A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. Friday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel for Jeffrey "Jeff" Arvid Leppaluoto, who born Aug. 24, 1962, in Vancouver and lived in Clark County all his life.
Mr. Leppaluoto enjoyed golfing, camping, biking, photography and taking trips to Reno.
He was an Oregon State Beavers fan and enjoyed all sports.
Survivors include his wife, Tina, at home; his mother and stepfather, Toni and John Herrin of Vancouver; his father, Keith Leppaluoto of Vancouver; one sister, Jacquie Wells of Vancouver; and his grandfather, Maurice Priddy of Richland.
His body was cremated.

James Robert Nelson, a senior software systems specialist, born April 2, 1953, in Sacramento, Calif., and lived in Clark County for the past 17 years.
Survivors include his wife, Katherine, at home; one daughter, Kristen Nelson of Bellingham; one son, Jerry of Portland; his parents, Claris and Robert Nelson of East Wenatchee; and one sister, Karen Newell of Seattle.
A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at Church of the Holy Spirit in Battle Ground.
Layne's Funeral Home in Battle Ground is in charge of arrangements.

Una E. Payne
Ridgefield
Una E. Payne, who lived 60 years in Clark County, born March 18, 1912, in Indianapolis. Her maiden name was Morris.
She had been a member of the Clark County Saddle Club, and enjoyed raising racehorses, gardening and cooking.
Survivors include one daughter, Patricia Young of Dunsmuir, Calif.; and five grandchildren.
There will be no service. Layne's Funeral Home in Battle Ground was in charge of arrangements.
Ella M. Swett
Woodland
A funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Woodland Presbyterian Church for Ella M. Swett, who born Jan. 18, 1914, in Page, Neb., and lived in Woodland most of her life. Her maiden name was Nelson.
Mrs. Swett enjoyed gardening, crocheting, reading, cooking and attending garage sales.
Survivors include three daughters, Leota Mynatt of Lyons, Ore., Marge Baranske of Vancouver and Judy Osmanberg of Ariel; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens died of pneumonia Sunday, Oct. 24, 2004, in a Portland care center. He was 82.
He was died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2004, in Vancouver. She was 72.
She was died Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2004, at home. She was 90.
Mrs. Gibson was died in 1986.
Survivors include one daughter, Marian L. Mills of Vancouver; three stepdaughters, Dixie Small of San Diego, Linda Reynolds of Portola Valley, Calif., and Connie Smith of Portland; four stepsons, Michael Gibson of The Dalles, Ore., Ken King and Terry King, both of Vancouver, and Bobby King of Portland; three grandchildren; and numerous step-grandchildren.

A private family service is set for Rodney Val Hansen, who born March 31, 1927, in Crofton, Neb., and lived in Clark County for 24 years.
Survivors include one daughter, Lisa Hibbard of Vancouver; one son, Carl of Astoria, N.Y.; one sister, Doris Larson of Reston Va.; and three grandchildren.

A service will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. John Catholic Church for Jean F. Schorr, who born Aug. 20, 1925, in Vernonia, Ore.
She was a member of St. John Catholic Church and Manor Garden Club. She enjoyed making baby layettes.
Her husband of 19 years, Raymond, died at Southwest Washington Medical Center on Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004. He was 82.
Mr. Carlson was a production manager for Sunshine Dairy in Portland from 1950 to 1982. He was died Oct. 26, 2004, in Beaumont.
He was born Sept. 3, 1976, in Conroe, Texas, and attended schools in Battle Ground and Yacolt.
He was an undersea welder on off-shore oil rigs near the Galveston, Texas, coast.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Mary and Jim Gulzow of Battle Ground; his father and stepmother, Gary and Lynda Capps of Conroe, Texas; one son, David of Montgomery, Texas; one brother, Jason Capps of Nashville, Tenn.; four stepbrothers, Brent Gulzow of Vancouver, Brian Gulzow of Los Angeles, and Larry Delaney and Jarrod Delaney, both of Texas; one stepsister, Kristy Delaney of Texas; and grandmothers Cathy Kehoe of Battle Ground and Bernice Capps of Conroe.
A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11, at the Chamber of Commerce building, 912 E. Main Street, Battle Ground. Conroe Funeral Directors in Conroe, Texas, is in charge of arrangements.
