Katheryne J. Bott

A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. Friday at Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel for Katheryne Joeann Bott, who died in 1985.
She was died May 4, 2004, at home. She was 80.
Mrs. Brown, died in an airplane crash near Tenino, Wash., May 16. He was 33.
He was died Saturday, May 22, 2004, at home. She was 90.
She was preceded in born Dec. 17, 1913, in Stevenson and attended schools in Stevenson.
She enjoyed her flower garden and taking trips to the coast and Reno, Nev. She loved reading.
She is survived by eight grandchildren, Cindy Corley of Carson, Vicki Peiffer of Washougal, Debbie Swenson and Kari Keene, both of Pendleton, Ore., Patti Beilec of Colorado Springs, Colo., Sage "Butch" of Bend, Ore., John III of Pendleton and Jimmy of Washougal; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Her body will be cremated and there will be no service. Straub's Funeral Home in Camas is in charge of arrangements.
Karol J. Gallup

Karol Jane Gallup, 68, born June 29, 1935, in Pattonsburg, Mo., and moved to Vancouver in 1965. Her maiden name was Gorsuch.
Mrs. Gallup enjoyed playing bridge, travel, golf, boating and family gatherings.
Survivors include her husband, Charles "Bud" E., at home; one daughter, Linda K. Seiber of University Place, Wash.; one son, Charles "Chuck" A. of Vancouver; one brother, Richard R. Gorsuch of Las Vegas, Nev.; and six grandchildren.
Her life will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at East Vancouver United Methodist Church.
Private burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens died Saturday, May 22, 2004, in Vancouver. He was 84.
Mr. Horne, who lived in Vancouver since 1957, was died May 2001.
Survivors include three daughters, Evelyn Horne of Vancouver, Denise Young of Gresham, Ore., and Lorie Cannard of Kennewick, Wash.; two sons, Jerome D. of Vancouver and Tim of Milwaukie, Ore.; two sisters, Sybil Peckham of San Diego, Calif., and Vema Tourtalotte of Gardiner, Maine; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Mr. Horne, an Army veteran of World War II, was a member of Disabled American Veterans. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and walking on the Discovery Trail.
A service will begin at 1 p.m. Friday at Hamilton-Mylan Funeral Home. The casket will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the funeral home.

A Vancouver resident since 1965, Nora Ann Kuehn born July 2, 1915, in Goldendale, Wash.
Mrs. Kuehn had written many short stories and children's books.
Her husband of 45 years, Paul H., Cemetery in Goldendale. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
