Joan Miller Rupe, age 58 of 520 Bunts Street, Pulaski died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2003 at his residence. Surviving is his wife, Edith J. King.
Graveside services are at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2003 at Shiloh passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2003 at his home. He was a retired employee of Ford Motor Co. and was a member of Fairlawn Baptist Church. RADFORD - Ruth Chalmers Hundley Bunn, 81 of Radford, death by her husband, William Clayton Bunn, her parents, James and Minnie Hundley, a brother, Charles Hundley, and a sister, Katherine Naff. Survivors include three daughters, Dorothy Hughes of Christiansburg, Yevonne Baker of Christiansburg, and Connie Bunn of Radford; a son, Doug Bunn of Dublin; a foster son, Curt Fizer of Pilot; three sisters, Pearl Blackburn of Belspring, Mary Bunn of Woodlawn, and Nellie Melton of King, NC; grandchildren, great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 2, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Dr. Timothy Hight and Pastor Gary Long officiating. passed away Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003 at Wheatland Hills Retirement Center. She attended the Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was preceded in Entombment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum in Dublin. He is survived by four sons; William Benny Lawson of Pulaski, Charles Michael Lawson of Draper, Clarence R. “Bobby” Lawson of Pulaski, and Donald Lewis Lawson of Snowville: two daughters; Katherine L. Moore of Pulaski, and Barbara L. Morris of Pulaski: one brother; Graham Lawson of Pulaski. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Sarver Wright of Pulaski; son, Clifford Wayne Wright of Pulaski; daughter, Karen Marie Gallimore of Pulaski; sisters, Letha Williams of Pulaski, Nora Quesenberry of Madison; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski. Cemetery (Bland Co., VA). The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bob White Blvd.
