A service will begin at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel for Clarice Elizabeth Mitani, who died in 1966. A son, Donald Overby, and a daughter, Lorretta Rider, also preceded her in born Feb. 4, 1914, in Cooperstown, N.D.
Survivors include two daughters, Judy Sellers of Tampa, Fla., and Sally Tallmadge of Vancouver; two sons, Russell Overby of Vancouver and Thomas Overby of Portland; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Mitani liked cats and dogs and enjoyed playing bingo.
Burial will be Monday at Willamette National died Monday, Jan. 28, 2002, in Portland. She was 71.
Mrs. Pettengill was a retired Realtor who had worked for Metro East Real Estate in Portland.
She was Cemetery in Portland.
Her husband, John S., died Jan. 18.

John Scott "Millard" Wark committed suicide at home Monday, Jan. 28, 2002. He was 33.
He was died Sunday, April 28, 2002, in a Battle Ground care center. She was 79.
Her husband, William F., died in 1962.
Mrs. Anderson was Cemetery for Henry Cardiel Jr., who born July 18, 1960, in Fresno, Calif., and lived in Vancouver the past 18 years.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Becky, at home; his parents, Marcella and Henry Sr. of Fresno, Calif.; one daughter, Summar M. Maddock of Vancouver; two sons, Anthony and Andrew, both of Vancouver; four sisters, Irene Mann, Beatrice Pena, Alberta Gibson and Jeannie Cardiel, all of Fresno, Calif.; his grandmother, Betty Cardiel of Fresno; and three granddaughters.
Mr. Cardiel enjoyed working on his 1956 Chevy pickup and golfing. He also liked to drink margaritas with his daughter.
The casket will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel.
Elizabeth P. Colgate

Elizabeth Peabody Colgate died in 1998, and a daughter, Ginger, born March 26, 1918, in Massachusetts. She lived in Vancouver about seven months. Her maiden name was Boutwell.
Survivors include five daughters, Patricia E. Colgate of Citrus Heights, Calif., Pricilla E. Jaquez and Georgina R. Velasquez, both of Rocklin, Calif., Aldona L. Bunkley of Amboy and Marcia E. Colgate of Fairfax, Calif.; three sons, Donald L. of Red Bluff, Calif., John W. of Nice, Calif., and James L. of Citrus Heights; two sisters, Norma Nicolazo of Stoneham, Mass., and Lorrainne of New Hampshire; 16 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Colgate enjoyed bowling. She was a member of Drudis Women's Club.
A memorial service will be June 8 in California. Vancouver Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Donald R. Crouse

A service will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel for Donald R. Crouse, who born Feb. 1, 1920, in Utica, Mo., and lived in Clark County for 45 years.
Survivors include his wife, Alice M., at home; two daughters, Linda M. Clark of Hillsboro, Ore., and Sandy Lemon of Clackamas, Ore.; one son, William R. of Vancouver; one brother, William E. of Brookfield, Mo.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Mr. Crouse liked gardening, building things and fishing.
A graveside service will begin at 1 p.m. Thursday at Willamette National died of lung cancer April 24, 2002, in Bellevue. He was 70.

Steven Laverne Ferguson Jr., 26, born May 13, 1975, in Vancouver and lived in Carson the past 23 years.
Survivors include his mother, Cyndy Corley of Carson; his father, Steven Ferguson Sr. of Carson; one sister, Danielle Corley of Carson; and one brother, Anthony of the Philippines.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and golfing. He liked his dog, Angus.
A service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the American Legion in Carson. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.
