Kenneth Wayne (Flip) Wilson, 44, of Orange, Born September 24, 1958, in Charlottesville, he was a son of the late Thurman Douglas Wilson, Sr. and Mabel Holliday Sacre Wilson.
Survivors include three brothers, Thurman Douglas Wilson, Jr. of Orange, Ricky Allen Wilson and Randy Lewis Wilson, both of Orange; two sisters, Linda Wilson Goodwin of Barboursville and Jane Elizabeth Wilson of Orange; two aunts, Julia Shifflett of Gordonsville and Ida Mae Ryder of Orange and a number of other relatives and friends.
A Interment will be private at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribtutions may be made to the Kenneth Wilson Memorial Fund, c/o Preddy Funeral Home, P. O. Box 321, Orange, Virginia 22960.

DAHLONEGA, GA. - Ruth Huff Butts, 84, of Dahlonega, Ga., death by her husband, Charles W. Butts and numerous brothers and sisters. She is survived by daughters, Sandra Boatright, Dahlonega, Ga., Barbara Wallace, Alpharetta, Ga.; sister, Ruby Southers of Mt. Airy, N. C.; five grandchildren; three great-grandsons; three step-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews around the country. Mrs. Butts was cremated at the request of the family. There will be a memorial service at Highland Memorial Gardens in Dublin on March 29, 2003. Banister Funeral Home of Dahlonega is in charge of the arrangements.

PULASKI - James Ronald Martin, 57, of 3706 Rt. 100, Pulaski born in West Virginia on Dec. 17, 1945 and was the son of the late Stacy Martin and Mary Ellen Faulkner Martin. He was a veteran of the United States Armed Forces and was a former security guard for RAAP. Mr. Martin will be cremated. DUBLIN -Osceola Harper Covey, age 88 of Dublin, Va. Born March 9, 1915 in Baltimore, MD, and resided in Frederick County, MD for many years. She was the daughter of the late Sylvia Cockey Harper and Charles L. Harper. She a member of the Mt. View United Methodist Church, and was the past Worthy Matron of the Towson, MD Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her husband, Raymond E. Covey, Sr. of Dublin: two sons; Raymond E. Covey, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD, and Leeman Harper Covey and his wife Dr. Patsy Covey of Mobile, AL. Also survived by one grandson Heath Covey and his wife Michelle of Virginia Beach, Va., and one great grandson Spenser Covey also of Virginia Beach, Va. OLIN, N.C. - Cheryl Lynn Manuel Williams formerly of Pulaski born in Pulaski, Va. on Jan. 26, 1972. She resided at 147 Waterfall Lane, Olin, N.C. Surviving are her husband, Mitchell Williams of Olin, N. C.; son, Jacob Matthew Williams and daughter, Ivy Grey Williams of Olin, N.C.; parents, Patrick and Carolyn Manuel Gilchrist and Raymond Rice all of Pulaski. Also surviving are honorary sister, Wendy Waddell and honorary mother, Linda Waddell Stoots of Pulaski; stepsister and brother, Margaret Thornton of Hampton, Va. and Scott Gilchrist of Rodgersville, Pa. Cheryl Lynn also leaves behind a multitude of aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends, also the staff and faculty of Union Grove Elementary School, Union Grove, N. C.
