Dakota Allen Clarke, infant son of Wendy Perry and Mike Clarke, of Vancouver, born June 17, 2004, in Portland.
Other survivors include two brothers, Austin Nickless of Vancouver and Joseph Prater of Oklahoma; grandparents, Belinda Deaver, Gary Cole and Lori and Scott Duell, all of Vancouver; and great-grandparents, Phyllis and Allen Deaver and Margaret Hegardt, all of Vancouver, and Lois and Stanley Duell of Arizona.
A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 6, at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, 3101 S.W. Sam Jackson Park Road, Portland, OR 97201.
Carmen A. Dyer
Vancouver
Carmen A. Dyer, who lived in the Vancouver area since 1951, died in 1982.
Mrs. Dyer, a nursing assistant, was died Thursday, Nov. 25, 2004, at Southwest Washington Medical Center. She was 89.
Mrs. Jones, who had been a nurse at Memorial Hospital for several years, was a Sunday school teacher and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She was died in 1975.
Survivors include her husband of 17 years, James A., at home; one daughter, Mary Laura English of Vancouver; five stepdaughters, Helen Jones of Spokane, LeeAnn Hayes and Frances Jones, both of Little Rock, Ark., Doris Jones of Vancouver and Elizabeth of La Center; one son, Jerry L. English of Kentucky; three stepsons, James Jr. of Severn, Md., Richard Jones of La Center and Robert Jones of Vancouver; one sister, Bessie Tyrrell of Vancouver; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The casket will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Vancouver Funeral Chapel. A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Baptist Church.
Naomi D. Kenaga

Naomi Divona Kenaga, a teacher, born Sept. 28, 1915, in Mill City, Ore.
A son, Dennis L. Windred, preceded her in Cemetery in Portland. Evergreen Staples Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to charity of donor's choice or a Mormon church missionary fund.
James J. Lucas
Washougal
James J. Lucas, who lived in Clark County for 49 years, born July 4, 1914, in Fort Dodge, Iowa.
He worked for the Crown Zellerbach paper mill.
Survivors include his wife, Gwen, at home; two daughters, Kay Ritter of Washougal and Caroline Moncrief of Florida; one sister, Betty Sweetman of Westford, Mass.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A son, James D., died Friday, Nov. 26, 2004, at Southwest Washington Medical Center. He was 92.
Mr. Macnab was died in 1984, and his second wife, Mary Jo McLachlan, death was one son, Lawrence W. Macnab, in 1984, and a grandson, Scott A. Macnab, in 1997.
Survivors include one daughter, Janet Philichi of Lake Oswego, Ore.; one stepdaughter, Debi Carter of Vancouver; one stepson, Nick McLachlan of Boardman, Ore.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Mr. Macnab, who graduated from the University of Portland, was a member of Holy Names at Our Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Portland. He liked to read, garden and play the piano.
The casket will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. today at Zeller Chapel of the Roses in Portland. Rosary will begin at 8:15 tonight at the funeral chapel. A funeral Mass begins at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Vancouver. Burial will be in Gethsemani Catholic died of lung cancer Sunday, Nov. 28, 2004, at home. He was 68.
Mr. Peters was death by his daughter Kimberly in 1986.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce, at home; one daughter, Bonnie Hubbard of Schererville, Ind.; two sons, Kenneth and Ronald J., both of Vancouver; and one sister, Marlene Cunningham of Gary, Ind.
He loved fishing, gardening and landscaping.
A funeral will begin at 3 p.m. today at Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel.

Homer "Bill" Queen, who worked for Alcoa, born Dec. 28, 1923, in Heavener, Okla., and lived in Clark County for 58 years.
Survivors include his wife, Betty, at home; two daughters, Judith Graham of Vancouver and Suzanne McCarty of Brush Prairie; one brother, Grady of Broken Arrow, Okla.; one sister, Betty S.; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was an Army paratrooper and a member of the American Legion and Moose and Elks lodges. Mr. Queen liked fishing and hunting.
There will be a private service. The casket will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel.
Winfred A. Schroeder
Vancouver
Winfred A. Schroeder, who had been a pastor at Memorial Lutheran Church for 20 years, born April 12, 1915, in Woodville, Wis., and had lived in Vancouver since 1960.
Survivors include his wife, Lois, at home; three daughters, Norma Moore of Jackson, Tenn., Eunice Schroeder of Vancouver and Carol Rumsch of Hillsboro, Ore.; two sons, David of Clarkston, Wash., and Gordon of Woodland; two sisters, Flora Sylvester of Bismarck, N.D., and Mildred Bluhm of Virginia; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Mr. Schroeder loved music, traveling, photography and gardening.
The casket will be open from noon to 5 p.m. Friday at Vancouver Funeral Chapel. A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church.

Jason R. Swenson

Former Vancouver resident Jason Ray Swenson born Jan. 4, 1974, in Tacoma and had lived in Portland the past two and one-half years.
He worked in commercial fishing.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Veronica Hamby-Nelson and Paul Nelson of Vancouver; his father, Lester Swenson of Tacoma; and one brother, Eric Swenson of Vancouver; and one half- brother, Joshua Swenson of Tacoma.
Mr. Swenson enjoyed hiking, surfing and skate boarding. He attended Mountain View High School in Vancouver.
The casket will be open from 5 to 9 tonight at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. A funeral will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday at the chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen memorial Gardens died Oct. 28, 2004, in Tampa, at her daughter's home. She was 57.
Mrs. Weber was born Nov. 13, 1947, in Artesia, Calif., and lived in Vancouver since 1971.
Survivors include two daughters, Patience Boyle of Vancouver and Charity Weber of Tampa; one son, John H. Weber III of Vancouver; three sisters, Sherry Yarlott of Rockford, Ill., Donna Yarlott of Winslow, Ariz., and Berniece Freeman of Salt Lake City; five brothers, Ronald Yarlott and Donald Yarlott, both of Arlington, Wash., John Yarlott of Vancouver, Edward McGrough and Edward LeClair, both of Salt Lake City; and six grandchildren.
