Walter R. Stoltz, who helped organize Evergreen Little League and was the first president, born June 13, 1930, in Miles City, Mont. He lived in Clark County 38 years.
A funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Hazel Dell. The casket will be open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel and 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Willamette National died Dec. 26, 2001, in Oxnard. She was 81.
Mrs. DeCou was died in 1996, . A son, Daniel, Cemetery. The casket will be open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to noon Thursday at the funeral home.

A 20-year resident of Clark County, Vernon James Barnes, born Jan. 4, 1934.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis, at home; one daughter, Rita Halleck of Vancouver; one stepdaughter, Patricia Heim of Portland; two sons, Anthony of Vancouver and Keith of Tucson, Ariz.; three stepsons, Scott Wright and Donald Wright, both of La Center, and Daniel Wright of Vancouver; 19 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at Vancouver Wesleyan Church. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.

Harold F. Boutwell

Harold "Bill" F. Boutwell Cemetery.
He was death.
Although he didn't attend college, after Mr. Boutwell retired he established a scholarship fund at Washington State University Vancouver.
Survivors include a nephew, Wendell Boutwell of Mount Vernon, Ill.
J. Frank Coleman
Vancouver
A funeral will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at Vancouver West Stake Center of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for J. Frank Coleman, who born Oct. 16, 1928, in Rochester, Minn. He lived in Vancouver for 26 years.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret L., at home; one daughter, Christine C. Bimson of Paradise Valley, Ariz.; two sons, Kenneth F. of Seattle and Kevin H. of Rutland, Vt.; two brothers, Richard H. of Marysville, Wash., and John P. of Black Diamond, Wash.; and seven grandchildren.
Mr. Coleman, who served four years in the Naval Air Reserves, was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, St. Johns Ward. He loved gardening and camping.
He was involved with the Boy Scouts for 25 years and received the Silver Beaver Award.
He had been a scoutmaster for 10 years and was a district chairman in the Polaris District.
The casket will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today at Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel and one hour before the service Saturday at the stake center. Private burial will be in Park Hill Cemetery for Donna Evelyn Duvall, who born Jan. 20, 1942, in Vancouver.
Survivors include her mother, Evelyn Duvall of Battle Ground; one daughter, Tracey Morrow of Battle Ground; one brother, Fred R. Duvall of Vancouver; and one grandchild.
Miss Duvall was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and was a Civil War history buff. She enjoyed reading mysteries and watching "Jeopardy" on television. Miss Duvall played the piano and accordion and loved dogs.

Irvin H. Ginter

An auto mechanic for 40 years, Irvin H. Ginter, born Nov. 12, 1919, in Cooper, S.D., and had lived in Vancouver since 1960.
Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Adeline, at home; two daughters, Kathleen Baran and Judith Buckholz, both of Vancouver; two sons, Garrett and Gerald, both of Vancouver; two sisters, Laurrene Snyder of Lowell, Mich., and Myrna Schweitzer of Grand Rapids, Mich.; one brother, Bob of Hill City, S.D.; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral will being at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. A private burial will be in Park Hill died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2002, in The Dalles, Ore. She was 97.
She was death by her husband of 36 years, Frank, and a daughter, Alice M.
A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Washougal. Private burial will be in Fern Prairie died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2002, in Vancouver. He was 70.
Mr. O'Keefe, an electrical engineer, was Cemetery in Brush Prairie.
Olga P. Ward

Olga Pippel Ward, a charter member of the World War I Women's Auxiliary, born March 14, 1897, in Plymouth Township, Minn. She lived in Yachats, Ore., for 45 years before moving to Vancouver when she was 99.
She pursued various occupations including a children's caretaker, caterer, practical nurse, telephone operator, farmer and jigsaw puzzle cutter.
She had traveled to Europe, New Zealand and Africa, and when she was 91 she vacationed in Greece.
Mrs. Ward was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Yachats Ladies Club and Farmers Auxiliary. She was a lifelong card player and enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting.
Survivors include her sister, Louise Wood of Vancouver, and four stepgrandchildren.
A memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. Monday at Vancouver Kamlu. There will also be a memorial service later in Yachats. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.
