Vera Jean Bergren O'Meara, a homemaker and former Clark County resident, born June 15, 1929, in Portland and lived in Clark County for many years before moving to Hillsboro, Ore., six years ago. Her maiden name was Turnbull. Mrs. O'Meara enjoyed fishing, traveling, crafts and crocheting afghans.
Her first husband, Glenn V. Bergren, death.
Survivors include her husband, Joe, at home; six daughters, Denise Massie of Battle Ground, Viki Abrams of Hockinson, Vickie Nelson of Portland, Katie Tarpley of Dallas, Ore., and Jane Reding and Colleen Vuylsteke, both of Hillsboro; seven sons, John McKnight of Forest Grove, Ore., Glenn Bergren of View, Joe Bergren of Battle Ground, Bob Bergren of Brush Prairie, Pat O'Meara of Estacada, Ore., Kevin O'Meara of Madras, Ore., and Bill O'Meara of Scappoose, Ore.; one sister, Vernice McDuffee of Hillsboro; one brother, Cliff McDuffee of Beaverton, Ore.; 40 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
A funeral will begin at 1 p.m. Monday at Bethel Lutheran Church in Brush Prairie, followed by burial in Bethel Lutheran died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2004, at Southwest Washington Medical Center. He was 62.
Mr. Weber, who loved to travel, was Cemetery in Scappoose.
Harold E. Davidson

Harold Edward Davidson, who loved music, especially hymns of faith, born Sept. 25, 1907, in Pasadena, Calif. He lived in Vancouver since July 1998.
His wife, Marjorie, died of cancer Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2004, at home. She was 74.
She was died in 1995.
Survivors include one daughter, Becky Martin of Boring, Ore.; one son, Harold D. of Beaverton, Ore.; her mother, Laura Benton of Andrews, Texas; one brother, A.T. Benton of Houston; and four grandchildren.
Burial will be in Andrews, Texas. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Kenneth C. Hartson

Kenneth Charles Hartson, who lived in Vancouver the past 27 years, born May 17, 1946, in Eureka, Calif.
He was an equipment operator for the city of Portland for 31 years. He retired in 1999. Mr. Hartson enjoyed camping and riding three-wheelers and motorcycles.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara L., at home; one daughter, Nancy L. Miller of Vancouver; one son, Kenneth L. of Vancouver; one brother, Peter of San Jose, Calif.; one sister, Judith Hermann of Campbell, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
The casket will be open today from 5 to 9 p.m. at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. A funeral will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Theodore W. Spreadborough
Battle Ground
Theodore Walter Spreadborough born Sept. 23, 1916, in Kalama, and had lived in Clark County since 1951.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Ethelmae, at home; three sons, Ted and Roy, both of Vancouver, and Allan of Battle Ground; four sisters, Laura Galloway of Vancouver, Doris Berge of Portland, Sidney Crosby of Tucson, Ariz., and Joyce Lamb of Castle Rock; one brother, Robert "Bob" of Renton; 10 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
A memorial service will begin at 4 p.m. Sunday at Meadow Glade Seventh-day Adventist Church in Battle Ground.
Henry S. Stephens
Washougal
Henry Shelton Stephens, 82, born July 11, 1922, in Parkhill, Okla.
A member of the Cherokee Nation, he grew up in Hutchinson, Kan.
He was an amateur boxer who won several Golden Gloves championships.
Mr. Stephens was a Navy veteran of World War II. He worked for various utility and community development agencies in Oregon and Washington, the last in Skamania County.
Mr. Stephens loved golf and working with junior golfers at the course near Carson Hot Springs.
He attended the Senior World Games in St. George, Utah, twice, and won a bronze medal in 2003 for golf.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Fern, at home; two daughters, Betty Jo Gillespie of Alpine, Utah, and Teresa McMahon of Battle Ground; one son, John of Cottage Grove, Ore.; two brothers, Jessie and Howard, both of Hutchinson, Kan.; one sister, Katy DeWald of Hutchinson; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
His body will be cremated.
A graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 1, at Willamette National died Friday, Oct. 22, 2004, at Southwest Washington Medical Center. He was 69.
Mr. Boni was died Monday, Oct. 25, 2004, in Vancouver. She was 83.
She was a bookkeeper for Borton Implement during the 1950s and Buchmann Sanitation during the 1960s and 1970s. Mrs. Borton was died 1971.
Survivors include three daughters, Billie A. Hageman and Roberta Borton, both of Vancouver, and Phyllis Caldwell of Devils Lake, N.D.; one son, Roger G. of Vancouver; one sister, Elaine Wesser of Battle Ground; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Maria Clenciu, who had been a teacher in Romania, born Feb. 25, 1937, in Constanta, Romania, and lived in Vancouver for the past 19 years.
She is survived by one son, Victor Encica of Vancouver; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will begin at noon Saturday at Hamilton-Mylan Funeral Home.

A graveside service will begin at 12:30 p.m. Friday at Evergreen Memorial Gardens died Sunday, Oct. 24, 2004, in Vancouver. She was 70.
Mrs. Cramer was died in 2000.
Survivors include one daughter, Nita Sisco of Portland; three sons, Glenn of Olympia, Denis of Puyallup and Gary of Vancouver; and eight grandchildren.
