A graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Willamette National died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2001, in Vancouver. She was 78.
Mrs. Bates was died in 1988.
Survivors include her daughter, Susan Maul of Ridgefield; three sons, Steven Bates of Colton, Calif., Richard Bates of Newberg, Ore., and Greg Bates of Oregon City, Ore.; and three grandchildren.
Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of ar- rangements.

Dakota S. Davis

Dakota Sky Davis was died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2001, at Willamette Falls Hospital in Oregon City, Ore.
He was preceded in died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2001, in Vancouver. She was 86.
Mrs. Ehrlich was death.
Mrs. Ehrlich loved her children and especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren..
Her husband, Hans Ehrlich, died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2001, in Vancouver. She was 93.
Mrs. Greenwalt belonged to the Hazel Dell Assembly of God Church and enjoyed gardening, cooking, her family and making candy.
She was death by her husband, Fred, in 1994; her daughter, Freida Sisseck; and her son, Henry Westerlund.
Survivors include a daughter, Joan Wray of Vancouver; two sisters, Violet Frey of Vancouver and LaVerne Rupe of Eugene, Ore.; two brothers, John Turner of Longview, and Harrison Turner of Toledo, Wash.; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral will begin at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. Vault died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2001, in Vancouver. He was 84.
Mr. Mackey was died.
Mr. Mackey was a shoemaker and member of the Old Apostolic Lutheran Church in Brush Prairie.
He enjoyed reading, traveling to the beach, camping, visiting with company and birthday celebrations.

Darrell D. Nold

A staff sergeant in the United States Army during the Korean War, Darrell D. Nold born April 13, 1934, in Wahpeton, N.D. He lived in Vancouver for 28 years.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Nold of Vancouver; four sons, Ron, Brett and Mike Nold of Vancouver and Gary Nold of Palm Desert, Calif.; nine sisters, Carol, Pat, Roberta, Mazie, Delphine, Sharon, Shirley, Connie and Donna; a brother, Ronald; and 11 grandchildren.

Frank L. Secora
Vancouver
A Vancouver resident for 20 years, Frank L. Secora born June 29, 1930, in Beach, N.D. He lived in Bougalusa, La., for 18 years and worked for Crown Zellerbach and Chase Bag in Portland until he retired.
Mr. Secora loved to travel with his companion, Judy Dodgion. They went to their home in Yuma, Ariz., every winter. He is remembered as a fighter.
In addition to Dodgion, survivors include his mother and stepfather, Ethel and Fred Zyler of Vancouver; his son, Dale of Louisiana; his brother, Larry of Vancouver; and four grandchildren.

Martha A. Shular

A welder in the Kaiser shipyards during World War II, Martha A. Shular born April 10, 1915, in Oneida, Tenn. Her maiden name was Ackers. She lived in the Vancouver-Clark County area for 59 years.
She was a seamstress and loved to sew, especially wedding gowns. She also was a member and treasurer of Trinity Baptist Church.
Mrs. Shular was preceded in Interment will follow in Willamette National died of brain cancer Friday, Sept. 28, 2001, at home in Vancouver.
Mrs. Steiner worked in quality assurance and as an inspector for Hewlett-Packard before retiring in 1999. She loved gardening, keeping tropical fish, swimming, walks on the beach and collecting crystal and blown glass.
Mrs. Steiner was Cemetery.

Lillie Tucker

A graveside service will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday at Willamette National died of complications from a stroke Friday, Sept. 28, 2001, in Vancouver. She was 95.
Mrs. Tucker was death by her husband, Lloyd Tucker, in 1989; two daughters, Pauline Kemp in 2001 and Christine Casteel in 1988; and a son, Melvin Poyner, in 1933.
Survivors include two sons, Howard and Russell Poyner, both of Vancouver; three sisters, Florence Silva of Arizona, Maudie Horner of Vancouver and Ethel Hayden of Olympia; a brother, Red Scribner of Baltimore; and nine grandchildren.
The casket will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at Hamilton-Mylan Funeral Home.
Gyda Weiler
Vancouver
Gyda Weiler born June 28, 1909, in Heugosurd, Norway. Her maiden name was Odegaard. She lived in New York, Los Angeles, Hawaii and in Gladstone, Ore., for 25 years, before moving to Vancouver 18 months ago.
Mrs. Weiler was retired from selling cosmetics.
Her husband, Ted Weiler, died in 1998.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Linda Rivera and Debbie Low, both of Oahu, Hawaii; and many great-grandchildren.
The family will have a private service later. Omega Funeral and Cremation Services in Portland is in charge of arrangements.
