Inez Coutts
Inez Coutts, 84, of Silverdale died Dec. 10, 2000, at Northwoods Lodge in Silverdale.
She was born April 23, 1916, in Wisconsin, to Zachary and Cordelia (Fugate) Napier.
She married George W. Coutts Jr. on Nov. 21, 1966, in Bremerton. He preceded her in death in 1986.
Mrs. Coutts was a homemaker. She enjoyed growing flowers and dried flower production.
Survivors include a son, George E. Ward of Camas; two sisters, Wilma Blair and Lanie; a brother, Edward Napier of Coos Bay, Ore.; 11 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Charlotte Burlingame; two brothers, Cal and Charles; and two sisters, Edith and Mabel.
Visitation is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. to noon Friday at Lewis Funeral Chapel. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Friday at Ivy Green cemetery in Bremerton.

Irene Grinenko
Irene Grinenko, 78, of Port Orchard died Dec. 9, 2000, at Ridgemont Terrace Convalescent Center.
She was born March 19, 1922, in Poland to Joseph and Julia (Wollensky) Kodelsky. She graduated from high school in Poland and attended college for three years.
She married Jurij Grinenko in October 1950 in Paris. He preceded her in death in 1995.
She was a medical technician for 25 years, retiring in 1985. She worked at Children's Hospital and the University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Medical Center, both in Pennsylvania.
She enjoyed her grandchildren and gardening. She was a member of the Ukranian Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sons, George of Lansdale, Pa., and Alexander of Port Orchard; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by a brother, Igor Kodelsky.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. today at Ridgemont Terrace Convalescent Center in Port Orchard.
Arrangements are under the direction of Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home at Rill Chapel.

Tiffany Johnson
Tiffany Marie Johnson, 26, of Bremerton died in an automobile accident on the Hood Canal Bridge on Dec. 10, 2000.
She was born Aug. 4, 1974, in Bremerton to Art and Nancy (Clayberg) Johnson.
She graduated in 1992 from Bremerton High School, in 1995 from Olympic College and in 1998 from Western Washington University.
She taught two years at Life Christian in Tacoma.
She enjoyed church activities and reading. She was a member of Mary Help of Christian's Roman Catholic Church and the Hope Center for Christian Unity.
Survivors include her parents; a sister, Britta Eschete of Mount Vernon; and her grandmother, Anna Johnson of Bremerton.
Visitation is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home. A rosary will follow. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Thursday followed by a graveside service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pransalpine Redemptoris Monestary, c/o Millie Farmer, 3614 Harbel Drive, Bremerton, WA 98310.

June Harvey
June D. Harvey, 79, of Port Orchard, died Dec. 6, 2000, in Port Orchard of Alzheimer's disease.
She was born in Seattle on May 31, 1921, to Hans and Karen (Halvorson) Sorvik. She graduated from Broadway High School in Seattle.
She married R.W. Harvey in 1989. They divorced in 1996.
Ms. Harvey served as an Army WAAC during World War II, achieving the rank of junior leader. She was awarded the World War II Service Medal and Women's Auxiliary Army Corp. Medal.
She worked in administration at the University of Washington School of Dentistry for 26 years, retiring in 1977.
She enjoyed gardening and beachcombing. She was a member of the Lutheran church.
Survivors include a daughter, Meredith Kincl of Port Orchard; two sisters, Harriet Osborn of Seattle and Elaine Norvil of Desert-Aire; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Robert Weston, in 1958.
At her request, there will be no service.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Research at the University of Washington, Medical Affairs Development, XF-01, University of Washington, Seattle, WA 98195.

John Tymczyszyn
John Tymczyszyn, 87, died Dec. 3, 2000, at his Port Orchard residence.
He was born April 7, 1913, in Staczsna Village, Ukraine, to Nicklas and Sophia Tymczyszyn.
He married Lena S. Pesarek on May 5, 1976, in Manchester, N.H.
He retired in 1978 from the Theodore Banana Company in Manchester.
He was a member of the Ukrainian Club.
He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Patricia Cote of Londonderry, N.H., Rose Macy of Port Orchard and Veronica Dubois of Gig Harbor; six grand-children; and 11 great-grand-children.
A funeral service and interment took place in New Hampshire. Local arrange-ments are under the direction of Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home at Rill Chapel.

Susan Mayberry
Susan J. Mayberry, 57, died of lung cancer Dec. 3, 2000, at her Bremerton residence.
She was born April 27, 1943, in Portland, Ore., to Oren and Glendoris Mayberry.
She was a 1961 graduate of Pendleton High School in Pendleton. She attended Eastern Oregon college.
She enjoyed traveling and gardening.
Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Glendoris and Dick Grove of Pendleton; and a brother, Terry of Pendleton. She was preceded in death by her father; and her companion, Connie Hotelling, in 1999.
At her request, no service will be held.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Kitsap County, P.O. Box 3416, Silverdale, WA 98383-3416.

Kenneth Kitchen
Kenneth Dale Kitchen, 64, of Port Orchard, died of a heart attack Dec. 9, 2000, in Port Orchard.
He was born Dec. 21, 1935, in Scotts Bluff, Neb., to Charles and Mabel Kitchen. He attended Mead Senior High School in Mead.
He served in the Air Force from 1954 to 1955, achieving the rank of airman first class. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal.
He married Evelyn M. Dschaak on July 7, 1961.
He worked for the Seattle City Water Department, retiring in 1996 after 29 years.
He was a member of the American Legion in Lacey.
He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Charleen M. Wade of Seattle, Carol J. Kopta of Port Orchard and Kimberly A. Haistings of Carnation; three brothers, Charles of Grapeview, Theodore of Mead and Ray of Murtaugh, Idaho; three sisters, Hazel White and Marie Adams, both of Mead, and Judy Rosencrantz of Murtaugh; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home at Rill Chapel.

Paul Miller
Paul Maurice Miller, 89, died of natural causes Dec. 7, 2000, at his Tracyton residence.
He was born Aug. 10, 1911, in Wheatfield, Ind., to Orlando and Jane (Austin) Miller.
He married Lila May Cronk on Nov. 17, 1937, in Stillwater, Minn.
He worked at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard for 30 years, retiring as a shipfitter.
He enjoyed traveling with his fifth-wheel trailer.
He is survived by his wife; a son, Larry of Bremerton; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by seven sisters, Leona, Leafy, Pearl, Nora, Cora, Alice and Bernice; and two brothers, Howard and John.
A private service will be by Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home.

Allen Clark
Allen D. Clark, 86, of Bremerton died Dec. 8, 2000, in Bremerton of natural causes.
He was born Oct. 9, 1914, in Everett to James and Erma (Putney) Clark. He graduated from Bremerton High School in 1932.
He married Viola Ellis on June 23, 1939, in Bremerton.
Mr. Clark owned and operated Clark's Service Station for 38 years, retiring in 1972.
He was a member of Kitsap Golf & Country Club and the Eagles of Bremerton.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Pamela O'Brien of Port Orchard and Toni Thompson of Deer Park; and six grandchildren.
A graveside service is planned for 1 p.m. Tuesday at Miller-Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bremerton.

Crystal and Amanda Dickinson
Sisters Crystal Michelle Dickinson, 16, and Amanda Lynn Dickinson, 15, died of smoke inhalation Dec. 3, 2000, at their Bremerton residence.
Crystal was born Feb. 27, 1984, in New Orleans. Amanda was born Feb. 25, 1985, in Tacoma. Their parents are Michael and Sally (Kinghammer) Smith.
They attended Bremerton High School.
The sisters enjoyed music, dancing, poetry and photography. They were members of the Christian church.
They are survived by their parents; two brothers, Mark Dickinson of Seattle and Christopher Deakle of Lynnwood; two sisters, Bonnie Smith of Bremerton and Brandy Smith of Anchorage; their grandparents, Ethel and Herman Halcomb of Ocean Springs, Miss., and Mary and Robert Antonson Sr. of Anchorage.
Visitation is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Sunday at Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Miller-Woodlawn with private interment following.
Memorial donations may be made to the Crystal and Amanda Dickinson Fund, c/o any branch of Washington Mutual Savings Bank.

Tatum LaBombard
Tatum LaDawn LaBombard, an infant, died Dec. 1, 2000, in Lewiston, Idaho, of a rare genetic heart defect.
She was born June 10, 2000, in Lewiston to former Silverdale residents Thomas and Karen (Craig) LaBombard.
She is survived by her parents; two brothers, Kelly and Dominic LaBombard, both of Lewiston; and her grandparents, Richard and Joyce Craig and Frenchy and Gracie LaBombard, all of Silverdale.
