A Hudson's Bay High School graduate, Angela Dawn Wells born July 3, 1964, in Port Huron, Mich., and lived in Vancouver the past 30 years. She was a secretary.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Lou Pickett of Vancouver; her father, Lynn Pickett of Port Huron; one brother, Brian Pickett of Vancouver; and one sister, Crystle Morris of Kirkland, Wash.
There will be a private service. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.

Battle Ground
A funeral will begin at 2 p.m. today at Layne's Funeral Home in Battle Ground for Cecil Edward Governor, who born Sept. 8, 1922, in Klamath Falls, Ore., and lived in Clark County the past 45 years.
He was a parks caretaker in Clark County for 35 years, working at Daybreak Park and Lewisville Park.
Survivors include his wife of more than 40 years, Evelyn, at home; three daughters, Sherrill Harding of Vancouver and Cheryl and Linda, both of California; four sons, Gary Oltman and Dewey Oltman, both of Battle Ground, Kenny Oltman of John Day, Ore., and Jim Governor of La Center; one sister, Margaret Bissett of Portland; three brothers, Lloyd of Whidbey Island, Wash., Ivan of Medford, Ore., and Fred of Gold Hill, Ore; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Memory Memorial Park.
Vernon A. Walker
Washougal
Vernon A. Walker, who died at home March 9, 2001. He was 88.
Mr. Boettiger retired from Seattle City Light in 1977 after 35 years.
He was died in 1996.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Margaret, at home; two daughters, Frances Mitchell of Fort Worth, Texas, and Lois J. Williams of Vancouver; one brother, Robert of Seattle; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Mr. Boettiger lived in Seattle for 58 years and attended First Nazarene Church. He was a member of Central Nazarene Church in Vancouver.
Mr. Boettiger was a member of the Electrical Workers union, Local 77. He enjoyed reading, traveling, history and sports.
A memorial service will begin at noon Sunday at Central Nazarene Church. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.

Timothy J. Edwards

Timothy Jo Edwards born Oct. 1, 1968, in Redding, Calif. He moved to Vancouver in 1975.
He worked for Consolidated Metco in Portland for the past five years.
Survivors include his wife, Amandina DeLaCadena Edwards, at home; his mother and stepfather, Jacquie and Earl Dalby of Vancouver; one daughter, Georgina, at home; one son, Tristen, at home; six brothers, Anthony Edwards, Michael Edwards, Robert Edwards, Eric Siek, Earl Dalby Jr. and Michael Dalby, all of Vancouver; three sisters, Mary Reyes of Madras, Ore., and Dorothy Hamblin and Carol Haggatt, both of Vancouver.
Mr. Edwards enjoyed hunting, camping and bowling, and loved to play baseball.
A memorial service will begin at 12:30 p.m. Monday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel.
Lawrence K. Oser Jr.

Lawrence Kruse Oser Jr., who died Friday, Mar. 23, 2001, at home. She was 92.
Her husband, Caesar, born April 10, 1908, in Sunlight, Colo. Mrs. Vallet lived in Vancouver the past 15 years. Her maiden name was Perko.
She enjoyed baking and gardening.
There will be a private service. Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Frances M. Yearout
Everett
Frances May Lieser Yearout born Dec. 13, 1922, in California. She moved to Vancouver as an infant and lived in Vancouver until moving to Everett five months ago.
Mrs. Yearout was a member of St. James and St. Joseph Catholic churches.
Survivors include one daughter, Sharon Gadbaugh of Aloha, Ore.; two sons, Douglas of Everett and David of Vancouver; one brother, Miles Lieser of Vancouver; and three grandchildren.
Her husband, Grover, died Friday, March 23, 2001, in Vancouver. He was 58.
Mr. Bauer was death by a grandson in 1989.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Gloria, at home; three sons, Darcy, Wade and Roddy, all of Vancouver; one daughter, Kaylynn Benjamin of Vancouver; five brothers, Eddie of Portland, Leonard of Manteca, Calif., Elmer of Covina, Calif., LeRoy of Imperial Beach, Calif., and Calvin of Billings, Mont.; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral will begin at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens died Wednesday, March 21, 2001, in Battle Ground. He was 76.
Mr. Bergau was death by a granddaughter, Ann K. Eckhardt, in 1987.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Beverly J. at home; two daughters, Kathleen C.M. Stradley of Canby, Ore., and Laura L. Marshall of Empire, Calif.; two sons, Don A. of Bremerton, Wash., and Daniel G. of Vancouver; one brother, Glenn of Usk, Wash.; and two grandchildren.
Burial in Willamette National Cemetery for Eugene H. "Gene" Ecklund, 86, who Born May 24, 1914, in Klum, N.D., Mr. Ecklund lived in Clark County since 1921. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and worked as a commercial fisherman. He enjoyed duck hunting, telling stories about the past and eating. He was a quiet man and a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Mary R. "Becky" at home; two sons, Alan Ecklund of Ridgefield and Wayne Perry of Sprague, Ore.; six daughters, Ethel Kame of Roseburg, Ore., Nancy Propper and Pat Cook, both of Woodland, Lucy Fletcher and Mary Carroll, both of Ridgefield, and Stella Campbell of Tiller, Ore.; one brother, Dale Horn of Ridgefield; two sisters, Hope Ecklund of San Francisco and Inez Knable of Vancouver; 37 grandchildren; 65 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
