Lulu Reynolds Karlberg
Lulu Z. Reynolds Karlberg, 87, of Bremerton died July 6, 1998.
She was born March 27, 1911, in Spokane. She was a high school graduate.
On Nov. 7, 1935, she married
Kuno Karlberg in Newport.
Survivors include 13 nieces and nephews; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. July 9 at Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. July 13 at Riverside cemetery, Spokane.

Terry Davidson
Terry L. Davidson, 43, of Silverdale died July 3, 1998.
He was born Sept. 19, 1954, in Portland, Ore. He was a high school graduate.
On May 1, 1981, he married
Penny L. Davidson in Vancouver, Wash.
Mr. Davidson served in the Army from April 1972 to April 1975. He later worked for three and a half years as a dispatcher for Brem-Air.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Lance of Silverdale; a daughter, Jennifer of Silverdale; three brothers, Mike of Portland, Ore., Randy of Beaverton, Ore., and Keith of Gresham, Ore.; his parents, Robert and Beverli of Gresham, Ore.; and one grandchild.
An informal memorial service will be conducted at 6 p.m. July 11 at 13208 Silver Hills Place, Silverdale, WA 98383.
Arrangements are under the direction of Kitsap Cremation and Burial Society.

Jimmie Vert
Jimmie Wayne Vert, 42, of Seattle died June 27, 1998, in Seattle.
He was born Aug. 30, 1955, in San Gabriel, Calif.
On Sept. 21, 1985, he married
Kim Vert in Seattle.
Mr. Vert made his living as a welder, working for West Tech in Seattle.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Curtis and Jerad, both of the family home, and Jimmie Jr. of Minnesota; and his mother and stepfather, June and John Forti of California.
A memorial service will be at noon July 8 at Rill Chapel.

Grace Fimbres
Grace Ethlyn Fimbres, 80, of Port Orchard died July 6, 1998, at Harrison Memorial Hospital.
She was born Dec. 30, 1917, in Ellensburg.
Mrs. Fimbres was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Abraham Franco Fimbres; three daughters, Sharon Pacetti of Roanoke, Va., Eve Willet and Diana Fimbres, both of Port Orchard; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
No services will be held.
Inurnment will be at Haven of Rest Memorial Park.

Aurora Aguon
Aurora Limtiaco Aguon, 70, of Bremerton died July 5, 1998.
She was born April 21, 1928, in Guam.
Survivors include four sons, Joseph of Santa Rita, Guam, Frank of Indiana, Fred Albert of Agat, Guam and Vicente of Bremerton; five daughters, Dolores of Santa Rita, Guam, Josephine Baleto, Terry Quintanilla and Annie, all of Bremerton, and Soledad Hackman of Indiana; two brothers, Roberto Limtiaco of Riverside, Calif., and Ignacio Limtiaco of San Diego, Calif.; 34 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vicente Megofna Aguon, in June 1985.
Rosary will be conducted at 8 p.m. nightly through July 12.
Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. July 13 at Our Lady Star of The Sea Church in Bremerton. Mass will be at 11 a.m. July 13 with graveside services to follow at Miller-Woodlawn.
Gordon Rasmussen
Gordon Rasmussen, 82, of Bremerton died July 6, 1998.
He was born Sept. 27, 1915, in Enumclaw. He graduated from Enumclaw High School and went on to take some college courses.
On Dec. 29, 1951, he married
Helen E. Rasmussen in Seattle.
Mr. Rasmussen served in the Navy. He later became a licensed electrician with IBEW, working at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard until his retirement in 1980.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Jeanette Morisette of Gig Harbor; two stepsons, Randy McIntosh of Tacoma and Scott McIntosh of Federal Way; a sister, Margaret Doxon of Tacoma; and three grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. July 10 at Miller-Woodlawn.

Lorraine Munson
Lorraine Munson, 80, of Olympia and Port Orchard died July 3, 1998, at Port Orchard Care Center.
She was born Dec. 15, 1917, in Port Orchard.
On Sept. 23, 1939, she married
Carl Munson in Olympia.
Mrs. Munson was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Terry Sr. of Port Orchard; two daughters, Virginia Scott and Lynn Hunt, both of Port Orchard; a brother, Harold Davis of Poulsbo; two sisters, Georgia Moore of Sequim and Donna Whitby of Lacey; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. July 10 at Rill Chapel.
Cremation will be at Rill Chapel, with inurnment at Sunset Lane cemetery.

Gerry Domschke
Gerry L. Domschke, 51, of Bend, Ore., died June 27, 1998.
He was born on July 31, 1946, in St. Louis, Mo.
Mr. Domschke served in the Navy during the Vietnam era and received an honorable discharge.
In 1976, he graduated summa cum laude, both with a bachelor's degree from Drake University in Iowa and a master's degree in education from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
The day after his graduation he married
Barbara Jones in Columbia, Mo.
From 1988 to 1992, he was employed by the Kitsap County Sheriff's Department in Port Orchard. Later he worked as a law enforcement technician at the Deschutes County Sheriff's department until his passing.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Chris; and a brother, Terry of Chicago.
No formal services will be held.

Mary Jo Parks
Mary Jo Parks, 77, of Bremerton died Nov. 28, 1999, in Bremerton of cancer.
She was born April 10, 1922, in Helena, Mont., to Harold and Viola (Wilburg) Dundas. She grew up in Seattle, moving to California at the age of 15, and returning to Seattle after high school graduation.
She met Richard Parks in Seattle. They were married
Sept. 6, 1947, in Seattle. Mr. Parks preceded his wife in death June 3 of this year.
Mrs. Parks was a member of the Rolling Hills Ladies Golf Club and the Sons of Norway.
Survivors include one son, Gary of Kirkland; one daughter, Dianne San Clement of Camano Island; three grandchildren, Alec of Kirkland, Jason of Ocean Shores and Chris of Bothell; and two great-grandchildren.

Emil Rogstad
Emil Rogstad, 78, of Poulsbo died Nov. 29, 1999, at Harrison Hospital.
He was born Sept. 14, 1921, in Stanley, N.D., to Peter and Karen Rogstad. He farmed with his father until he enlisted in the Navy in 1943.
Mr. Rogstad served in the Aleutian Islands during World War II. After the war, he was stationed in Bremerton.
He met Betty Gene Brown in Seattle. The couple were married
Sept. 2, 1946, in Seattle.
The Rogstads moved to North Dakota in 1950. Mr. Rogstad farmed there from 1950 to 1956, and also worked on oil rigs in the area.
In 1956, he quit farming and went to work for Osborne McMillan Company, managing grain elevators until 1966. He was later employed in 1974 in furniture restoration with
I. Keating Furniture World in Minot, N.D., retiring in 1979 because of poor health.
The Rogstads moved to Poulsbo in 1987.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, David of Bainbridge Island, Chris of Seattle and Steven of Napa, Calif.; three daughters, Dr. Margaret Glasgow of Bluefield, W.Va., Katherine Austin of Poulsbo and Dana Mansuri of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; four sisters, Sigrid Comers and Clara Lapham, both of Ocean Shores, Edna Jensen of Tacoma and Hilda Wright of Stanley, N.D.; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by six brothers.
A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Thursday at Vinland Lutheran Church in Poulsbo. Burial will take place at Miller-Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Gladys Major
Former Port Orchard resident Gladys C. Major, 80, of Everett died Nov. 24, 1999, at Sunrise View Convalescent Center in Everett.
She was born Oct. 1, 1919. She lived in Port Orchard from 1977 to 1991.
She and her husband, Richard Major, were married
for 55 years. He preceded her in death in 1991.
Mrs. Major was an active member of Port Orchard Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include three sons, James of Woodland, Morris of Everett and Larry of Port Orchard; two daughters, Marvelin of Port Orchard and Reata Wainscott of Everett; two sisters; two brothers; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday at Port Orchard Church of the Nazarene.
