Former Clark County resident James Ray Millhorn born Oct. 12, 1940, in Bristol, Va. He lived in Vancouver for 30 years before returning to the Bristol area seven years ago.
His wife, Evelyn, preceded him in died Aug. 26, 2004, in Kennewick.
His wife, Jacqueline, death.
He worked for Corrison Controllers.
Mr. Severns enjoyed gardening.
Survivors include one son, Donald L. of Fayetteville, N.C.; and three grandchildren.
A service will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Brown's Funeral Home in Camas.

Robert E. Smith
Vancouver
Robert Edwin Smith born June 15, 1937, in Camas.
He retired after 42 years at the Camas paper mill.
Survivors included his wife, Sylvia, at home; one daughter, Bobi McCune of Vancouver; two stepdaughters, Lori Weber of Newberg, Ore., and Cindi Olson of Vancouver; one son, Lincoln of Vancouver; one stepson, Russ Paradis of Vancouver; one sister, Karen Albrecht of Camas; and seven grandchildren.
A graveside service will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at Camas died Monday, Aug. 30, 2004. He was 92.
Mr. Stine was death.
Mr. Stine's employment was always related to the aircraft industry. He worked in the engineering departments at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, Douglas Aircraft, Vultee Aircraft, Aerojet Engineering and Space General, all in California.
Survivors include one daughter, Judith Sutera of Battle Ground; three sons, Peter of Albuquerque, N.M., Christopher of Portland and Jonathan of Brush Prairie; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m Tuesday, Sept.14 at Ridgefield Community United Methodist Church.
Inurnment will be in Mountain View Niche Garden in Reno.
Alan E. Becker
Vancouver
Alan E. Becker, 63, a former flight instructor, Born Sept. 14, 1940, in Deer Lodge, Mont., Mr. Becker, an Army veteran, lived in Vancouver for the past 15 years. He attended Battle Ground High School and Clark College.
Survivors include one daughter, Sherry Grill of Port Orchard; one son, Kevin E. of Vancouver; one brother, Thomas R. of Portland; and two grandchildren.
Mr. Becker enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Private burial will be in Willamette National died Saturday, Aug. 28, 2004, in Vancouver.
He was 79.
Mr. Doan was died in 1989.
Survivors include one son, William "Bill" of Battle Ground; one brother, Paul of Camas; two grandchildren; and one step-grandson.
A funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at Layne's Funeral Home in Battle Ground.

He had been a bridge tender for the Oregon Department of Transportation, worked at Crown Zellerbach and was a former owner of Cascade Tire Service in Washougal.
He was died Monday, Aug. 30, 2004, in Vancouver.
She was 89.
Mrs. Garner enjoyed gardening and cooking.
Her husband, Tommy B., died in 1983.
Survivors include one daughter, Christine V. Schmitz of Missoula, Mont.; two sisters, Gertrude Springs and Estelle Gore, both of McColl, S.C.; and numerous grandchildren.
