIGHTY- YEARS, ELEVEN MONTHS AND SIX DAYS.
THELMA WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO PAUL ESSMYER ON MAY 23, 1983, IN IRONTON, MISSOURI.
THELMA IS SURVIVED BY HER HUSBAND, PAUL ESSMYER OF CADET, ONE SON JIM JORDAN OF ALTON, ILLINOIS, THREE BROTHERS, CHUCK KELLERMAN OF ST. LOUIS, BOB KELLERMAN OF BRANSON, NOON KELLERMAN OF BRANSON, ONE SISTER, DOROTHY ASHER AND HUSBAND REVEREND HARRY OF ST. LOUIS AND BY MANY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. IN ADDITION TO HER PARENTS THELMA WAS ALSO PRECEDED IN DEATH BY ONE BROTHER, JOHN KELLERMAN, HER FIRST HUSBAND, SYLVESTER PETTUS AND HER SECOND HUSBAND TED JORDAN.
A MEMORIAL SERVICE WAS HELD FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 22, 2000, FROM 12 NOON TO 1:00 P.M. AT THE MOORE FUNERAL HOME IN POTOSI. BURIAL WAS IN NEW MASONIC CEMETERY UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MOORE FUNERAL HOMES, POTOSI.

LINNIE "L.H." JARVIS OF VENICE, FLORIDA FORMERLY OF POTOSI, MISSOURI WAS BORN SEPTEMBER 24, 1910 IN PALMER, MISSOURI A SON OF THE LATE VIRGIL AND ELLA (SKAGGS) JARVIS. L.H. DIED ON SEPTEMBER 27, 2000 IN VENICE, FLORIDA AT THE AGE OF NINETY YEARS AND THREE DAYS.

LINDY, AS MANY CALLED HIM, WAS A COMMITTED BUSINESSMAN AND LEADER IN WASHINGTON COUNTY FOR OVER FIFTY YEARS. LINDY WAS THE OWNER AND OPERATOR OF JARVIS AG OF POTOSI FOR OVER FIFTY YEARS. HE BELONGED TO THE POTOSI PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH WHERE HE HAD SERVED AS ELDER. HE WAS THE FIRST PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY HOSPITAL. HE WAS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF MINERAL AREA HOSPITAL. HAD SERVED AS ALDERMAN ON THE POTOSI CITY COUNCIL. A THREE TIME MEMBER OF THE POTOSI R-3 SCHOOL BOARD AND PRESIDED AS PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD FOR ONE TERM. HE WAS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF ASSOCIATED GROCERS OF ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI AND WICHITA, KANSAS. HE SERVED ON THE BOARD TO START THE WASHINGTON COUNTY FAIR FOR THE POTOSI LIONS CLUB AND ACTIVE IN THE POTOSI/WASHINGTON COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. A LONG TIME MEMBER OF THE MASONIC ORDER AND A MEMBER OF THE SCOTTISH RITES.
A GATHERING OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS WAS HELD SUNDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2000, FROM 1:00 P.M. TO 2:00 P.M. AT THE POTOSI PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH WITH THE MEMORIAL SERVICE STARTING AT 2:00 P.M. WITHE REVEREND JAMES MALUGEN OFFICIATING. BURIAL WAS IN NEW MASONIC CEMETERY UNDER THE DIRECTION OF MOORE FUNERAL HOME, POTOSI.

MARY WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO THE LATE CLIFFORD MARTIN BOUSE ON OCTOBER 19, 1935, IN POTOSI, MISSOURI, AND TO THIS UNION SIX CHILDREN WERE BORN.
MARY IS SURVIVED BY THREE SONS, RANDY BOUSE AND WIFE SHARON OF POTOSI, ED BOUSE AND WIFE BARB OF POTOSI, BARRY BOUSE OF SEDALIA, ONE DAUGHTER, JUNE PORTELL OF POTOSI, TWELVE GRANDCHILDREN, CHERYL BRICKEY AND HUSBAND JON OF NASHVILLE, TN, SCOTT PORTELL AND WIFE APRIL BONE OF POTOSI, LISA AND HUSBAND KEVIN MOORE OF ROLLA, RANDY ALLEN BOUSE OF ST. MARY HAD ACCEPTED CHRIST AS HER SAVIOR AND WAS A MEMBER OF THE CROSSROADS CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP CHURCH. MARY LOVED TO SPEND TIME AND EXPRESS HER THOUGHTS ABOUT PEOPLE AND LIFE IN HER POETRY. SHE ENJOYED RELAXING WORKING CROSSWORD PUZZLES. MARY LOOKED FORWARD TO HER DAILY TRIPS TO TOWN FOR SHOPPING.
MARY KIND AND GENTLE SOUL WAS AN INSPIRATION TO ALL WHO KNEW HER. SHE ENJOYED SPENDING TIME WITH HER FAMILY AND FRIENDS. A KIND AND LOVING MOTHER, A CHERISHED FRIEND WHO WILL BE SADLY MISSED AND LOVINGLY REMEMBERED BY ALL.

BILLY J. WILKERSON OF POTOSI, MISSOURI, WAS BORN JUNE 25, 1929, IN PALMER, MISSOURI, A SON OF THE LATE JOHN AND SUSIE (CONWAY) WILKERSON. BILLY DEPARTED THIS LIFE AT WASHINGTON COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL ON OCTOBER 8, 2000, HAVING REACHED THE AGE OF SEVENTY-ONE YEARS, THREE MONTHS AND THIRTEEN DAYS.
BILLY WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO LORRAINE CARTER ON JANUARY 7, 1978, IN EFFINGHAM, ILLINOIS.
BILLY IS SURVIVED BY HIS LOVING WIFE, LORRAINE WILKERSON OF POTOSI, TWO SONS, BILL EUGENE WILKERSON OF POTOSI, TERRY WILKERSON OF ST. LOUIS, FOUR GRANDCHILDREN, ONE SISTER, LORENE PARSONS AND HUSBAND OTTO OF POTOSI AND BY MANY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. BILLY WAS PRECEDED IN DEATH BY HIS PARENTS, JOHN AND SUSIE WILKERSON, FOUR SISTERS, NEOMA JOE REVELLE, FLORANCE WHITE, LUCILLE CALLAHAN COX AND CALLIE MEDLEY AND BY ONE BROTHER, HOMER WILKERSON.
BILL WAS A LONGTIME MEMBER OF THE GOSPEL CHURCH IN ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI, WHERE HE WAS DEDICATED TO ITS' MANY ACTIVITIES AND TEACHINGS. HE HAD A GREAT LOVE AND ENJOYED HIS CHURCH AND HIS EXTENDED CHURCH FAMILY. BILL ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO THE TIMES HE COULD SHARE IN THE LORDS WORD SINGING AND PLAYING HIS GUITAR.
