A service will begin at 10 a.m. today at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel for Steven R. Heiser, who born June 29, 1965, in Redmond, Ore., and lived in Eugene and Vancouver for 10 years.
He graduated from college in Lewiston, Idaho, in 1984. Mr. Heiser enjoyed golfing, camping and sports.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, June and Larry Moller of Vancouver; his father and stepmother, Frank and Evelyn J. Heiser of Lewiston; one son, Alex of Lake Oswego, Ore.; one sister, Darci Netz of Lewiston; three brothers, Randy Heiser and Britten Burlingame, both of Vancouver, and Al Moller of Portland; and his grandmother, Katie Heiser of Dickinson, N.D.
Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens died Saturday, Feb. 1, 2003, at home. She was 83.
Mrs. Lanphear lived in Woodland 62 years. She was died in 1989.
A graveside service at Rose Valley died of cancer Saturday, Feb. 1, 2003, at home. He was 67.
His wife, Bertha L., died in 1988.
Mr. Newbill was died Sunday, Feb. 2, 2003, in Vancouver. He was 82.
Mr. Weyer enjoyed gardening. A life member of Pipefitters Union Local 598 in Pasco, he also was a Mason and belonged to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He was died Jan. 28, 2003, in Vancouver. She was 82.
Mrs. Claybin was died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2003, in Vancouver. She was 103.
Mrs. Dickinson, a homemaker, enjoyed music, concerts and gardening.
She was death.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Ann A. Stroud of Vancouver; and three nephews.
There will be no service. Vancouver Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Miriam O. Hagensen

Miriam "Mitzy" O. Hagensen, wife of former Vancouver Mayor Bruce Hagensen and co-owner of Vancouver Sign Co., born June 13, 1945, in San Mateo, Calif., and lived in Clark County for the past 32 years.
Her maiden name was Odell.
Survivors include her husband, Bruce, at home; two daughters, Erika Hagensen of Vancouver and Elise Tokumasu of Toyko; and one sister, Virginia Carmichael of Ryderwood.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Vancouver Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Audrey M. Hammond

A former Clark County resident, Audrey Myra Hammond, born May 14, 1932, in Dillon, Mont., and lived in the Springfield area since October 1998.
She graduated from Vancouver High School in 1951.
She worked as a child care provider, a bartender and a janitor.
Mrs. Hammond enjoyed crafts, baking and collecting cookbooks.
She was a member of the Eagles and Moose lodges in Ocean Park.
Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Robert, at home; three daughters, Jennifer Todd Coombes of Washougal, Robin Wytoski of Springfield and Jeannie Bisher of Aberdeen; three sons, Robert L. of Middleton, Ohio, Robert D. of Cascade Locks, Ore., and Ira of Lebanon, Pa.; 16 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 17 at Immanuel's Baptist Church in Springfield. England's Eugene Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel for Dane Michael Kingston, who born Aug. 30, 1982, in Vancouver and lived in Clark County all his life.
Survivors include his mother, Sharon Kingston of Vancouver; father, Frank Kossek; one son, Bailly Kingston-Ward of Vancouver; three sisters, Heather Kingston and Dawn Grinland, both of Vancouver, and Tammy DesRochers of Battle Ground; and five brothers, Sean, Morgan and Richard, all of Vancouver, Davin of Florida and Jonny Hendrickson of Battle Ground.

Leona A. Winer, a homemaker, born April 3, 1917, in Seattle. Her maiden name was Dickson. Mrs. Winer was a master gardener.
Survivors include her husband, George, at home; one daughter, Pauline Puderbaugh of Texas; one son, Lee of Vancouver; seven grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Her life will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Saturday at her son's home, 1901 N.E. 158th Ave.
William J. Beck
Ridgefield
A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. Sunday at Family of Christ Lutheran Church for William "Bill" Jaye Beck, who born Sept. 21, 1947, in Elgin, N.D.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann, at home; two daughters, Elizabeth A. Beck and Sarah M. Beck, both of Ridgefield; one son, Paul T. of Ridgefield; two sisters, Joy Olson of Sandpoint, Idaho, and Alicia C. Wells of Olalla, Wash.; and one brother, Charles T. of Petersburg, W.Va.
Mr. Beck was a member of Family of Christ Lutheran Church. He had been pastor of Elim Lutheran Church in Hockinson from 1989 to 1999, and was a pastor for the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America for 25 years.
He was a Navy veteran and served in Vietnam.
