Clinton L. Houlden Jr., a construction laborer, born Jan. 8, 1962, in Savannah, Ga., and had lived in Vancouver for the past 23 years.
Survivors include one daughter, Valorene J. Houlden of Vancouver; three sisters, Anna Lara and Tina M. Russell, both of Vancouver, and Valarie Green of Turlock, Calif.; and three brothers, Lloyd Houlden of Vancouver, and James Mayhew and Michael Mayhew, both of Turlock.
Mr. Houlden enjoyed camping and fishing.
There will be a private service. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.

Marjorie E. Hunt

Marjorie Elizabeth Hunt, 84, born Sept. 8, 1918, in Monroe, La. She moved to Portland in 1965, and after retirement she and her husband moved to Clark County.
She enjoyed gardening, music, flowers, traveling and activities with the Church of Scientology.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Clair, of Yacolt; two daughters, Sharon Bickel of La Center and Sylvia Bowers of Ventura, Calif.; one son, Bruce of Yacolt; three sisters, Esther Haufler of Austin, Texas, Ramona Martin of Stowell, Texas, and Wanda Morris of Atlanta, Ga.; two brothers, Robert Rasbury Jr. of Burkeville, Texas, and Glen Rasbury of Austin; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
There will be no service. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.
Delia C. Linzner

Delia C. Linzner, a three-year resident of Vancouver, born March 26, 1919, in Crookston, Minn.
Survivors include one sister, Delores Saunders of Vancouver.
She was a member of Douglas Park Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Mrs. Linzner enjoyed writing poetry, needlework and crossword puzzles.
A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. Saturday at the the Kingdom Hall at 5901 N.E. 109th St. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.
Marshall Mallet

Marshall "Dean" Mallet, who worked in range management for the Bureau of Land Management, born March 24, 1917, in Tooele, Utah, and had lived in Vancouver the past two years.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn E., at home; one daughter, Francine E. Cowie of Vancouver; one son, Gary M. of California; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Mr. Mallet was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Marjorie E. Meisner

Marjorie Edna Meisner born Aug. 12, 1915, in Portland and had lived in Vancouver since 1981.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Walter, at home; and one son, Fred W. Kelsey of Rochester, Wash.
There will be no service. Her body will be cremated. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.
Marie T. Smallwood
Hermiston, Ore.
Former Vancouver resident Marie Teresa Smallwood born Jan. 24, 1927, in Portland. After growing up in Portland, she lived in several places, including Montana, Vancouver, Saudi Arabia, Missouri and Hermiston.
She was a member of First Christian Church and enjoyed tennis, softball, bowling, crocheting and romance novels. She loved her dachshund, Doxie.
Her husband, Mora, cemetery. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in charge of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family, in care of the mortuary.
Eva M. Snyder
Vancouver
Eva M. Snyder, a registered nurse, born Jan. 25, 1917, in Governor, Saskatchewan. She had lived in Vancouver for 25 years.
Survivors include her husband, Tom, at home; two daughters, Cathy L. Pugh of Moses Lake, Wash., and Donna Bashan of Skamania; one son, Carl of Portland; one sister, Arlene Parks of Salem, Ore.; two brothers, Jack Parks and Carl Parks, both of Salem; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Snyder attended nursing school in The Dalles, Ore. She worked at Scared Heart Medical Center and Deaconess Hospital in Spokane before retiring in 1977. She was a Methodist and enjoyed teaching Sunday School. She was a rockhound and liked cooking, crafts and collecting antique bottles.
A service later will be later. Davies Cremation and Burial Services is in charge of arrangements.
David M. Shepard
Vancouver
David "Mike" M. Shepard, who was a machinist, born May 9, 1947, in Tucumcari, N.M., and had lived in Vancouver for 32 years.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy, at home; his stepmother, Rose Oxnam of Yuma, Ariz.; two daughters, Dixie Shepard-Widner and Deidra A. Shepard, both of Vancouver; one son, Donald of Vancouver; two sisters, Corine Ransom of Albany, Ore., and Dixie Emery of Fairbanks, Alaska; one brother, John of Albany; and six grandchildren.
Mr. Shepard, a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, enjoyed golfing, bowling, hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, American Legion, Oregon Golf Association, National Rifle Association and the American Bowling Congress.
His life will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at Orchards United Methodist Church. Burial will be later.

Greg S. Taylor, a Vancouver resident for 20 years, born Sept. 10, 1957, in Portland.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Janice and Donald Flury of Vancouver; and two brothers, Tim McLeod of Billings, Mont., and Joe Taylor of Gresham.

Elva M. Westford
Battle Ground
A graveside service will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at Acacia Memorial Park died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2002, in Brush Prairie. She was 83.
Following the graveside service, a memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. at Emmanuel Bible Church in Seattle. There also will be a memorial service at 3 p.m. Monday at Battle Ground Baptist Church. Layne's Funeral Chapel in Battle Ground is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Westford was died in 1996.
Survivors include three daughters, Susan Summers of Battle Ground, and Cynthia Novion and Janice Germann, both of Seattle; and eight grandchildren.
She was a member of Haller Lake United Methodist Church for more than 50 years.
