Rebecca Allison
Rebecca Jean Allison, 64, of Bremerton died July 25, 1998, at Harrison Memorial Hospital.
She was born March 10, 1934, in Clovis, N.M.

Clarence Allison Jr.
Survivors include her husband; three sons, Patrick of Renton, Mark of Bremerton and John of Port Townsend; three daughters, Theresa Cromwell of Gig Harbor, Jane Jorgensen of Bremerton and Cecelia Buckholz of Fort Worth, Texas; two brothers, Jim Wenzl of Bremerton and Tom Wenzl; two sisters, Mary Lou Govert of Everett and Kathleen Snyder of Kingston; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. July 30 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church with Mass to be conducted at 10 a.m. and reception following in the downstairs hall.
Arrangements are under the direction of Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home.

Velma Morey
Velma K. Morey, 83, of Poulsbo died July 24, 1998, in Lynden.
She was born Jan. 28, 1915, in Mink Creek, Idaho. She was raised and educated in Mink Creek.
On Dec. 22, 1937, she married
Harold Poulsen at the LDS Temple in Salt Lake City, Utah. He preceded her in death in 1966.
On Jan. 28, 1973, she married
Harvey Barnhill in Poulsbo. He preceded her in death in 1988.
On April 22, 1989, she married
Llewellyn Morey in Poulsbo. He preceded her in death in March of 1998.
Mrs. Morey worked as a cook at the Naval Hospital. She had also been a salesperson.
Survivors include three daughters, Marie Jolley of Providence, Utah, Joyce Pugh of Lynden, and Maria Atkinson of Howell, Utah; a son, Bart Poulsen of Bremerton; three stepdaughters; one stepson; two brothers; three sisters; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; numerous stepgrandchildren; and numerous stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Aug. 1 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2138 Mesford Road, Poulsbo, with graveside services at 3 p.m. at Forest Lawn cemetery, Bremerton.

Barbara Bliss Peterson
Dr. Barbara E. Bliss Peterson, 73, of Silverdale died July 26, 1998, at her home.
She was born Sept. 29, 1924, in Denver. She attended Catholic prep schools in Denver, received her bachelor's degree in foreign languages from the University of California at Berkeley and earned her doctorate in psychiatry from the University of Paris in France.
In 1990, she married
Harry Peterson.
Mrs. Peterson worked with incarcerated adults and youths throughout the West. She established a private psychiatric practice in Bremerton in 1961. In 1970, she left her local practice and pursued work at the Federal Prison System at Lompoc, Calif. and McNeill Island. In 1981, she returned to her Bremerton practice.
She is survived by her husband.
At the family's request, there will be no services.

Bernice Rice
Bernice Rice, 88, of Bremerton died July 27, 1998, at her home.
She was born April 25, 1910, in Pichacho, Calif. She graduated from high school in Phoenix, Ariz.
On Oct. 1, 1949, she married
Charlie Rice.
Mrs. Rice was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband.
There will be no services.

Clara McKay
Clara E. McKay, 100, of Port Orchard died July 28, 1998, at Ridgemont Terrace Nursing Home in Port Orchard.
She was born Jan. 13, 1898, in Van Asselt. She was raised and educated in King County.
On Oct. 20, 1917, she married
Frank H. McKay in Seattle. He preceded her in death in 1978.
Mrs. McKay was a homemaker.
Survivors include four grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and many great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Aug. 1 at Twin Firs cemetery, Belfair.

Frances Kisler
Frances E. Kisler, 74, of Bremerton died July 25, 1998, at her home.
She was born Nov. 5, 1923, in Butte, Mont.
Mrs. Kisler was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Roy; two daughters, Millie Vance of Kirkland and Emily Bachel of Belfair; one son, Michael of Naperville, Ill; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Raymond Lentz
Raymond Lentz, 69, of Port Orchard died July 24, 1998, at Harrison Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 23, 1929, in Cleveland, Ohio.
He graduated from West Technical High School in Cleveland. He later attended the University of Maryland.
On Aug. 13, 1957, he married
Barbara A. Olson in Chateauroux, France.
Mr. Lentz served with the Air Force as an air traffic controller from 1947 to 1968. He was a veteran of both the Korean and Vietnam wars. He spent 18 years as an air traffic controller for the Federal Aviation Administration until his retirement in 1988.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Jeffrey of Silver Spring, Md., and Michael of Spokane; a daughter, Elizabeth Benham of Port Orchard; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. July 29 at Rill Chapel.

Betty Anderson
Betty Rae Anderson, 69, of Bremerton died July 25, 1998, at Harrison Memorial Hospital.
She was born Oct. 16, 1928, in Pomeroy.
She graduated from Walla Walla High School and attended Whitman College in 1951. She graduated with a master's degree in education from Washington State College and was a Fullbright Exchange Scholar.
She made her living as a teacher at Bremerton High School for 30 years until her retirement in 1982.
Survivors include her sister, Luetta Anderson of Walla Walla.
At Betty's request, there will be no viewing.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. July 30 at First United Methodist Church, 1150 Marine Drive, Bremerton.

Nikki Anderson Randall
Nikki Louise Anderson Randall, 52, of Bremerton died July 24, 1998, at home.
She was born May 21, 1946, in Bremerton. She graduated from West High in 1964. She went on to graduate from the University of Washington and University of Puget Sound Law School.
On Sept. 7, 1979, she married
Robert W. Randall in Bremerton.
Mrs. Randall made her living as an attorney with Armstrong, Buskirk and Anderson until moving on to a partnership at Keller Rohrbach, practicing in its Bremerton office.
Survivors include her husband; a stepson, Bruce of Bremerton; a stepdaughter, Janet Bromet of Seattle; a brother, Eric of Bremerton; two sisters, Karen of Shoreline and Janet of Nordland; and numerous grandchildren.
