Nora V. Richardson
LANCASTER, Ohio - Nora Virginia Richardson, 95, of Lancaster, died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2000, in Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster.
Born April 16, 1904, in Rockingham County, Va., she was the daughter of the late George and Daisy Hoover Branum.
Her husband, the Rev. H. E. Richardson, died in September 1957.
She was an elementary teacher in Morgan County; and taught Bible classes.
She is survived by three daughters, Lois Householder of Upper Marlboro, Md., Jean Irvin of Lancaster and Ruth Shingleton of Ravenswood, W.Va.; a stepdaughter, Dorcas Cromwell of Martinsburg, W.Va.; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.
Services will be Friday at 2:30 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The Rev. Arlene R. Carr will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Paul Terretta
WINCHESTER, Va. - Paul Terretta, 83, of Winchester, died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2000, at Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury.
Born Aug. 18, 1916, in Yale, Va., he was the son of the late Sylvester A. and Mary Landa Terretta.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janis Marie Mullenix Terretta.
He was a graduate of Virginia Polytechical Institute.
He was a chemical engineer for Victor Products. He was president of O'Sullivan Rubber Corp. and vice chairman of the board of directors, retiring after 47 years.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Griffin of Winchester and Dorothea Brady of Washington, D.C.; a sister, Ellie Cox of Detroit; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services were handled by Jones Funeral Home, Winchester.

Charlie Uchima
LORTON, Va. - Charlie Uchima, of Lorton, died Monday, Feb. 14, 2000.
He was the son of Chidori.
He worked as a cameraman for Fox 5 News for 24 years.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Mary; four children, Robin, Alvin, Larry and Darryl; three siblings, Alice, Sumiko and Masa; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Mountcastle Funeral Home, 13318 Occoquan Road in Woodbridge, Va. Burial will be in Quantico National cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Louise F. Richards
LEESBURG, Va. - Louise F. Richards, 88, of Leesburg, and formerly of Newark, Del., and Canaan, N.H., died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2000, in Loudoun County Hospital, Leesburg.
Born June 22, 1911, in Luzerne, Pa., she was the daughter of the late John and Anna Slinzer Grausam.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Garnet K. Richards.
She retired as a waitress from Eckerd Pharmacy.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Canaan.
She is survived by a daughter, Louise Martin of Leetown, W.Va.; a grandson, Gary Martin of New Hampshire; nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Hoffman; and a brother, John Grausam.
Memorial services will be Saturday at noon at McCrery Funeral Home, Wilmington, Del. Burial will be in Silverbrook cemetery, Wilmington.
Arrangements are by Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home, Ranson, W.Va.
Clyde E. Vincent
JACKSONVILLE, Ala. - Clyde Eugene Vincent, 81, of Jacksonville, died Saturday, Feb. 12, 2000, at Wessex House of Jacksonville.
He served in the U.S. Army for 22 years; and as a U.S. deputy marshal with the Justice Department for 20 years.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Jacksonville.
He was a member of Jacksonville Exchange Club; Camp Knox Lodge 919 in Fort Knox, Ky.; Scottish Rite Bodies of Newport News, Va.; and Khedive Temple Shrine of Chesapeake, Va. He attended Hiram Lodge 42 F&AM in Jacksonville.
He is survived by his wife, Flo Vincent; a daughter, the Rev. Ann Vincent Atkins of Hagerstown; a son, Clyde Eugene Vincent Jr. of Point Comfort, Texas; a half sister, Hazel Vincent Butler of Maysville, Ga.; a half brother, Dwight W. Vincent of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; and two grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at First United Methodist Church of Jacksonville. The Rev. Will Garrett will officiate. Burial with full military honors will be at 2 p.m. in Blue Eye Baptist cemetery in Lincoln, Ala.
Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the service.

Harold M. Rummel
CHESAPEAKE, Va. - Harold M. Rummel, 77, of Wintergreen Drive, died Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2000, in Chesapeake.
Born in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Richard M. and Florence Loudenslager Rummel.
He retired as a salesman from Borden Food Co.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was a member of Chesapeake United Methodist Church, and was a member and treasurer emeritus of United Methodist Men.
He was a member of South Norfolk Lodge 339 AF & AM; Ionic Royal Arch Chapter 46; Rudolph M. Price Jr. Post 5; and VFW Post 3160.
He is survived by his wife, Edith B. Rummel; two daughters, Edith R. Wallenbecker and Lynn Sparck, both of Chesapeake; two sons, Larry D. Rummel of Chesapeake and Robert W. Rummel of Slidell, La.; a sister, Evelyn Barnhart of Middletown, Md.; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Chesapeake Avenue United Methodist Church. The Rev. John Andrews will officiate. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens in Chesapeake.
Masonic Rites will be given today at 7 p.m. at Francis A. Gay Funeral Home; visitation will follow until 8 p.m.
Dale C. Hedrick Jr.
ANNANDALE, Va. - Dale Clayton Hedrick Jr., 49, of Annandale, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, at his home.
Born Dec. 13, 1950, in Fort Knox, Ky., he was the son of Irene Garner Hedrick of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., and the late Dale Clayton Hedrick.
He was a 1968 graduate of Edison High School in Alexandria, Va., and attended North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, N.C.
A computer systems analyst, he worked as a freelance contractor.
He was a Protestant.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 10 years, Nenita Damasco Bernardo Hedrick; one brother, Richard Harold Hedrick of Knightdale, N.C.; maternal grandmother, Edith Lutzenhiser of Berkeley Springs; his stepfather, Charles E. Magoon of Berkeley Springs; one niece; one nephew; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home, 306 Union St., Berkeley Springs. The Rev. Robert S. Osborne will officiate. Burial will be in Greenway cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home, which will be open from 9 a.m.
