A memorial service will begin at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church for Theresa Elizabeth Nanney, who born Dec. 25, 1908.
Survivors include friends, Lavon and Gene Lehman and Pat and Al Crombie, all of Vancouver.
Miss Nanney, who graduated from Willamette University, worked at the Clark County Court House from 1930 to 1942. She was a member of Pomona, state and national granges.
Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2002, in a Portland hospital. He was 73.
Mr. Scofield was Cemetery in Portland for Michael "Paco" Spray, who born July 24, 1964, in Beeville, Texas. He lived in Vancouver the past 12 years.
Survivors include his mother, Lupe Spray of Kelso; his father, Roxy Spray of Vancouver; three sisters, Sara Hanson, Jenny Gaze and Marcia Spray, all of Kelso; and his girlfriend, Tuesday Thorgrimsen of Vancouver.
Mr. Spray, a 1982 Battle Ground High School graduate, enjoyed fishing. He was a Navy veteran.
The casket will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to noon Wednesday at Sunnyside Little Chapel of the Chimes in Portland.
Roberta Whetstine
Hesston, Kan.
Former Vancouver resident Roberta "Bobbi Lynn" Whetstine, born Nov. 11, 1987, in Vancouver. She lived in Clark County for eight years before moving to Kansas.
She was an eighth-grader at Hesston Middle School. Bobbi was a member of First Christian Church in Newton, Kan., and active in the honor choir and youth group.
Survivors include her parents, Linda and Bert Whetstine, at home; three brothers, Bernie, Tony and Ben; five sisters, Christina Holliday, Tami Whetstine, Marine Hoeflein, Amanda Whetstine and Melinda Whetstine.
A service will begin at 3 p.m. Wednesday at First Christian Church. Petersen Funeral Home in Newton is in charge of arrangements.
Robert L. Allen
Ridgefield
Robert "Bob" L. Allen, a firefighter and paramedic with Fire District 6, born Sept. 20, 1966, in Fort Worth, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, Dana R., at home; his parents, Ginny and David Allen of Vancouver; two daughters, Ashley R. and Kennedy N., both at home; one brother, Scott of Vancouver; and grandparents, Lucille and Robert Pence of Vancouver and Rachel Allen of Laport, Ind.
Mr. Allen was a member of Vancouver Seventh-day Adventist Church and Firefighters Union, Local 1805.
He worked for AMR Northwest before joining Fire District 6 six years ago.
He liked outdoor sports, including water skiing, volleyball, soccer, softball and snowmobiling. He also liked playing cards.
A funeral will begin at noon Friday at First Church of God. Vancouver Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

James E. Andersen

Former Clark County resident James "Jim" Edward Andersen born June 26, 1944, in Denver.
Survivors include his parents, Flora and Walter Andersen of Battle Ground; two daughters, Kathy Price of Auburn, Wash., and Kellie Bassen of Seattle; one stepson, Eric of Aloha; one sister, Patricia K. Fletcher of Sequim, Wash.; three brothers, Gerry T. of Battle Ground, Michael L. of Menifee, Calif., and Walter C. of Woodland; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. today at Cooper Mountain Presbyterian Church.
Harold E. Anderson
Vancouver
Harold E. Anderson born Dec. 4, 1921, in Bandon, Ore., and moved to Vancouver in the late 1960s.
He worked for Continental Can Co. in Portland before enlisting in the Navy.
He served in World War II. After his discharge, he returned to the can company and retired after 34 years.
He loved fishing and also liked target shooting, carpentry and refinishing antiques.
Survivors include five daughters, JoAnn Anderson of Georgia, Marnie Jackson of Vancouver, Pam Walker and Angela Lewis, both of Portland, and Cathy Dietrich of Brush Prairie; one stepdaughter, Marlo Frackiewicz of Vancouver; five stepsons, Jim Luden and Micky Ward, both of Vancouver, Mike Ward of Morton, Wash., Monty Ward of Amboy and Dan Denton of Fairbanks, Alaska; one sister, Melva Asonavich of Portland; 13 grandchildren; 13 step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and 11 step-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. Thursday at Evergreen Memorial Gardens died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2002, in Vancouver. He was 77.
Mr. Balholm was died Friday, Jan. 11, 2002, at a local care center. She was 91.
Her husband, Ernest J., born Jan. 18, 1910, in Wasco, Ore. She lived in Vancouver the past 60 years.
Survivors include two daughters, Phyllis A. Voeller of Vancouver and Echo M. Brown of Vallejo, Calif.; two sons, Robert M. and William R., both of Vancouver; 11 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. Friday at Memory Memorial Park. The casket will be open from noon to 7 p.m. Thursday at Vancouver Funeral Chapel.

A lifetime Vancouver resident, Eugene Buzzini born Dec. 20, 1932, in Vancouver.
He was a self-employed finishing contractor.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Corrine M., at home; four daughters, Rosemary Dedrickson of Portland and Sandra Myers, Vickie Frantz and Kim Railey, all of Vancouver; two sons, Mike Nickolas and Ricky Buzzini, both of Vancouver; one sister, Peggy Nelson of Vancouver; one brother, Steve Krommenacher of Washougal; and eight grandchildren.
His body was cremated. A celebration of his life will begin at 6 p.m. Friday at VFW Post 7824. Inurnment will be in Willamette National Cemetery in Portland.
