Paula E. Siekierski

A memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. today at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Paula Edwina Siekierski, who born June 1, 1946, in San Mateo, Calif. Her maiden name was Null.
Mrs. Siekierski worked in customer service for U.S. West until 1998.
She moved to Vancouver in September 2001.
Mrs. Siekierski had a strong belief in God and enjoyed working on her computer.
Survivors include her husband, Martin, at home; her mother, Thelma Gregory of Woodburn, Ore.; one daughter, Bonnie Pettit of Oregon; four stepdaughters, Shawna Carlyle and Alexia Siekierski, both of Battle Ground, and Trisha Siekierski and Olivia Siekierski, both of Vancouver; one son, Larry Pettit of Salem, Ore.; one stepson, Joshua Siekierski of Vancouver; two sisters; and three brothers.
Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Dexter F. Anderson
Vancouver
Dexter Frank Anderson born Jan. 2, 1917, in Rockford, Ill.
He graduated from Beloit College in 1938 with a degree in economics and completed two years of law school at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
An avid musician who played several brass instruments, including the trombone, Mr. Anderson attended the National High School Orchestra Camp at Interlochen, Mich., in 1930, where he performed under the baton of John Philip Sousa.
He was active in the Elks Lodge and Congregational Church in Vancouver and enjoyed golf.
Mr. Anderson was a water systems salesman for the Deming Pump Co. and the F.E. Meyers Co., both in Ohio, and Mitchell, Lewis & Staver of Portland. He retired in 1989.
Survivors include three sons, John D. Anderson of Sammamish, Gordon B. Anderson of Lawrence, Kan., and Cameron A. Petering of St. Paul, Minn.; and four grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service in August at the Scandinavian-American died July 4, 2002, in La Center. He was 56.
Mr. Dinges was died of cancer Wednesday, July 10, 2002, in Vancouver. He was 57.
Mr. Male was death.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy, at home; two daughters, Deborah Turner of Toledo and Cindy Barber of Vancouver; four stepsons, Jerry Dickerson, Bob Dickerson and David Connely, all of Vancouver, and Richard Connely of Everett; four sisters, Dorothy Elvenrud and Sheila Evers, both of Gaston, Ore., Shirley Bell of Lacey, and Judy Mathews of Gresham, Ore.; two brothers, Gene Maulding of Camas and David Maulding of Battle Ground; 25 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Camas bowling alley.

There will be a memorial service later for Marie Louise Maynard, who born June 30, 1907, in Heistenzea, Belgium. Her maiden name was Lefief.

Ariel M. Prather
Fremont, Calif.
A former Vancouver resident, Ariel M. Prather, a student at American High School in Fremont, Calif., born July 13, 1986, in Vancouver. She lived in California for the past year.
Survivors include her mother, Loma Prather of Vancouver; her father, Marvin G. Nelsen of Olympia; one sister, Morgan Prather of Vancouver; and one brother, Kenneth Prather of Vancouver.
There will be a service later. Roses Mortuary in Fremont is in charge of arrangements.
Harold L. Pittman Sr.
Apache Junction, Ariz.
A former Vancouver resident, Harold L. Pittman Sr., born March 23, 1934, in Blue Springs, Mo.
A Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War, he worked as a machinist at Armco Steel in Kansas City, Mo., for 10 years before moving to Banks, Ore. He worked in maintenance at Banks High School before retiring in 1990.
Mr. Pittman loved fishing. After he retired he became an accomplished wood carver.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon, at home; one daughter, Linda Hill of Battle Ground; two sons, Harold of Gaston, Ore., and Michael of Taunton, Mass.; one sister, Marybelle Carlton of Forest Grove, Ore.; eight grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
A memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. July 16 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Forest Grove.

Lois S. Schick
Lewiston, Idaho
Lois Seely Frost Schick, a former Camas resident, born March 6, 1913, in Lancaster Township, Ontario, Canada. She lived in Amboy before moving to Camas, where she graduated from Camas High School in 1931.
She died in 1981.
After her second husband, Fred Schick, died Monday, July 8, 2002, in Vancouver. He was 66.
Mr. Thorson was Cemetery. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

David Young
Lake Stevens
A 1981 Evergreen High School graduate, David Young, born March 18, 1963, at Hamilton Air Force Base in California. He lived in Lake Stevens the past five years.
He was a driver for United Parcel Service for 15 years.
Mr. Young was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Snohomish, the Lake Stevens Soccer Club and the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity at Washington State University.
Survivors include his wife of 13 years, Stacy, at home; his mother, Mary Young of Vancouver; four children, Joshua, Jordan, Rylee and Hunter, all at home; and one sister, Lori Wyrick of Vancouver.
A funeral Mass will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Michael's Catholic Church, followed by burial at the Grand Army of the Republic died Friday, July 12, 2002, at Southwest Washington Medical Center. She was 87.
Mrs. Boyle was death by her husband, Joseph W., who Cemetery. The casket will be open Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the start of the service.
