PULASKI - Gabor Egyed, Jr., age 76 of 3765 2nd Morehead Lane, Pulaski Born Sept. 20, 1927 in Ohio, he was the son of the late Gabor Egyed, Sr. and Bertha Kruplo Egyed. One daughter, Kathy Egyed, also preceded him in interment will be private at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Richard Thomas Nunn, age 46 of Rochester, N. Y. born in Pulaski on Sept. 8, 1946, and was 57 years old. He was a dedicated employee of Radford Army Ammunition Plant for 38 years. He was preceded in Cemetery, Pulaski County. PULASKI - Grover Woodson Duncan, 76, of 335 2nd St., S. W., Pulaski, born in Max Creek, Va. on Sept. 4, 1927 and was the son of the late Grover Booth Duncan and Mildred Parthenia Puckett Duncan. He was also preceded in died Wednesday night in the New River Valley Medical Center, Radford.

PULASKI - Carl Nelson Gray, age 67 of 1022 Floyd Lane - Pulaski Born Aug. 18, 1936 in Pulaski County, he was the son of the late Hubert Malcolm Gray and Eathel Meadows Gray Richardson. He was preceded in Interment will follow at the Shiloh passed away Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2003.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Richard Thomas Nunn, age 46 of Rochester, N. Y. passed away Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2003 at the Pulaski Community Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday at the Memorial Christian Church, Draper with Rev. Johnny Howlett officiating. Cemetery. PULASKI - Earl Edward Howard, age 81 of 1800 Lowmoor Avenue, Pulaski Born July 15, 1922 in Oklahoma he was the son of the late Jude and Sally Skidmore Howard. He was also preceded in Entombment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Dublin with full military honors conducted by the Hillsville VFW Post #1115. RADFORD - James Dillard Bartley, age 87, of Radford, death by his wife Margaret, four brothers and one sister.
Surviving are: his son, William G. Bartley, Raleigh, N.C.; grandson, William D. Reichner, Dublin; granddaughter, Donna E. Shockley, Pulaski; sister, Bonnie Bartley Willis, Kingsport, Tenn.; and a special friend and caregiver, Brenda Reichner, Dublin; four step grandchildren, Rick Cadle, Dublin, Patrick and Michael Cadle, Texas, Linda Jarez, Calif.

PULASKI - Cooper Clifton Morefield, age 79 of 4267 Brookmont Road, Pulaski Born Mar. 21, 1924 in Pulaski County, he was the son of the late George William Morefield and Mary Ollie Dobbins Morefield. He was retired from the former Virginia Maid Hosiery Company, Pulaski with over 50 years of service. He was a member of the Pulaski Christian Church, Brookmont Road where he was a lifetime member and held the position of Elder Emeritus. The church was originally named Seagle’s Memorial Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are: his wife, Virginia Wishon Chapman Morefield, Pulaski; one sister, Milda Morefield; step-children, Larry Chapman, Clarksville, Charles Chapman, Jr., Glade Springs, Clifford Chapman, Glad Springs, Edith McDaniel, Konnarock, Christine Blevins, Chilhowie.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday 2 p.m. at the Pulaski Christian Church, Brookmont Road, Pulaski with Rev. W. David Hoover officiating. Cemetery, Brookmont Road.

PULASKI - Edith Kitts Hanks, 85, of 1301 Grove Drive, Pulaski born in Ceres, Va. on Aug. 29, 1918 and was the daughter of the late Harve and Mollie Repass Kitts. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Louise Thrasher; brothers, George, Nelson, and Clyde Kitts; a stepbrother, Jeff Barnett; half-sisters, Ocie Matthews and Beulah Fox. She was also a member of the Pulaski First Church of the Brethren.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, James H. Hanks, Pulaski; and daughter, Cathy Dianne Hanks, Christiansburg.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. from Stevens Funeral Chapel with Pastor John Collins officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. Visiting will be Sunday evening from the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m.
