Marie H. Hanson
Marie was 93, she born January 24, 1918 in Hinsdale, Montana. Marie was the widow of Cliff Hanson. She is survived by her children, Bonnie (Doug) Olson, Karen (Paul) DeLappe, Ted (Linda), Tim (Roxanne), and Jamie (Dave) Martin, 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.Vigil Service will be Friday, January 7, 7:00 PM at St. Mary-on-the-Lake, in Bellevue, WA. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 8, at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Renton. A reception will follow at the Renton Technical College. Burial will be in Mt. Olivet passed away Monday, August 26, 2013, at his home after a brief illness.
He was married in June 1949, and together raised 3 children: Alan, Kenneth and Brenda.
It was while serving in the Army Air Corp that he became fascinated by the airplanes made by the Boeing Company and decided to study engineering and work there. He worked for Boeing for 37 years, including the early space industry. Despite frequent relocations, Norman served the community at large remaining active in churches and as Scout Master for Cub Scout and Boy Scout troops in Washington State and Alabama. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Sherman, Texas.
After retiring from Boeing in Renton, Washington, he relocated to Sherman, Texas, continuing to apply his engineering talents to many home repair challenges and innovative woodworking projects.
He is survived by his spouse, Carolyn (Smith) Wise of Sherman, Texas; three children and spouses: Alan Wise and wife Janice Irving Wise, Kenneth Wise and wife Patricia Strahan Wise, Brenda Garver; four grandchildren: Jenifer Graham, Caroline Wise, Kathryn Wise and Scott Garver; and three great-grand children: Matthew, Lauren and Emily. Norman is also survived by Tidbit, chief regulator of household activities and the boss of the other two cats Jessie and Smidgin. A man of deep faith and extraordinary intelligence and curiosity, he is missed by all those touched with his grace, attention, spirit and endless enjoyment of life.
Norman had a heart for our disabled and injured veterans. He supported the Disabled American Veterans and the Wounded Warrior Project along with many other charities. The family thanks the Home Hospice of Grayson, Cooke and Fannin counties for their kind care and support of Norman and family in his last days.
Suellyn Norma Olson
Suellyn Norma Olson, 66 of Renton, WA ended her valiant struggle with cancer on October 21, 2013 in Seattle, WA with her loving family at her bedside. married in their final year of college after which they settled in Renton, WA and both pursued parallel life-long careers in pharmacy.
In 1976, Suellyn and Lonnie welcomed their son Eric into their lives. They enjoyed many wonderful years together from climbing Mt Rainier, sailing in the San Juan Islands and fun road and ski trips throughout the Northwest with friends and family. A life-long 'Coug' she had a unique knack for often finding a way to include some Cougar memorabilia inside gifts she gave.
She took special pleasure in bringing her family and friends together and always found time to be present at not only all of her son Eric’s numerous games and special events as well as many of those of her nieces and nephews. If there was a special event or accomplishment in your life Suellyn was often the first to acknowledge it.
Suellyn was preceded in born in Port Angeles, WA, and Cemetery.

Joyce Janine Dinius
Joyce Dinius, 77, death by her parents, husband John and sister Marjorie.
Viewing will be from 1-5 p.m. on Friday, November 1st at Greenwood Memorial Park. Her service will be held Saturday, November 2nd at 11:00 a.m. at New Life Church, 15711 152nd Ave. SE, Renton, WA 98058. Reception will immediately follow at New Life Church. After the reception a graveside service will be at 2:30 at Greenwood Memorial Park passed away while on vacation on October 16, 2013.
Larry was married his high school sweetheart Linda Williams on May 21, 1967. He worked as a supervisor in the printing industry for 40 years and retired in 2008.
He is survived by his wife Linda, children Lance, Lyal (Laura), Lori and grandchildren Brendan, Bralen, Bobbi, Layla, Logan and Lexi. Also survived by Jerry (Penny), Karen (Dave) Zabor, Cheryl (Gary) Leider, Randy (Cindy), and Joan (Pat) Michaud, sister-in-law Sue Williams along with many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Auburn, Washington. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Messiah Lutheran Memorial fund.
David Sorenson
David was died October 14, 2013, at the age of 90.
Bob was married Lorraine Coe, also from Renton.
He attended Whitman College in Walla Walla and graduated with a degree in business in 1950. He worked for Carnation, Seagrams, Austin Nichols & Publicker Companies.
Bob loved camping and fishing with his family for many years. He was a great golfer and took pride in getting a 'hole in one' three times. Bob enjoyed gardening and maintained a beautifully landscaped yard. Many remember him with his great smile and twinkle in his eye. Throughout his life, he kept his great sense of humor.
Robert was preceded in born to Julius & Marie Stock on March 1st, 1923. She went home peacefully to be with the Lord on October 5th, 2013.
She was married in 1947. At that time Helen & Joe moved to Renton where they bought their home in Windsor Hills and lived their whole death. She is survived by John & Windy Jean, Stanley & Vanessa and 4 grandchildren, Joseph, Michael, Ryan & Shonda many nieces and nephews cousins and many Friends.
We give a special thank you to Anna, Daniel, Maria, Joseph & family of Kennydale Golden Age Adult family home for the special care that they gave mom over the past few years. You are a blessing to us.

Jack was death by his son Scot Miller, he is survived by his wife Margaret, his daughter Rebecca Zorich, his sons Mike (Paula) Miller, Kelly Miller, Daniel (Meghan) Barnett, His sister Janet Wicks, his brother Raymond Miller, seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild.

Virginia Ellen Luck
Virginia Ellen Luck, 93 and a 38 year resident of Ocean Shores, WA, born on April 19, 1921 in Portland, OR to Earl and Rose Kesling.
After graduating from Washington High School in 1939 she completed beautician training.
On July 4, 1942, she died in 1998.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Faith Community Church, 240 Canal Dr SE, Ocean Shores, WA on Saturday, August 23, 2014, at 2:00 pm with Pastor Jim Shiner officiating. A reception for family and friends will follow.
Her burial service will be held at the Greenwood Memorial Park, 350 Monroe Ave NE, Renton, on Monday, August 25, 2014, at 2:00 pm.

Croteau, Jean Clair
Jean Clair Croteau, age 80, joined her heavenly family on August 11, 2014. She born on July 30, 1934 in Portland Oregon, to Rosco and Francis Biggs. She grew up in Goldendale WA, and worked in her father's record shop. Jean graduated from Goldendale High School in 1952 and attended Holy Names College. She then met the love of her life and death by her daughter Renee, her parents and her brother Jack.

A funeral Mass is scheduled for 11AM on Wednesday August 20, at St. Stephen the Martyr Parish in Renton with a reception to follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Jean's life.
