Zerva J. DUFF
Was born at home in Rainier Valley March 25, 1916. passed away at home July 26, 2002. She was the granddaughter of Wesley and Mary Warner, Lopez Island pioneers, Zerva was blessed with an innate artistic ability that took many forms. Always willing to lend a helping hand, she also loved teaching children to read and tutoring foreign students in English. She supported many charities including the Seattle Milk Fund, and belonged to Trinity Parish Episcopal Church. preceded in death by husband of 61 years Alec, brother Howard, sisters Myra and Verluea. Survived by daughter Sylvia, son-in-law Marvin, granddaughter Teresa and nieces and nephews. Many thanks to her caregivers Marina, Sonia, and Lorna. Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, August 1, 2002 at Forest Lawn Funeral Chapel, 6701 - 30th Ave. S.W., Seattle. Allison DUNLAP
Born April 22, 1941, passed away July 29, 2002. Beloved wife, loving mother and grandmother, cherished friend, child of God. Allison is survived by her husband Ron, daughters Marcia and Lynne, sons in-law Ed Harper and David Wells, and grandchildren Heather, Ryan, Bethany, Katelyn, Kristen, Reagan and Allison. Born and raised in Lake Oswego, Oregon, Allison enjoyed travel in her early career with the airline industry, wholeheartedly participated in conservative Republican politics, served on the Overlake Hospital Foundation Board, actively supported her husband's Rotary activities for over 25 years, and gave freely to the life of her church. Allison's great est legacy is a loving devotion to her family and strong commitment to her Christian faith. Allison's home was the centerpiece of her life. Her family and friends appreciated her love of preparing delicious food, arranging beautiful flowers and setting an elegant table. She was an avid sports fan and enjoyed the out doors, including boating, skiing, camping, motorcycling and long car drives. Her passion for life was obvious to all who knew her. In her life and death, Allison was a testimony to the grace and love of her Savior Jesus Christ. Michael Robert DUNSFORD, 47, passed away on July 24, 2002. His beloved Annie survives him. He was preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by his siblings Peter and Ann and their families. He was a vintage sports car enthusiast and avid golfer. Dolores "Dee" Stein DYSON
Died in Seattle on July 30, 2002. She was born in Seattle on April 5, 1921, graduated from Lincoln High School and the University of Washington where she was a member of Delta Zeta Sorority. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Don, in 1982, her parents, Max and Maggie Stein, and her six older brothers and sisters, Walt, Bon, Harold and Margaret Stein, Maxine Elander and Elinor DeWitt. She will always be greatly missed and remembered always by her daughter, Elissa Dyson, and son-in-law, Clark Ashworth, her grandchildren, Sarah, Kate and Gregory Ashworth, her nieces Pam Luhn and Karen Frenk, great nieces Kim Berto and Kristine Frenk, great great niece and nephew, Amy and Jimmy Berto, and by her many good friends. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, August 5, at 11 a.m. at Acacia Memorial Park. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, remembrances be sent to the Dyson Memorial Scholarship Fund at the University of Washington or to your favorite charity.

Born June 17, 1920 in Honolulu, Hawaii; passed into the hands of the Lord on July 21, 2002 surrounded by her loving family. "Helen of Seattle" was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Virgil O. Edwards in 1970, and she is survived by her only child, Gary A. Edwards, and his wife, Dinah. She also leaves behind, grandchildren, Chris Edwards, Holly (& Bud) Burrill, Josh Edwards, Michael Edwards and Spencer Edwards; and great grandsons, Benjamin and Zachary Burrill, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Michael Frank FEYES
Grandpa, at age 85, went to dance with the Angels on July 23, 2002 in Seattle. He was born November 13, 1916 in Toledo, OH., one of six children, born to Michael and Elizabeth Feyes. Michael was a twenty year veteran of the U.S. Navy serving his country in both WWII and Korea. He was a member of Christ The King Catholic Church in Seattle for many years, and was a 48 year resident of the Seattle Area. He was an active senior citizen who enjoyed many hours of dancing at various senior citizen centers. Michael is survived by his son Michael J. (Glenda) Feyes; daughter Debbie Feyes; brothers Stephen and Andrew Feyes; and 4 grandchildren, Shawn, Yoder, Kirsten, and Daisy. Memorial services will be Tuesday, July 30, 2002 at 10am and will be conducted at Evergreen-Washelli Funeral Chapel, 11111 Aurora Ave. N., Seattle, with Inurnment to follow at The Washelli Doughboy Monument.
