PULASKI – Louvenia Malenda Buford Hunt, age 93 of 4596 Thaxton Road, Pulaski Born Sept. 28, 1911 in Pulaski County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Hayes Buford and Laura Della Snell Buford. Three daughters, Rosetta Campbell, Sally Hubbard, Louise Green; one granddaughter, Leslie Mask; one sister, Onibelle Sheffey; one brother, Gregory Elliott Buford, also preceded her in Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
The family will receive friends Friday afternoon from 1 p.m. until time of the service at the church.

DRAPER Leo Garland Cecil, 75, went home to be with the Lord and Savior on Monday, Aug. 29, 2005 at his home in Draper. Funeral service will be held Friday, Sept. 2 at 11 a.m. from Stevens Funeral Chapel with Dr. C. R. Conner, Rev. Randle Cregger and Rev. Mike Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. Visiting will be Thursday evening from the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that memorials be given to the American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 554, Roanoke, Va. 24013.

EMMA STILWELL OWENS
PULASKI Emma Stilwell Owens, age 82 of 221 Carriage Hill Drive, Pulaski Born October 18, 1922 in Carroll County, Va., she was the daughter of the late Harrison M. Stilwell and Amanda Shockley Stilwell. Her husband, Elwood E. Owens, five brothers, James Price Stilwell, Collen R. Stilwell, Kenneth S. Stilwell, Claude H. Stilwell, Marion E. Stilwell and one sister, Thelma S. Huff, also preceded her in passed away Monday, August 29, 2005 at Heritage Hall in Blacksburg. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church and a retired beautician. She was married Arlie G. Wilson, a union which lasted 61 years. She was preceded in Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Central United Methodist Church Building Fund in Radford.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
FRANCES HALL TURNER
PULASKI COUNTY - Frances Hall Turner death by a son Larry G. Williams, and two sisters, Sarah Gearheart and Betty Jane Hall.
Survivors include her husband, David Lee Turner of Radford; a daughter, Teresa Ward of N.C.; a grandson; her mother, Gladys Myers Hall of Dublin; two brothers, Charlie Hall, Jr. of Christiansburg, and Hubert S. Hall of Dublin; a sister, Rita Smith of Dublin; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Robert Martin officiating. died Sunday August 28, 2005 at his Draper residence. Interment will follow in Oakwood died Monday evening August 29, 2005.

MARGARET HOUSTON LANEY RHETT
PULASKI – Margaret Houston Laney Rhett, 91, of 13 7th Street N. W., Pulaski born in Monroe, N. C. on May 28, 1914 and was the daughter of the late Wilma Armfield Laney and Walter Laney. She was also preceded in passed away Saturday, August 27, 2005 at the Pulaski Health Care Center.

Surviving are: her two sisters and brothers-in-law, Hazel Dalton Covey and Joe Covey, Dublin, Berton Dalton Davis and Buford Davis, Pulaski; special niece, Cindy Primm, Pulaski; sister-in-law, Inis Chrisley Farris, Dublin.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday 11 a.m. at the Pulaski Church of Christ with Minister Larry Phillips officiating. Cemetery, Draper.
