TRUDY TERRY SUTPHIN
PULASKI - Trudy Terry Sutphin, 43, of Pierce Ave., Pulaski, Born Mar. 11, 1960, in Roanoke, Va., she was the daughter of the late Jessie Terry and Wilma Willis Terry.
She was survived by her husband, Gary Sutphin of Pulaski; daughter and son-in-law, Alison Hope and Jason Cox of Snowville; son, Jesse Allen Whitfield of Ft. Hood, Tx.; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Tony William and Laurie Terry of Salem, and Matthew Dean and Heather Terry of Salem.
A memorial service will be announced and held at a later date. The family wishes memorials be made in her memory to the Virginia State Anatomical Society, 9 North 14th St., Richmond, Va. 23219.

NORRIS WINDLE DISHON
PULASKI - Norris Windle Dishon, 66, of 3588 Lee Highway, Pulaski, Born July 10, 1937 in Pulaski, he was the son of the late Harry Rudolph, Sr. and Thelma O’Dell Dishon. He was a loyal employee of ABF Freight Systems, a profession he enjoyed for many years.
He was survived by his wife of 49 years, Jennie Hughes Dishon; son, Russell W. Dishon; brother, Harry Rudolph Dishon, Jr.; and sister, Verna Crowder all of Draper.
A private graveside service will be held Monday at the Page/Dishon Family passed away Monday, Jan. 5, 2003, at her home. She was an employee of Kollmorgan in Radford. Survivors include her husband, George W. Woodard, Jr. of Dublin; two daughters, Elaine Hope Woodard and Eleanor Ruth White, both of Dublin; two grandchildren; three brothers; and four sisters. The family will have a private service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 102454, Atlanta, Ga. 30368. DELLA LOU HASH HINKLEY
PARROTT - Della Lou Hash Hinkley, 57, died Wednesday morning, June 1, 2005 in the Pulaski Community Hospital. She was death by her husband of over 50 years, Howard Evans Hull, and by daughters, Georgia Elizabeth Hull, Frances Gillespie Hull and Carolyn Jane Hull, by brothers, James F. Herndon, John R. Herndon and Muncie G. Herndon, and by sisters, Elizabeth H. Vickers and Mary Adele H. Graham.
In her early years, she was a member of the New Dublin Presbyterian Church. After moving to the Robinson Tract area, she became a member of the Trinity Baptist Church. Frances was the most beautiful and precious mother and person a family could have.
Surviving are: her daughter and son-in-law, Patricia H. and Gilbert C. East, Pulaski; son and daughter-in-law, Charles H. and Sandra W. Hull, Pulaski; brother and sister-in-law, William G. and Frances N. Herndon, Roanoke, Va.; sister-in-law, Clara V. Herndon, Dublin; brother-in-law, Philip Hull, St. Petersburg, Fla.; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. from the Stevens Funeral Chapel with Rev. Johnny Howlett officiating. Burial will follow in the New Dublin Presbyterian Church died on Memorial Day, May 30, 2005, in the Pulaski Community Hospital. Ms. Ingram was married Robert J. Ingram. While he served a tour of duty with the U.S. Army during the Korean War, they had two children, a daughter, Lyn Ingram Day, and a son, Rob Ingram, Jr. They moved to Pulaski, Virginia, in 1957, where another son, Bryan Carter Ingram, was death by one brother and three sisters.
Surviving are: his wife, of whom he was a loving and devoted husband of 40 years, Ruby Mahone Slusher, Pulaski; special niece, Suellen Palmer, Lone Ash, Va.; sister-in-law, Verlie Slusher, Christiansburg; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. from the Stevens Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Randall Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. Visiting will be Thursday evening at Stevens Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. the VFW Post #776, Radford, Va. will conduct the military graveside rites. In lieu of flowers the family wishes that memorials be made to the American Lung Association.

PULASKI - Alma Jundare Viars Combs, age 70 of 200 Crestline Drive, Pulaski Born Jan. 30, 1933 in Wythe County she was the daughter of the late Burt and Maggie Gravley Viars. She was also preceded in Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski.

SHANNON DUANE CHARLTON
PULASKI - Shannon Duane Charlton, age 27 of 4820 Newbern Road, Pulaski Born Nov. 15, 1976 in Pulaski, He is the son of Harvey Edward “Bud” Charlton and Brenda Sue Greer Charlton. He was preceded in Interment will follow at Shiloh passed away Monday, January 5, 2004 at the UVA Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia. She was an Information Technology Professor at Radford University. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her PHD from George Mason University in Fairfax.
Survivors include her father, Harold Ivan Pitchford of Fairfax, VA; three sisters, Evie Curtis of Overland Park, KS, Susan Stewart of Fayetteville, GA, and Peggy Pitchford of Denver, CO; five brothers, Harold Pitchford of Augusta, GA, Bart Pitchford of San Jose, CA, Bill Pitchford of Atlanta, GA, John Pitchford of Fairfax, VA and Donald Pitchford of Cupertino, CA. Memorial services will be held Thursday, January 8, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. John Grimm officiating. died Sunday night, Jan. 4, 2004 in the Pulaski Community Hospital. He was death by his wife, Margaret Inez Humphrey White. He was a member of the Memorial Baptist Church, Pulaski and was a veteran of World War II having served in the United States Army. He was retired from RAAP, Radford with 32 years of service.
Surviving are: his two daughters, Susan W. Chumbley, Newbern, Mary Ann Wright, Dublin; two sons, Roger Stephen White, Lexington, N. C., Reginald A. White, Calif.; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Cemetery, Wythe County. Visiting will be Wednesday evening from the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family wishes that memorials be made to the Memorial Baptist Church, Pulaski. The family will be meeting at the residence of the daughter, Mary Ann Wright, 5425 Cougar Trail Road, Dublin.
