STEPHENS CITY, Va. - June A. "Junebug" Conco, 81, of Stephens City, and formerly of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Monday, March 15, 1999, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center.
Born May 11, 1917, in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Anna Frankenberry Mills.
She previously was employed at Carroll Electronics, Interwoven Mills and Aikens Steak House.
She was of the Protestant faith.
She was a member of Women of the Moose and Women's Auxiliary of the VFW, Eagles and American Legion.
She is survived by two daughters, Cathy Palmer of Stephens City, with whom she resided, and Cindy Bailey of Bunker Hill, W.Va.; one sister, Ruth Snell of Baltimore; one granddaughter; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Jane Elizabeth Griffin, Winifred Russler and Margaret Mong.
Services will be Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The Rev. Steven J. Jenks will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Iris S. Kofod
RESTON, Va. - Iris S. Shank Kofod, 73, of 1526 Woodcrest Drive, and formerly of 870 Fairview Ave., Waynesboro, Pa., died Saturday, March 20, 1999, at her home.
Born June 5, 1925, in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Maybelle C. Criswell Shank.
She was a 1943 graduate of Waynesboro High School. She received a a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Maryland in 1947, with a major in English and a minor in French.
She lived in Vienna, Zurich and Hamburg among other places.
She had been a member of Evangelical Lutheran Church in Waynsboro. She was a member of The Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Reston.
She was a member of Waynesboro Historical Society; and on the board of directors of Waynesboro Community Concert Association; and was active in the Waynesboro Little Theater Group.
She volunteered with Contact Emergency Hot Line, Chambersburg; and Quincy United Methodist Home.
She rode show and jumping horses, winning ribbons and awards.
She is survived by a son, Jon Paul Kofod of Reston.
Services will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Evangelical Lutheran Church, 43 S. Church St., Waynesboro. The Revs. Monte E. Frohm and Gerald E. Kuhn will officiate. Burial will be in Green Hill cemetery, Waynesboro.
The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro.

Rebecca S. Pattison
ASHBURN, Va. - Rebecca Sue "Becky" Pattison, 52, of Ashburn, died Thursday, March 25, 1999, while on a Caribbean cruise ship.
Born Aug. 28, 1946, in Charles Town, W.Va., she was the daughter of Sarah Kathryn Woodford Widmyer of Charles Town, and the late F.S. Woodford.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Barry L. Pattison.
She was a 1963 graduate of Charles Town High School.
She was an executive for Electronic Warfare Association in Herndon, Va.
She was a member of Christian Fellowship Church in Ashburn, and the singles group of the church.
She is survived by one son, Barry C. Pattison, at home; and three brothers, Ronald L. Woodford of Charles Town, Robert J. Woodford of Inwood, W.Va., and Thomas J. Woodford of Mobile, Ala.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Charles Town Baptist Church, 203 E. Congress St., Charles Town. Wyman Hall will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens in Martinsburg, W.Va.
Friends will be received at Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.
Donna R. Henneberger
BURKE, Va. - Donna Robbins Henneberger, 35, of Burke, Va., died Tuesday, Jan. 26, 1999, in Burke.
Born in Florida on April 19, 1963, she was the daughter of Howell and Doris Robbins of Lewiston, Maine.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Mark Henneberger, formerly of Smithsburg; two children, Danielle Elizabeth Henneberger and Alec Scott Henneberger, both at home; two sisters, nieces and nephews.
Services were Saturday, Jan. 30, at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Burke.

Margaret C. Walter
ANNANDALE, Va. - Margaret C. Walter, 83, of Annandale, died of cardiac arrest Friday, Feb. 5, 1999, at Oak Springs Comprehensive Care Facility, Warrenton, Va.
She was born in Mercersburg, Pa.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Stover A. Walter.
She was a buyer in jewelry for Sears, Roebuck and Co. and Orgel Brothers. Later, she assisted in a family business, rental property management.
She is survived by a son, Grant W. Walter of Warrenton; two brothers, Frank Divelbiss Jr. and Elmer Divelbiss; four half sisters; a half brother; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews, including his caregiver, Linda Divelbiss.
Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Moser Funeral Home, Warrenton, Va. Burial will be at the Chapel, Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas, Va.

Bertha L. Whittington
STERLING, Va. - Bertha Link Whittington, 84, of Sterling, and formerly of Bunker Hill, W.Va., died Thursday, Feb. 11, 1999, at Reston Hospital, Reston, Va.
Born Oct. 9, 1914, in Martinsburg, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late William Elmer and Margaret Link Coffinberger.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Bernard Whittington; and her second husband, Robert Whittington.
She is survived by two daughters, Jo Ann Worley of Herndon, Va., and Wilma Wheeler of Winchester, Va.; a son, Bernard N. Whittington Jr. of Woodbridge, Va.; a sister, Cornelia Deardorf of Hagerstown; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Grace Patterson and Elmer Cloud; and three brothers, William Coffinberger, Walter Coffinberger and Holland Coffinberger.
Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Inwood Assembly of God, Inwood, W.Va. The Revs. James L. Schuelke and Frazier C. Worley will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 327 W. King St., Martinsburg.
