Special thanks goes to Dr. Rubin who's incredible sensitivity, empathy, determination, and caring throughout Mark's illness will never be forgotten, and he will also forever hold a special place in our hearts. Mark would also want to extend special thanks to his staff as he appreciated everyones' caring, efforts, and kindness.
He is survived by his wife Beth G. Shelton; his daughter Brittany Shelton of Sutherlin; and his in-laws who he held in such high regard he often said that they were his true parents; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and many close friends who all loved him very dearly.
