ARTHUR RUDY QUESENBERRY
DUBLIN – Arthur Rudy Quesenberry, 72, of Dublin, born in Virginia on Jan. 18, 1933 and was the son of the late James Kermit Quesenberry and Maggie Graham Jarrell. He was also preceded in died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2005 in the Pulaski Community Hospital. She was death by two daughters, Barbara Lee Rasnake and Virginia Ann Rasnake and by a son, Raymond Carroll Rasnake.
Surviving are: her husband, Chalmers Rasnake, Dublin; two daughters and sons-in--law, Betty and Wade Fanning, Pulaski, Wilma and Chuck Spooner, Phoenix, Ariz.; two sisters, Thelma Minton, Kingsport, Tenn., Lettie Perry, Bristol, Va.; two brothers, Carson Rasnake, Lebanon, Va., Dewey Rasnake, Dewey, Ariz.; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
passed away Tuesday, Sept. 20 at the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N. C. as the result of an accident. He was death by his parents, John P. and Hallie S. Scott of Pulaski, VA.
Having been involved in a lifetime of civic and ministerial service, Don was a member of Pond Christian Church, former member of the Richmond Choral Society, Prayer Experience Leader, and Richmond Ministerial Association.
Don's devotion to his spiritual life has left a trail of friendships and ties worldwide. His passion for reaching out and teaching touched many. His Celebration of Life will be held at First Christian Church on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2005 at 1:00. Visitation will be held on Friday; Sept. 23, from 7-9 at White Oak Pond Christian Church. Come prepared to CELEBRATE a life well-lived, where he has already heard in the presence of his Lord and Savior, "Well done, good and faithful servant."
Memorials may be made by donation to White Oak Pond Christian Church, Week of Compassion Fund for Disaster Relief (Disciples of Christ), and a charity of your choice in Don's name or in the form of flowers.

RUSSELL BRANDON THREATT
Mr. Russell Brandon Threatt, 68, of Clemmons formerly of Radford, born May 7, 1937 in Adams, TN to Mannie and Bessie Myers Threatt. Mr. Threatt served in the U.S. Army Reserves for six years and retired from Bell Atlantic in 1992 with 35 years service. He was the beloved husband of Shirley Threatt for 48 years; father of Donna L. Turpin and Sheri D. Price; brother of Paul Threatt; one grandson.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday Sept. 23 in Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Chaplain Randy Hillman officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

PULASKI - Clarence Robert Long, Jr., age 79 of 807 5th Street, N.E., Pulaski passed away Thursday morning at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

ST. PETERSBURG, FLA. – Hazel V. Crawford, 77, of St. Petersburg, Fla., born in Pulaski County April 21, 1928. She moved to St. Petersburg in 1983 from Alexandria, Va. She was a homemaker and a member of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. She was Methodist. She was preceded in Cemetery.
