RADFORD – Cecil Alfred Plott, age 79, of Radford, death by his parents Verner and Lucille Thompson Plott, a brother Jack Plott and a sister Betty Sprouse. Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Betty Hall Plott, Radford, three sons Verner Plott, James M. Plott and his wife Mary and John P. Plott and his wife Tamera, all of Radford, a sister and brother-in-law Peggy and Tommy Newberry. Five grandchildren, Sean, Carrie, Megan, Ryan, and Leslie Plott, and a step grandchild Logan Howell also survive. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 14, 2004 at St. Judes Catholic Church with Father Paul Gallagher and Father Patrick Golden officiating. passed away Friday, Nov. 12, 2004.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday 2 p.m. at the New River Valley Baptist Temple. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski.

DRAPER – Virginia Ruby Allison, 91, of Boyd Road, Draper death by her husband; John Ralph Allison. Mrs. Allison was a member of the Draper Valley Presbyterian Church and was retired as the Librarian of the Draper Elementary School.

ROSA ANN “ROSIE” QUESENBERRY BROWN
DUBLIN – Rosa Ann “Rosie” Quesenberry Brown, age 60 of 5775 Dalton Drive, Dublin Born May 9, 1944 in Pulaski, Va. she was the daughter of the late Alfred Buford and Lillian Leotia Duncan Quesenberry.
Her husband John Sherman Brown also preceded her in Interment will follow at the Old Dublin died Wednesday morning, Nov. 10, 2004, in the VA Medical Center, Salem, Va. He was death by a sister, Barbara Roseberry and by a brother, Raymond Edwards. Mr. Edwards was a veteran having served in the United States Army.
Surviving are: his wife, Martha Tabor Edwards, Pulaski; son and fiancé, James A. Edwards and Barbara Wall, Pulaski; granddaughter, Jamie Lee Edwards, Charlotte, N.C.; grandson, Nickolas R. Edwards, Pulaski; sisters, Rosa Jarrells, Pulaski, Bonnie Coffey, Pulaski, Beatrice Claytor, Richmond; brother, William Edwards, Pulaski.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from Stevens Funeral Chapel, Pulaski. Burial will follow in Hufford died early Thursday morning, Nov. 11, 2004, in the Pulaski Community Hospital.
