MARGARET ELIZABETH MITCHELL
DUBLIN - Margaret Elizabeth Mitchell, age 86, formerly of Pulaski Village, Memorial Drive, Pulaski Born April 22, 1919, in Radford, Va., she was the daughter of the late James Franklin Mitchell and Nannie Ellen Sutphin Mitchell Duncan.
She was a member of the Pulaski Church of God, Bob White Blvd. She was retired from Jefferson Mills with over 35 years of service.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Dorothy Gray and brother Henry Lee Mitchell, both of Pulaski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Jerry Collins officiating. passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2005 at the Pulaski Community Hospital.
Interment will follow at Thornspring passed away Thursday, July 28, 2005 on the day of his birth at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

NANCY SUTPHIN HOLLINGSWORTH EDWARDS
PULASKI – Nancy Sutphin Hollingsworth Edwards, 66, of 1014 Melborn Street, Pulaski, Va. born in Pulaski, Va. on April 21, 1939 and was the daughter of the late John R. Sutphin. She was also preceded in Cemetery, Pulaski. Visiting will be Thursday evening at Stevens Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m.

DOROTHY NEIGHBOURS WHITAKER
LANCASTER, SC - Dorothy Neighbours Whitaker, age 90, of Lancaster, S.C., and formerly of Pulaski, Born December 2, 1914 in Pulaski, she was the daughter of the late Mary Seagle Neighbours and Harry Neighbours. Mrs. Whitaker was a retired administrator for Appalachian Power Company, a member of the First United Methodist Church in Pulaski where she taught Sunday school for over 35 years, served on many committees, & boards, past officer in the U.M.W., was a lay member to annual conference, & was the author of the history of the church from 1880 to 1980, & headed the drive for the family life center. She will be sadly missed by all of her church members. She was a past member of the D.A.R., a past member of the Salvation Army, a past member of the Historical Society for Pulaski Co., & a past member of the Pulaski Women's Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in Entombment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
The family will receive friends Friday at the funeral home 30 minutes prior to the service. DUBLIN – Frances Sawyers Poole, age 83, of Dublin, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2005. She was a retired employee of Hercules with over 20 years of service. PULASKI - Mildred Odham Duncan Fewell, 75, of 140 Prince Avenue, Pulaski, Va. born in Pulaski, Va. on Jan. 12, 1930 and was the daughter of the late James Burlie Odham and Rose Anna Dobbins Odham. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Curtis M. Duncan and Edward Scott Fewell, Sr., by two sisters, Irene Odham Jarrells Hickman and Joyce Ann Odham Taylor Dehart, by a brother, James 'Jim' Odham and by a step-daughter, Jane Fewell Laycock.
Surviving are: her daughters, Linda Hopkins, Pulaski, Sharon Stoots, Pulaski; sons, Eddie Duncan, Dublin, Ronnie Duncan, Pulaski; step-daughters, Esther Moriarty, Plains, Va., Susie Sanchez, Remington, Va.; step-son, Edward Scott Fewell, Jr., Dublin; a number of grandchildren and step-grandchildren; brother, Roger Lee Odham, Pulaski; special friend, John Tilley, Pulaski.
