Sid K. Jones

Sid Keith Jones born Dec. 4, 1951, in Vancouver and lived all his life in the Vancouver area.
He worked for various companies that did road paving.
Survivors include one daughter, KaeLee Jones of Vancouver; one son, Christopher R. Jones of Portland; his father, Richard C. Jones of Washougal; and his brother, Michael R. of Vancouver.
Mr. Jones liked music and enjoyed playing softball and baseball.
There will be no service.
Patrick G. Sather
Vancouver
Patrick G. Sather, an electrician for Singer Electric in Portland, born March 17, 1951, in Anacortes and lived in Vancouver for the past 13 years.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Marsha, at home; his parents, JoAnn and Palmer Sather of Everett; one daughter, Holly Sather of Vancouver; three sons, Kyle of Custer, Wash., Ian of Chewelah, Wash., and Gabriel of Spokane; two sisters, Pam Schumacher of Bothell and Paula Fredrick of Marysville; two brothers, Gerald and Ed, both of Everett; and three grandchildren.
Mr. Sather was a member of the Electrical Workers union, Local 48. He liked racing pigeons and was a member of the Vancouver Club of Racing Pigeons.
An open house will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the family home. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.

Richard A. Webb
Woodland
Richard Allen "Rick" Webb, a laborer, born Jan. 13, 1963, in Yakima. He moved to the Woodland area in 1980.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and working on automobiles.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie, at home; his father, Ray Snodgress of West Richland; three daughters, Michelle Webb of Buckley, Wash., Jasmine Webb and Tanisha Webb, both of Woodland; three sons, Jason Musso of Longview, and Trevor Webb and Travis Webb, both of Woodland; two brothers, Mike Webb and David Snodgress; three sisters, Christina Olson of Kennewick, Melody Ackerman of Welches, Ore., and Cheryl McDermott of Richland; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2002, in Woodburn. He was 84.
Mr. Grenia was Cemetery in Grand Ronde.

John B. Martin
Vancouver
A funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at Straub's Funeral Home in Camas for John Martin, who Cemetery.
Mr. Martin graduated from the University of Chicago in 1933 with a master's degree in chemistry. He worked as a chemist and in 1947 moved to Camas to work at the old Crown Zellerbach paper mill. In 1970, he began working for Northwest Natural Gas in Portland. He retired in 1976.
Mr. Martin taught computer classes at Portland State University after he retired. He enjoyed science research, especially chemistry and physics.
Mr. Martin was a former member of Camasino and enjoyed classical music and reading. He was died in 1991.
Survivors include one daughter, Sheila Morrison of Boardman, Ohio; four sons, William of Newport Beach, Calif., James of Vancouver, Robert of Hoquiam, Wash., and Richard of Portland; one sister, Florence Whipple of McHenry, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Nancy R. Newman
Vancouver
Nancy Ruth Newman, a 61-year resident of Clark County, born Dec. 31, 1936, in Phipsburg, Colo. Her maiden name was Morgan.
Her son, Robert O., preceded her in died of renal failure Monday, Jan. 7, 2002, in Issaquah, Wash. She was 85.
Mrs. Lane was died in 1994.
Survivors include one daughter, Jackie Knudson of South Bend, Ind., four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Private burial will be in Park Hill died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2002, in a Portland hospital after a short illness. She was 56.
Mrs. Marsh was died Monday, Jan. 7, 2002, in Colorado Springs. She was 93.
Her husband of 55 years, Addison M., born April 24, 1908, in Quincy, Ore. She moved to Colorado from Minneapolis in December 2000.
She graduated from Oregon College of Education in Monmouth, Ore. She also did graduate studies in education at Portland State University, San Francisco State and University of Minnesota.
Mrs. Smith was a schoolteacher for 33 years before retiring in 1973. She had taught in Washougal.
She was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Vancouver and sang in the choir.
Survivors include one son, Stephen A. of Colorado Springs; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A service will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at Haakinson-Groulx Mortuary Chapel in Clatskanie, Ore.
Delores K. Fisher
Vancouver
A funeral will begin at 3 p.m. today at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel for Delores K. Fisher, who born Feb. 15, 1952, in Defiance, Ohio, and lived in Vancouver since 1988.
Survivors include her husband, Donald G., at home; one daughter, Dorene of Vancouver; one son, Matthew Eickhoff of Indianapolis; and three sisters, Kathleen Meyer of Cincinnati, Ruth Ann Simpson of Tampa, Fla., and Eileen Kihm of Fort Meyers, Fla.
Mrs. Fisher was a member of the Pfaff Club, National Rifle Association and a past president of the Washington State Residential Care Council. She was a 4-H leader.
