Adrienne McDonald
Adrienne V. McDonald, 85, of Poulsbo died Feb. 9, 2000, at Martha & Mary Health Care Center.
She was born March 7, 1914, in Kingston, to Felician and Alice Belmont. She was raised and educated in the North Kitsap area.
She was a seamstress.
Survivors include one brother, August Belmont of Muncie, Penn. She was preceded in death by her husband, John M. McDonald, in 1977.
A memorial service is planned for 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Peter's Catholic Mission in Suquamish. Inurnment will take place at the Mission cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Poulsbo Mortuary, The Stone Chapel.

Terrie Suraci Gaubatz
Teresa Louise "Terrie" Suraci Gaubatz, 39, of Bainbridge Island died Feb. 23, 2000, at her home.
She was born Oct. 2, 1960, in Washington, D.C. She graduated from Clear Lake High School in Clear Lake City, Texas, spending half of her senior year at Bainbridge High School. She was also a 1982 graduate of Brigham Young University.
She coached soccer and was a software trainer and bookkeeper/accountant.
Survivors include one son, Sean of Poulsbo; her father and stepmother, J. Michael and Andrea Suraci of Bainbridge Island; her mother, Li Kimmel of Florida; two brothers, Michael Suraci of Lake Forest Park, Wash., and Steven Suraci of Bainbridge Island; three sisters, Debbie Suraci of Kingston, Tammy Suraci of Massachusetts and Erin Kimmel of Florida; and her maternal grandmother, Stana Rasin of Florida.
A funeral service is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Poulsbo. Private family interment will take place at Seabold cemetery on Bainbridge Island. Arrangements are under the direction of Poulsbo Mortuary, The Stone Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Kitsap County, P.O. Box 346, Silverdale, WA 98383, Missionary Fund of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2138 Mesford Road, Poulsbo, WA 98370 or to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, P.O. Box 19024, LY-120, Seattle, WA 98109-1024.

'Cindy' Parker
Cynthia Louise "Cindy" Parker, 43, of Bremerton died Feb. 23, 2000, at Harrison Hospital following a brief illness.
She was born Aug. 30, 1956. She attended North Kitsap schools and was active in 4-H in her youth.
She was a homemaker and a foster mother to more than 20 children.
Survivors include one son, Nick Smith of Bremerton; her mother and stepfather, Barbara Parker-Waaga and Phil Waaga of Port Hadlock; one brother, Bill Parker of Port Ludlow; and one sister, Shannon Parker Lloyd of Edmonds. She was preceded in death by a sister, Tracy Sue Parker, in 1986.
Visitation is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon Monday at Poulsbo Mortuary, The Stone Chapel, followed by a celebration of Cindy's life at 1 p.m. Private family interment will take place at Island Lake cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Family and Friends of Victims of Violent Crimes, P.O. Box 27529, Seattle, WA 98125.

Raymond Hawrylciw
Raymond Hawrylciw, 60, of Bremerton died Feb. 19, 2000 at his home.
He was born Aug. 11, 1939, in San Francisco, to Nicholas and Catherine (Welker) Hawrylciw. He grew up in Hawaii, graduating from Roosevelt High School in Oahu in 1960.
Mr. Hawrylciw worked at the Navy Exchange at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard for 29 years, managing the home and garden center there. He also taught for many years at the Skill Center in Bremerton and at Olympic College.
He married Nancy Katzdorn on July 21, 1977, in Las Vegas.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Kevin Sheldon of Stockton, Calif. and Tim Sheldon of Port Orchard; two daughters, Summer Hawrylciw of Bremerton and Tracy Lake of Bremerton; and three grandchildren, Ashley and Dylan Lake, both of Bremerton, and Myla Sheldon of Port Orchard.
A celebration of his life is planned for 3 p.m. Monday at Island Lake Community Center in Silverdale.

Brian Boyle
Brian Harned Boyle, 24, of Seattle died Feb. 19, 2000, at his home.
He was a graduate of Mariner High School in Everett and of Washington State University where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.
He worked for Convergent Communications in Kirkland.
Survivors include his parents, Jean and James Boyle of Suquamish; one brother, Roger of Lynnwood; and his grandmother, Frances Harned of Suquamish.
A remembrance of Brian will be held at Kiana Lodge on Sandy Hook Road at 11 a.m. Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Red Cross, West Sound Chapter, P.O. Box 499, Bremerton, WA 98337.

Irene LaPour Hahn
Irene V. LaPour Hahn, 88, of Bremerton died Feb. 21, 2000, at the home of her son, Edward LaPour, in Bremerton of heart failure.
She was born Nov. 7, 1911, in State Center, Iowa, to Louie and Amelia (Nolta) Wilkening. She grew up in Marshalltown, Iowa, graduating from Marshalltown High School in 1928.
She moved to Bremerton from Marshalltown in 1945 with her husband, Edward LaPour. Her husband preceded her in death in 1968. She moved to Long Beach in 1980, returning to Bremerton in 1998.
She married Vernon Hahn on June 8, 1986, in South Bend. He preceded her in death in 1988.
Survivors include two sons, Edward LaPour of Bremerton and Dale Bailey of Marshalltown; one brother, Harold Wilkening of Marshalltown; two sisters, Dorothy Frohwein of Marshalltown and Geraldine Sutherland of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and eight grandchildren, Donna Abbe of Taylors, S.C., Charles Bailey of Las Vegas, Carole Clevenger of Glen Carbon, Ill., Christina Macomber of Tacoma, Wendy LaPour of Shelton, Beverly Nelson of Primghar, Iowa, Dianne Swenson of Radcliff, Iowa, and Denise Wegter of Buffalo, Minn.; and 13 great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by her husband Charles Dodd in 1972.
No services are planned. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller-Woodlawn Funeral Home.
Memorial donations may be made to a hospice organization of the donor's choice.

William Bryan
William A. Bryan, 57, of Port Orchard died Feb. 23, 2000, at his home of cancer.
He was born July 4, 1942, in Placerville, Calif., to George and Grace (Cody) Bryan. He grew up in Placerville, attending El Dorado High School there.
Mr. Bryan served in the Navy from 1960 to 1984, retiring as a inter-communications chief after 24 years.
Later, he worked as a marine inspector specialist with the Washington State Department of Transportation for nine years, retiring in 1999. He also had been a quality analyst for Merit Systems of Bremerton for four years.
He married Sharlene Ganotise on Nov. 22, 1967, in Honolulu.
Survivors include his wife; one son, William of Marysville; one daughter, Kristie Kvist of Carson City, Nev.; five brothers, Daniel of Jackson, Calif., David of Port Orchard, Paul of Seaside, Ore., and John and Joe Nicolazzi, both of Seaside; three sisters, Elouise Cagle and Fran Bryan, both of Galena, Ill., and Roberta Bryan of Gresham, Ore.; and three grandchildren, Dominique Bryan of Marysville and Dallin and Gabrielle Kvist, both of Carson City.
A memorial service is planned for 11 a.m. Saturday at Belfair Baptist Church, 23300 NE Route 3. Arrangements are under the direction of Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home at Rill Chapel.

Stella Kiermarz
Stella Kiermarz, 87, of Bremerton died Feb. 17, 2000, in Bremerton after a long illness.
She was born April 5, 1912, to Jacob and Catherine Szewczyk in Lawrence, Mass. She grew up in Lawrence, attending Lawrence High School.
She had been a cook in private service for 25 years. She was retired.
Survivors include twin daughters, Alodna Flore of Silverdale and Adella Bratsos of Randolph, Mass.; one brother, Bernard Sedgwick of North Andover, Mass.; two grandchildren, Gary Bratsos Jr. and Diane Shaw. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mitchell, and granddaughter, Pamela Armstrong.
A family gathering is planned for 3 to 3:30 p.m. March 25 at Tuell-McKee Funeral Home in Bremerton, A memorial service will follow.

Frank Jaloma
Frank Jaloma, 71, of Port Orchard died Feb. 23, 2000, in Bremerton of natural causes.
He was born June 21, 1928, in Los Angeles. He grew up in Los Angeles, graduating from Garfield High School there in 1945.
Mr. Jaloma served in the Navy from 1945 until his retirement in 1967.
He worked as an airline mechanic for more than 20 years, retiring in 1990.
He married Elsa Weishaupt in November 1984 in Lake Tahoe, Calif.
Survivors include his wife; one son, Frank Jr. of Carmel, Ind.; two stepsons, Steve Andrews of Colorado and Bob Andrews of Michigan; one stepdaughter, Cynthia Corbin of Woodinville; and two grandchildren, Rachelle Jaloma and Brandon Jaloma-Montgomery, both of Dallas.
A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Friday at Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home at Rill Chapel.

Dwight Anderson
Dwight D. Anderson, 71, of Olalla died Feb. 22, 2000.
He was born in Olalla, where he lived all his life.
Mr. Anderson served in the Marine Corps. He was veteran of the Korea War.
Mr. Anderson had worked in construction operating heavy equipment.
He was a member of the Port Orchard Eagles and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. VFW.
Survivors include his wife, Leona; three sons, Larry of Bainbridge Island, Gary of Port Orchard and Rick of Bremerton; one daughter, Lori of Olalla; two brothers, Don of Fairbanks, Alaska, and Dale of Olalla; one sister, Jeanette of Las Vegas; and seven grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned for 2 p.m. Saturday at Harper Evangelical Free Church in Port Orchard. Arrangements are under the direction of Oakwood Hill Funeral Chapel in Tacoma.

Gene Spearman
Billie "Gene" Spearman, 71, of Poulsbo died Feb. 23, 2000, in Poulsbo.
He was born Nov. 21, 1928, in Little Rock, Ark. He was raised and educated in Little Rock.
Mr. Spearman moved to Poulsbo in 1976. For eight years, he owned and operated a store in Poulsbo, Sporting Goods, specializing in fishing rods he made. He sold the store and retired in 1984, continuing to make fishing rods and recondition lawnmowers at his home.
He was a member of the Sons of Norway and the Poulsbo Eagles.
He married Henrietta "Hank" M. Forey in May 1971 in Torrence, Calif.
Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Cindy of Greenwood, Ark., Deborah of Oklahoma, Lynne McIntire of Poulsbo and Leslie Blakely of Seattle; one sister, Willamae Dodds of Arkansas; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is planned for 1 p.m. Sunday at the Sons of Norway in Poulsbo. Arrangements are under the direction of Poulsbo Mortuary, The Stone Chapel.0224

Tyke Rue
Eunice E. "Tyke" Rue, 75, of Port Orchard died Feb. 16, 2000, at Harrison Hospital.
She was born April 26, 1924, in Winlock to Joe and Pearl (O'Harrell) Vales. She grew up in Winlock and Seattle.
She married Albert Noehl in 1944. They were divorced. He preceded her in death in 1985.
She married Roy F. Rue on May 21, 1960, in Port Orchard. He preceded her in death in 1969.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include one son, Danny Noehl of Port Orchard; two daughters, Virginia Pinard of Tacoma and Mary Rue of Bremerton; one sister, Mary Walsh of Port Orchard; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by a son, John Noehl.
A memorial service is planned for 1 p.m. today at Rill Chapel, followed by inurnment at Sunset Lane cemetery in Port Orchard.
