Victoria E. Hostikka Toikka, who once operated Dickson's Brush Prairie General Store, born June 25, 1917, in Rock Creek, Wash., and lived in Clark County all her life.
Her first husband, Theodore Hostikka, died in 1990. Two sons also preceded her in Cemetery. Layne's Funeral Home in Battle Ground is in charge of arrangements.

A lifetime resident of Vancouver, Richard Carl Wagner born Aug. 20, 1941, in Vancouver.
He was a meteorologist who retired from the Air Force in 1984 after 21 years.
His wife of 21 years, Kathleen M., Cemetery in Portland. Hamilton-Mylan Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Norbert K. Weiss
Vancouver
A retired office machine technician in Vancouver, Norbert K. Weiss born May 1, 1914, in Drake, N.D. He moved to Vancouver in 1946.
He retired from Zeller Office Equipment in 1979.
Mr. Weiss enjoyed golf, farming and spending winters in Arizona.
Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Grace, at home; three sons, Norville of Chico, Calif., Lowell of Vancouver and Marvin of Kirkland, Wash.; two brothers, Clarence of Portland and Earl of Gladstone, Ore.; two sisters, Hildegard Weiss and Bette Weiss, both of Portland; seven grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
There will be an open house to celebrate his life from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at 7907 N.E. 139th St. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.

James S. Wooldridge
Ridgefield
James Stuart Wooldridge, a boilermaker, born July 22, 1936, in La Center and lived in Clark County his entire life.
His daughter, Joyce Wooldridge, died in 1982.
Survivors include his wife, Diana, at home; one son, Jeff Wooldridge of Vancouver; one stepson, Vern Christenson of Ridgefield; two sisters, Jackie Andersen of Vancouver and Marjorie Riley of Portland; two brothers, Richard of Battle Ground and Corley of Gilroy, Calif.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Mr. Wooldridge, an Army veteran, was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Ridgefield Ward, Walleye Club of Lower Columbia and Fort Vancouver Antique Equipment Association. He was involved in the renovation of the Cedar Creek Grist Mill. He was a pilot and enjoyed flying, fishing, hunting, reading and music.
A memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church in Ridgefield. Burial will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Lewisville died Oct. 16, 2003, in Las Vegas after a long illness. He was 66.
He was died Oct. 18, 2003, in Vancouver. There will be a private burial in Ocean Park, Wash.
Mrs. Mullin was born March 4, 1954, in Vancouver and lived in Clark County all his life until moving to Philipsburg.
Survivors include his mother, Betty J. Janulewicz of Brush Prairie; one son, Chris Polland of Sacramento, Calif.; one sister, Patty Caldwell of Sandy, Ore.; and one brother, Mike of Brush Prairie.
He was a jazz musician and loved playing bass. He liked motorcycles, fishing and boating.
A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at the family home in Brush Prairie. Private burial will be in Finn Hill died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2003, in Vancouver. She was 56.
Mrs. Baldwin was a bus driver for the Evergreen School District for 22 years.
She was Cemetery for Irene Larson, who died in 1985, owned Dick Larson Florist.
She was died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2003, in Gresham. He was 77.
Mr. Schroeder worked in production and was a vice president at Opticraft Inc. for 37 years. He retired in 1984.
He was a certified ski instructor and also wrote manuals and developed equipment for amputees.
Mr. Schroeder was a member of Royal Oaks and Mountain View golf clubs and also enjoyed skiing.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda, at home; one daughter, Lane Smith of Gresham; three sons, Jim Schroeder of Gresham, Steve Schroeder of Vancouver and Van Smith of Portland; four brothers, Merle of Bend, Ore., Roy of New York, Ray of Woodburn, Ore., and Bob of Milwaukie, Ore.; and nine grandchildren.
Mr. Schroeder was born Oct. 1, 1926, in Portland. He attended school in Vancouver.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
