Margaret Jones
Margaret "Irene" Jones, 79, died Nov. 30, 1998.
She was born July 19, 1919, in Spokane.
Mrs. Jones was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include four sons, Fred Roberg of West Seattle, Dan Roberg of Salem, Ore., Kim Laird of Spokane and Scott Laird of Bellingham; two daughters, Pat Smolich of West Seattle and Jill McGowan of Poulsbo; a brother, Albert Diehl of Spokane; two sisters, Julie Manion and Harriet Diehl, both of Spokane; 16 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Dec. 2 at St. Olaf's Catholic Church in Poulsbo.
Johanna Wyatt
Johanna M. Wyatt, 54, of Poulsbo died Nov. 30, 1998.
She was born May 30, 1944, in the Netherlands to Dirk and Maria Meyerink. She was raised and educated there.
She was a member of the Holland American Club and Christ Memorial Church.
Survivors include her husband, Robert A. Wyatt; three sons, Scott, Robert and Justin of Washington and California; a daughter, Desiree of Washington; four brothers, Frans, Hans, Gerry and Johnny Meyerink, all of the Netherlands; three sisters, Dicky Langhelkel, Carla Veldhuis and Loes Wieger-Schreur, all of the Netherlands; and two grandchildren, Matthew and Molly Wyatt, both of Stanwood.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Dec. 2 at Miller Woodlawn Funeral Home.
Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Dec. 3 at Christ Memorial Church in Poulsbo. Interment
will follow church service at Reflection Lot 15, space 7.
George Perry
George Joseph Perry, 48, of Port Orchard died Nov. 29, 1998.
He was born Sept. 30, 1950, in Portsmouth, Va., to Leo and Margaret (Brady) Perry. He was raised in Bremerton, graduating from Star of the Sea Catholic School in 1968. He later attended Olympic College for two years.
Mr. Perry worked as a house painter for Covert Painting, painting custom homes on Bainbridge Island until his retirement.
Survivors include his companion of 20 years, Sharon Ostrem; his parents; three sons, Leo Jr. and John, both of Port Orchard, and David of Tacoma; and two sisters, Marge Lent of San Ramon, Calif., and Susan Kneer of San Francisco.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 2, with rosary following at 6 p.m, both at Lewis Funeral Chapel. There will be a private funeral Mass.
Interment will be at Miller Woodlawn cemetery.
Arrangements are by Lewis Funeral Chapel.

Chris Camacho
Chris Anthony Camacho, 19, of Port Orchard died Jan. 27, 1999, at his home.
He was born April 24, 1979, in Millington, Tenn., to Roy and Patricia (Ada) Camacho. He was raised in Guam. He graduated from South Kitsap High School in 1997.
He was a student at Tacoma Community College in Tacoma.
Survivors include his mother, Patricia Ada of Guam; his father and stepmother, Roy and Keiko Camacho of Port Orchard; a daughter, Janika of California; two brothers, Roy of Guam and Thomas of Port Orchard; a sister, Sarah of Port Orchard; his grandparents, Angelina Palomo of Guam, Antonio Ada of Guam, and Cristoral and Trinidad Camacho, both of Port Orchard.
A service will be conducted in Guam.
Arrangements are under the direction of Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home at Rill Chapel.
Lawrence Newman
Lawrence M. "Speck" Newman, 79, of Willapa Valley died Jan. 27, 1999, at his home.
He was born Dec. 29, 1919, in York, Neb., to Lawrence and Cecil (Russ) Newman. He was raised in Napavine and graduated from Washington State College in agricultural science.
On Oct. 19, 1942, he married
Erda L. Watson in Tacoma.
He began work for Prince's Dairy in Port Orchard in 1942, and began farming in 1950. In 1968, he moved to Raymond, where he continued farming.
Mr. Newman was a member of a worldwide fellowship faith and a lifetime member of the American Guernsey Cattle Club.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Ned and Pat, both of Raymond, and Joe of Belfair; a daughter, Sue Honan of Gig Harbor; a brother, Wayne of Sunnyside; a sister Beryl Newman of Napavine; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by twin sisters, Erma and Roseth; and a grandchild, Brock Newman.
The funeral service is set for 11 a.m. Jan. 30 at the Lebam Elementary School in Lebam. A vault interment will follow at the Menlo cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Stoller's Mortuary in Raymond.
Lydia Collins
Lydia Michelle Collins, 19, of Silverdale died Jan. 27, 1999.
She was born June 29, 1979, in Okinawa, Japan, to Floyd and Lydia (Pabon) Collins. She was raised in Silverdale and LaMoore, Calif. She graduated from Central Kitsap High School in 1997. She was in her second year at Olympic College.
She worked as a video clerk.
Survivors include her parents; a sister, Marie Porter of Lynnwood; and her grandmother, Marie Carol.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan. 30 at Lewis Funeral Chapel. A service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 31 with a reception following, also at Lewis Chapel.
Adah Sentman
Adah Hollenberger-Sentman, 92, of Port Orchard died Jan. 26, 1999, at Harrison Hospital.
She was born Dec. 29, 1906, in Alba, Mo., to Dorsey Cleveland and Martha (Rose) Nutt.
In 1973, she married
Martin Sentman in Dallas. He preceded her in death in 1981.
Mrs. Sentman worked in associated retail for 25 years in Dallas, Texas, and then worked in the insurance department of Garland Hospital in Garland, Texas, retiring in 1973.
She was the head of the music department at the Reorganized Latter Day Saints Church in Dallas for 50 years.
Survivors include a son, James "Tex" Hollenberger of Port Orchard; and a sister, Eva Pecor of Dallas.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Feb. 2 at Rill Chapel.

Warren Starr
Warren Dean Starr, 64, of Vancouver, Wash., died of a brain aneurysm Jan. 26, 1999, in Portland, Ore.
He was born Dec. 1, 1934, in Springville, Utah, to Warren and Faye (Cardon) Starr. He was raised in Springville. He received both a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from Washington State University, later obtaining his doctorate degree from the University of Idaho.
In 1995, he married
Merrill Beattie in Vancouver, Wash.
Mr. Starr served in the Army from 1955 to 1963. He started as principal at A.C. Davis High School, moving on to become deputy superintendent and then superintendent. He was superintendent of Yakima Public Schools from 1975 until his retirement in 1994. Following his retirement, he served as president and general manager of KYVE public television in Yakima.
He was a member of Rotary, United Way, St. Elizabeth's Medical Center and the YMCA.
Survivors include his wife; his mother; a son, Warren of Yakima; three daughters, Doreen Cartwright and Rachel Vincent, both of Silverdale and Melanie of Walla Walla; a brother, Alfred of Yakima; a sister, Mary Ann Gass of Boise, Idaho; eight grandchildren, Tiffany, Anthony, Audrey, Courtney, Jordan, Taylor, Victoria and Morgan; and his former wife, Ione Helde.
Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Jan. 29 at Ross Hollywood Chapel in Portland, Ore.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Jan. 30 at the First Congregational Church in Portland.
There will be a private interment at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are under the direction of Ross Hollywood Chapel.

Ileene Creson
Ileene J. Creson, 80, of Bremerton died Jan. 27, 1999, in Bremerton.
She was born April 22, 1918, in Alberta, Canada, to Frederick and Julia (Engel) Rosin. She was raised and educated in Sherwood, Ore., graduating from Sherwood High School in 1936.
In 1941, she married
Donald O. Creson in Bremerton.
Mrs. Creson was a member of Lutheran Ladies Aid, the Altar Guild, past president of the VFW No. 239 Garden Club and a member of the Memorial Lutheran Church since 1941.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Janis Smith of Edmonds; two sisters, Ida Hess of Sherwood and Dora Kramer of Tigard, Ore.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Feb. 1 at Attrell's Sherwood Funeral Chapel, with interment following at 3 p.m. at Saint Paul's Lutheran Church cemetery, both in Sherwood.
A memorial service will be on Jan. 30 at Memorial Lutheran Church in Bremerton.
