Jackie L. Miller, a construction worker, born Dec. 3, 1944, in Grand Coulee, Wash., and lived in Vancouver the past 15 years.
A son, Doug, died in 1994.
He is survived by his wife, Janice, at home; six daughters, Kari A. Jones of Boise, Idaho, Kathy Smith, Kristi Asbury and Kim Zahn, all of Post Falls, Idaho, and Megan Miller and Nicole Miller, both of Portland; three sons, Jeff Niles and Curt Niles, both of Post Falls, Idaho, and Ryan Miller of Portland; two brothers, Ralph of Dupuyer, Mont., and Larry of Healy, Alaska; two sisters, Lorraine Berezay of Great Falls, Mont., and Maureen Honey of San Diego, Calif.; and 13 grandchildren.
Mr. Miller was a veteran of the Army and the National Guard. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and the outdoors.
William A. Osmanberg
Woodland
William "Billy" A. Osmanberg, a laborer in the construction industry, born June 10, 1910, in Merritt, B.C., and lived in Woodland the past 70 years. He traveled in the construction business and had worked on the Lewis River Dams and the Kalama Grain Elevator.
Mr. Osmanberg enjoyed taking drives with his friends and loved fishing.
Survivors include a niece, Lennea Brannon of El Paso, Texas; and two nephews, Arnold Osmanberg of Ariel and Charles R. Osmanberg of Oakville, Wash.
A graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Odd Fellows died in Vancouver on Friday, March 9, 2001. She was 76.
Mrs. Stratton was death.
Survivors include two daughters, Joan Houser of Vancouver and Kay Devine of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; one son, Dean of Vancouver; one brother, Eugene "Bud" Muffly of Rossland, B.C.; three sisters, Elizabeth Muffly of Medical Lake, Wash., Carol Burdick of Wenatchee and Mary Burdick of Fort Bragg, Calif.; and four grandchildren.
Mrs. Stratton enjoyed reading, wood carving and gardening.
There will be no service. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Isabell E. Tomlinson
Vancouver
Isabell E. Tomlinson, an Army veteran, born Jan. 7, 1906, in Portland and lived in the Vancouver area the past 53 years.
She was a nurses aide at the old Barnes Hospital in Vancouver for 25 years.
Her son, Harry Bell, died in 1976.
Survivors include one stepdaughter, Pat Geister of Milton-Freewater, Ore.; one son, William T. Bell of Boring, Ore.; four stepsons, Hal of Pasadena, Calif., Howard of Sequim, Wash., Dale of McMinnville, Ore., and Cliff; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Mrs. Tomlinson also served in the surgical unit at Scotts Field, Ill., for five years. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
The casket will be open from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. A funeral Mass will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens died of complications of diabetes Sunday, March 11, 2001, in Vancouver. She was 39.

Marquita Elaine Gaylord, who owned Star Janitor Service from 1977 to 1990, born May 25, 1932, in Atoka, Okla., and lived in Vancouver for 50 years. Her maiden name was Holland. Her husband, Clayton, died Sunday, March 11, 2001, in Battle Ground. He was 82.
died in 1998; and two grandchildren also preceded him in Cemetery, both in Brush Prairie. The casket will be open from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight at Layne's Funeral Home in Battle Ground.
James A. Knutson
Nampa, Idaho
Former Vancouver resident, James "Jim" A. Knutson, born April 21, 1947, in Vancouver. He lived in Vancouver all his life until he moved to Nampa, Idaho, three years ago.
Survivors include his wife, Joanne, at home; his mother, Ottilia Knutson of Vancouver; one daughter, Amanda Clark of Vancouver; one son, Ryan of Nampa, Idaho; and one sister, Judy McConathy of Vancouver.
Mr. Knutson loved golfing, fishing, hunting and bowling.
Viewing will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel.

Thomas Lucia born May 4, 1958, in Portland. Mr. Lucia graduated from Portland State University and enjoyed fishing, hunting and dancing. He loved his dogs, Buddy and Boo Boo.
A service will begin at noon Thursday at St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Beaverton, Ore. His body will be cremated. Young's Funeral Home in Tigard is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Maggie and Dennis O'Neel of Tigard; his father and stepmother, Joel and Jeanne Lucia of Seaside, Ore.; seven brothers, Joel Lucia of Beaverton, Michael Lucia and Matthew Lucia, both of Hillsboro, Ore., Ryan O'Neel of Lake Oswego, Mark Lucia of Jewell, Ore., and Scott Lucia and Stephen Lucia, both of Seaside; five sisters, Kathy Byrne of Aloha, Ore., Tara O'Neel of San Antonio, Texas, Amy McClean of Jewell, Angela Lucia of Seaside and Margaret Lucia of Portland; and his special companion, Barbara Pfaff, at home.

Michael A. Martin, 54, Clark County resident for the past two years, death is pending, according to a spokesman for the Clark County medical examiner.
Mr. Martin was a sales manager for Dean's Food of Chicago.
Survivors include his wife, Jonnie, at home; his parents, Mary and William Martin of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; two sons, Brian M. and Kevin W., both of Katy, Texas; and two brothers, Greg of Myrtle Beach and Gary of Vergo Beach, Fla.
