Jay Van Winkle, a machinist for Columbia Machine, born Jan. 6, 1941, in Hayden, Colo., and lived in Vancouver 58 years.
Survivors include one daughter, Dena Clary of Vancouver; his twin brother, Joy of Vancouver; and three grandchildren.
Mr. Van Winkle was an Army veteran and enjoyed scuba diving, camping and karaoke.
There will be no service. Davies Cremation and Burial Services was in charge of arrangements.

Chloey A. Bakken
Battle Ground
Chloey Ann Bakken, 87, born April 4, 1915, in Williamsburg, Ky. She lived in the Camas area for 50 years. Her maiden name was Morgan.
Her husband, Ted, died of heart problems Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2002, at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. He was 76.
Mr. Champagne was Cemetery in Portland. Hamilton-Mylan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Anthony J. Ridling
Yacolt
A 1999 Battle Ground High School graduate, Anthony Joel Ridling, born Feb. 10, 1981, in Portland and lived in Clark County for 14 years.
Survivors include his mother, Rhonda "Teri" Simonton of Yacolt; his father, Mark Ridling of Oregon; three sisters, Heather Govia of Pocatello, Idaho, and Kaycie Simonton and Melanie Simonton, both of Yacolt; his grandmother, Florence Miller of Portland; and his girlfriend, Kristen Harral of Battle Ground.
Mr. Ridling lettered in football and wrestling in high school, and enjoyed physical exercise. He liked the outdoors, camping, hiking, cooking and eating.
A graveside service will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at Mountain View died Monday, Dec. 9, 2002, at Southwest Washington Medical Center. He was 80.
Mr. Lanphar worked in the automotive industry and retired in 1987.
He was died Monday, Dec. 9, 2002, in Vancouver. She was 86.
Survivors include three daughters, Carol A. Williams of Amboy, Deanna L. Shefchek of Washougal and Judith M. Branstetter of Tampa, Fla.; one sister, Lenore Huycke of Olympia; one brother, Melvin Hirsekorn of Redwood City, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Mrs. Tennant was Cemetery.

Eleanor Parker
Yacolt
A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday at Hockinson Heights Seventh-day Adventist Church in Brush Prairie for Eleanor Parker, who born May 1, 1934, in Rapid City, S.D. She moved to Woodland in 1971 and to Yacolt two years ago.
Her husband, Delbert, died of a heart attack Thursday, Jan. 9, 2003, at home. He was 58.
Mr. Russell was a high-voltage lineman for Henkels and McCoy in Portland.
He was died Jan. 5, 2003, in a Portland hospital.
Other survivors include two sisters, Shellbie Smith and Sierria Watters, both of Vancouver; and two brothers, Cory Thompson and Patrick Thompson, both of Vancouver.
A graveside service will begin at 1 p.m. Monday at Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery for Faye E. Wolford, who born Nov. 7, 1909, in Montrose, Mo., and lived in Vancouver since 1962.
Her husband, Ralph Sr., died Friday, Jan. 10, 2003, at her home in Washougal. She was 56.
Mrs. Hansen, whose maiden name was Duffey, was born March 28, 1946, in San Mateo, Calif., and moved to Washougal 11 years ago. Known for her boundless energy, she had worked with the San Francisco United Mainliner Club and SOKOL, a Czech gymnastic organization.
Mrs. Hansen enjoyed gardening, animals, downhill skiing, woodworking, co-ed softball, roller skating, fixing cars, cooking, painting, tent camping, crocheting, upholstery, sewing costumes, and roofing.
Survivors include her husband of 21 years, Robert H., at home; one daughter, Whitney D. Welch of San Mateo; one son, Shawn J. Forrest of Pacifica, Calif.; two stepsons, Jeffrey T. and Paul M. Brink, both of San Mateo; two brothers, James Duffey of Kissimmee, Fla., and Michael Duffey of Alvarado, Texas; and one granddaughter.
A memorial service will be later. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
