He attended the University of Puget Sound and Montana School of Mines. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and an Army veteran. Mr. Richards enjoyed traveling.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Vancouver Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Eda G. Kalberer, who lived in Vancouver for the past two months, born Oct. 17, 1946, in Astoria, Ore. Her maiden name was Siegfried.
She enjoyed ceramics, needlepoint and animals.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond M., at home; one daughter, Kimberly M. Kalberer of Vancouver; one son, Raymond J. of Vancouver; and one grandson.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Young's Funeral Home in Tigard.

Franke R. Leno

A service will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday at Orchards Seventh-day Adventist Church for Franke R. Leno, who born June 4, 1920, in Yuma, Ariz., and lived in Clark County 13 years.
He was a machinist and control room operator in the hydroelectrics industry.
His wife of 47 years, Rosabel M., died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2002, in Vancouver.
Mr. Novak was Cemetery in Camas for Edith I. O'Harra, a homemaker who born Jan. 30, 1914, in Kingston, Mo., and lived in Clark County since 1935.
Her husband, Chester P., Cemetery for Betty Jane Pratt, a 60-year resident of Clark County who died in 1980.
Mrs. Pratt, a homemaker, was died of pneumonia Saturday, Nov. 9, 2002, in Salem, Ore. He was 83.
A memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. today at Community of Christ Church in Ridgefield.
Mr. Spainhower was died Monday, Nov. 11, 2002, in Vancouver. He was 62.
Mr. Struck, a machine operator in a paper mill, was Cemetery.

Ellen A. Anderson
Golden Valley, Ariz.
Former Camas resident Ellen Annie Anderson, 96, born Jan. 20, 1906, in North Platte, Neb. She lived in Camas from 1934 until 1993, when she moved to Golden Valley. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Camas and enjoyed woodworking and crocheting.
She was preceded in died in 1993.
Survivors include one daughter, Thelma Howard of Camas; two sons, Paul C. and Ralph, both of Golden Valley; one sister, Lillian Anderson of Pahrump, Nev.; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A funeral will begin at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel. Burial will be private in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
