Jeanette George born Nov. 15, 1916, in Neenah, Wisc., and lived in the Vancouver area for the past four years.

She had been a secretary for Kimberly Clark.

She was preceded in died Monday, May 31, 2004, in Vancouver. She was 39.

A travel agent and Vancouver resident since 1970, she was died Monday, May 31, 2004, in Olympia.

He was died Monday, May 31, 2004, at a local care center. She was 84.

Mrs. Johns was died in 1999.

Survivors include two daughters, Alice Cotter of Warrenton, Ore., and Shirley Cheney of Vancouver; eight grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Johns, a foster parent from 1945 to 1960, was a homemaker. She was a member of the Armstrong Clan and loved to read, travel and spend time at the desert.
