Ernest Neal

Ernest Neal born June 17, 1934, in Amboy and lived in Clark County all his life.
He worked for the I.P. Mill in north Clark County.
Survivors include three daughters, Linda Barnes, Karen Bunch and Susan Neal, all of La Center; one son, James Neal of Kalama; one sister, Mary Kopkie of La Center; three brothers, Gordon of Vancouver, Donald of Battle Ground and Robert of Texas; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Mr. Neal liked to play darts and bingo.
A graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. Thursday at View died at home Sunday, Jan. 20, 2002. He was 87.
Mr. Tomezynski retired from the Crown Zellerbach paper mill in Camas in 1977. He worked in the shipyards during World War II.
He was died at home Saturday, Jan. 19, 2002. She was 86.
She was died in 2000.
Survivors include one daughter, Darlene Engstrom of Vancouver; one sister Del Westphal of Vancouver; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Wilde was a former owner of Art's Tavern and the Barbecue Tavern, both in Vancouver.
She was a former member of American Legion Auxiliary of Smith-Reynolds Post 14.
Burial will be in Park Hill died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2002, in Vancouver. He was 71.
Mr. Wright was a member of the 25-Year Club. He enjoyed the beach, model cars and camping. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
He was Cemetery in Portland.

Fred B. Wright

Fred B. Wright born Oct. 16, 1911, in Portland and moved to Camas in 1920.
He graduated from Camas High School in 1928 and attended Washington State University and the University of Washington.
He moved to Vista Del Rio in 1979 where he lived for the next 20 years.
Mr. Wright was a member of the Camas Downtown Businessmen's Association, Camas United Methodist Church and the Chamber of Commerce.
He was an avid woodworker and enjoyed camping and trailer travel. At age 75, he attended computer classes at Clark College and bought the first of several computers.
Survivors include his wife, Millie, at home; two daughters, Kathy Fox of Portland and Sally Trzil of Clarkston, Wash.; one son, Tom Wright of Camas; one sister, Gwynne Drewfs of Portland; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
His body was cremated. A memorial service will begin at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel.

Francis M. Abbott

A funeral will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel for Francis Marion Abbott, who born June 3, 1921, in Moorhead, Minn., and had lived in Clark County since 1949.
Mr. Abbott was involved with the Civilian Conservation Corps before his Navy service in World War II.
He liked model trains and enjoyed the outdoors.
Survivors include eight daughters, Annie Perry, Darlene Erickson, Connie Bahr and Roberta Edwards, all of Vancouver, Beverly Roberts and Tonie Robbins, both of Seattle, Debra Ulestad of Gresham, Ore., and Claudine Parker of Centralia; three sons, Daniel L. of Gresham, Gerald P. of Centralia and Duane C. of Vancouver; three brothers, James, Richard and Eugene; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens died Jan. 17, 2002, in Vancouver. She was 80.
Mrs. Beavers was died in 1992.
Survivors include one daughter, Geneva K. Walther of Vancouver; one sister, Jessie "Marie" Howard of Oklahoma City; one brother, Elmer "Rex" North of Nashville, Tenn.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
There will be a private service later. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Ruth V. Brady, a homemaker, born June 12, 1913, in St. Louis. Her maiden name was Heitmeyer.
Survivors include one daughter, Sandra Greer of Vancouver; one sister, Arleigh Gobel of St. Louis; and three grandchildren.
There will be a service in St. Louis.
Theodore J. Guida

An Army veteran of the Vietnam War, Theodore John Guida, born Sept. 16, 1950, in Manhattan, N.Y., and lived in Vancouver for the past 30 years.
Survivors include his wife, April, of Copalis Beach; his mother, Laurie Breault of Vancouver; one daughter, Josie Guida; one son, Ryland G. Guida of Copalis Beach; and one sister, Anna "Mitzy" Rockoce of Vancouver.
There will be no service. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.
Orville F. Hammond

Orville F. Hammond, a member of American Legion and the Teamsters Union, born Nov. 10, 1919, in Napoleon, N.D. He lived in the Vancouver area for the past 53 years.
He enjoyed woodworking, traveling and hunting. An Army veteran of World War II, he received the Purple Heart.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Evelyn M., at home; one daughter, Linda Tuck of Medford, Ore.; three sons, Tom of Vancouver and Terry and Greg, both of Camas; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will begin at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel.

Robert Roy Harvey, who did maintenance and repair work for various companies, born Sept. 1, 1927, in Portland. He lived in Portland until moving to Ridgefield in 1995.
Survivors include his wife, Jane, at home; three daughters, Bobbie G. Harvey and Karen Harvey, both of Portland, and Patty Harvey; two sisters, Jessie O'Conner of Portland and Mary Ann Holamam of Bend, Ore.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
There will be no service. Hustad Funeral Home in Portland is in charge of arrangements.
