Clifford Eric Frost, a retired high school teacher who had traveled around the world, born Oct. 12, 1906, in Portland, and lived in Vancouver for 69 years.
His wife, Deloyce, died of a heart attack Sunday, Oct. 24, 2004, at home. She was 76.
Mrs. Hines was died in 1997. Survivors include one daughter, Lisa Allen Lybrand of Portland; one stepdaughter, Sherry Hines of Aberdeen; one son, Mark Allen of Las Vegas; one stepson, Mick Hines of Lincoln City, Ore.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church. Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Celia M. Hudson

Celia M. Hudson, a longtime Vancouver resident, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 2004, in Woodland. She was 68.
Mrs. Kroskrity lived in Woodland for the past four years. She was died Monday, Oct. 25, 2004, at home. He was 85.
Mr. Merrick was a foreman for Alcoa until he retired in 1980. He was died in a fire at his home Monday, Oct. 25, 2004. He was 46.
Mr. Reuter, who was self-employed in siding applications, was died at home Thursday, Oct. 21, 2004, in Woodland. He was 66.
Mr. Smith was a 1955 Fort Vancouver High School graduate. He earned an associate's degree at Clark College. He was a member of the Slo Poks car club and loved racing and listening to music.

Leo A. Walsh
Woodland
Leo A. Walsh born April 12, 1921, in Spokane and lived in Woodland for the past 18 years.
Mr. Walsh attended Mount Angel Seminary and the University of Portland. He served in the Army Air Corps and was stationed in Florida during World War II.
He attended St. Philips Catholic Church in Woodland. When it was destroyed by fire, he and his wife helped in securing pledges, financing and rebuilding the church. He was known for his sense of humor and his dedication to his Catholic faith.
Mr. Walsh was an assistant business manager at Pacific University in Forest Grove, and then worked for Far West Federal Savings and Loan. He retired in 1986.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Marguerite, at home; one daughter, Kathleen Hoffman of Vancouver; six sons, Lawrence and Kevin, both of Portland, Charles of Vancouver, Patrick of West Linn, Ore., Stephen of San Francisco, and David of Tigard, Ore.; two brothers, Thomas of Oak Harbor and Francis of Walnut Creek, Calif.; two sisters, Marian Lankford of Goliad, Texas, and Helen Walsh of Bellingham; and four grandchildren.
A vigil service will begin at 7 tonight and a funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday, both at St. Philips Catholic Church. Davies Cremation & Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.

Eleanor J. Weber

Eleanor Joanne Patterson Weber, a former Vancouver resident, born Nov. 29, 1937, in Eureka, Calif. She lived in Vancouver for 10 years before moving to Janesville two years ago.
Her husband, Ken Webber, death.
Survivors include two daughters, Cindie Libke of Janesville and Sandra McMahon of Reno, Nev.; three sons, Tom Willis of Redway, Calif., Erick Patterson of Sparks, Nev., and Gary Patterson of Greer, S.C.; nine grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
Colonial Mortuary in Susanville, Calif., was in charge of cremation. A private service was Oct. 23 in Janesville.
Ray B. Willard
Vancouver
Ray B. Willard, who lived in Vancouver for the past 28 years, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 2004, in Eagle Creek, Ore.
She was died in 1952. She died in 1995.
Mrs. Backes lived in Eagle Creek for the past eight years.
She loved bowling and bowled in many leagues and tournaments, and also enjoyed playing the harmonica, singing and riding horses.
Survivors include three daughters, Joan Houle of Payson, Utah, Marion Johnson of Minnesota and Janice Rudolph of Antioch, Calif.; one son, Raymond D. Backes of Camas; one brother, Mike Krebs of Didsbury; and numerous grandchildren.
The casket will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday at Straub's Funeral Home in Camas.
There will be no service. Inurnment will be in Camas died Friday, Oct. 22, 2004, when his car crashed into a utility pole near Ridgefield. He was 22.
Mr. Barkowski, who attended La Center High School, loved fishing and snowboarding and enjoyed music.
He was Cemetery, both in Battle Ground. The casket will be open from 7 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.
