A graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Brush Prairie died Sunday, May 9, 2004, at home. He was 73.
Mr. Henkel, a retired dairyman, enjoyed fishing, military campouts and car shows.
He was a member of the Military Vehicle Collectors Club of Oregon and liked appearing in parades. He liked his dog, Rivers.
Mr. Henkel was died Sunday, May 9, 2004, at home. She was 60.
She was died Saturday, May 8, 2004, at home. He was 54.
Mr. Lacey was died April 23, 2004, in Palm Desert, Calif., where she was spending part of the winter. She was 95.
Mrs. Stroh was a member of many organizations, including Washington State Teachers Association, Fort Vancouver Historical Society, Washington Library Association, the Friendship Force and First Presbyterian Church. She loved gardening and traveling.
She was death.
Survivors include two daughters, Prudence Schiefelbein of Vancouver and Penelope Lyden of Beaverton, Ore.; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
A memorial service will begin at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, at First Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens died of cancer Sunday, May 9, 2004, in Vancouver. She was 65.
Mrs. Uhlig was died in April 2000.
Survivors include her husband, Oscar, at home; four sons, David C. FuGate of Oxnard, Calif., Joseph T. FuGate and Vincent M. FuGate, both of Vancouver, and Joseph T. FuGate of Elk Grove, Calif.; two sisters, Helen Jarvis and Mavis Hamel, both of Portland; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at Evergreen Staples Funeral Chapel.

A graveside services will begin at 1 p.m. today at Cherry Heights International Order of Oddfellows died Thursday, May 6, 2004, at a care facility in The Dalles. He was 84.
Mr. Delaney was death.
Survivors include one daughter, Lorna Elliott of The Dalles; one son, Terryl of Monroe, N.Y.; two sisters, Nola St. Clair and Mary Leachman, both of Wishram; and three grandchildren.
Columbia Cremation & Burial in The Dalles is in charge of arrangements.
Sylvia D. DeVisser

Sylvia D. DeVisser, who lived in the Vancouver area the past 30 years, born April 1, 1931, in Wilkie, Saskatchewan, Canada. She was a homemaker.
Her husband of 42 years, John, died in 2003.
Survivors include one brother, Keith McConnell of Wilkie; one sister, Margaret Afseth of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Mrs. DeVisser enjoyed crafts, camping, hunting and trap shooting. She was involved with the Share House shelter.
There will be no service. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

John E. Gunderson

Retired business owner and active community member John E. Gunderson born June 26, 1921, in Alexandria, Minn. He served in both World War II and Korea and remained active in the Army Reserves 104th Division at Vancouver Barracks until his retirement in 1973, with the rank of lieutenant colonel.
He graduated from the University of North Dakota and the San Francisco College of Mortuary Science. He purchased Knapp's Funeral Home in Vancouver in 1960, and in 1966 he purchased Hamilton-Mylan Funeral Home and merged the two businesses. He served as president and CEO of the business until his retirement in 1986.
He was a member many fraternal, community and military organizations including Washington Masonic Lodge No. 4; Veterans of Foreign Wars, Vancouver Post No. 731; American Legion Smith-Reynolds Post No. 14; and Vancouver Elks Lodge 823. He was also a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
Survivors include his wife Sue, at home; one daughter, Kaye Bowers of Vancouver; one sister, Lois Severtson of Seattle; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Burial will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Vancouver Barracks Post died Thursday, May 6, 2004, at home in Vancouver
He was died Friday, May 7, 2004, in Chandler. She was 58.
Mrs. Morse was death.
Survivors include one daughter, Joanne Morse of Casa Grande, Ariz.; one son, Robert of Bend, Ore.; one brother, Robert Gagliardi of Denver, Colo.; and five grandchildren.
A services will be Wednesday at Simes Mortuary and Chapel in Casa Grande.
Elsie Tyrrell

Elsie Tyrrell, a homemaker, born Jan. 5, 1916, in Victoria, B.C., and moved to Vancouver 37 years ago.
Her husband, Melvin, died in 1992.
Survivors include one daughter, Bonnie Alexander of Vancouver; one grandson; and three great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and liked playing bingo and traveling
There will be no service. Davies Cremation and Burial Services was in charge of arrangements.
