PULASKI – Kenny Epperly, of 624 Carriage Hill Drive, Pulaski, died Friday, June 18, 2004, following an intensive 9-month battle with cancer. Ken was born September 25, 1944 in Dublin, Va., born in West Virginia on November 10, 1910 and she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Maggie Jones Armstrong. She was also preceded in Funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from Stevens Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. Visiting will be Friday evening from the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1652, Pulaski, Va. 24301. The family will be meeting at the residence of the daughter and son-in-law, 6656 Dunkard Road, Dublin.

BOLLING BUFORD LINEBERRY
PULASKI – Bolling Buford Lineberry, 87, of Pulaski and formerly of Galax born in Galax on Oct. 25, 1916 and he was the son of the late Buford Curtis Lineberry and Rose Johnson Lineberry. He was also preceded in Funeral service will be held Friday at 3 p.m. from Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Eugene Slusher officiating. KINGSPORT, TENN. – Beatrice Hall Price, age 78, formerly of Christiansburg, Va. departed this life on Thursday, June 17, 2004 in Kingsport, Tenn.

DUBLIN - Douglas Wayne Farmer,62, death by his parents, Mideon Lee and Mamie Ellen Millirons Farmer, an Infant daughter, three sisters and a brother. Survivors include his wife, Elinor Whitaker Farmer of Dublin; a daughter, Susan Kelly Farmer McKenna of Roanoke; a son, Douglas Clayton Farmer of Atlanta, GA; two stepsons, Joseph W. Morgan, Jr. of Fort Chiswell and Timothy P. Morgan of Radford; two grandchildren; five step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren; a brother, Gary Lee Farmer of Radford; four sisters, Carolyn Shaw of Johnson City, TN, Judy Harkrader of Christiansburg, Pauline Hall of Dublin, and Jane Ann Farmer of Pulaski. A Celebration of the Life of Mr. Farmer will be held Saturday, July 3, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. at the Fairlawn Presbyterian Church with Rev. Terry Woodard and Rev. Angus Shaw officiating. The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Fairlawn Presbyterian Church Building Fund or a charity of your choice. The family is being served by the Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.

RADFORD - Mary E. Hancock, 83 of Radford, death by husbands, Charles Atkins (1960) and the late Clarence Hancock, her children, Sandra Atkins and Charles Atkins III. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Carolyn Tickle of Radford, Charlotte Meredith of Riner and Annette Tinley of Max Meadows; step children, Janie Taylor and Garland Hancock of Pulaski, and Harold Hancock of Raphine; fourteen grandchildren, twenty seven great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 19, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the New River Baptist Temple with Rev. Ricky Bolick and Rev. Kelly Marshall. died early Thursday morning June 17, 2004 in Pulaski Community Hospital.
