Beverly Anne Randall
Beverly Anne Randall, 49, of Selah died Friday at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Randall was born in Enumclaw, Wash. She lived in Washington state all of her life and lived in Selah for 12 years.
Survivors include her mother, Connie Christensen of Wilkeson, Wash.; her father, Donald Randall of Buckley, Wash.; a brother, Mark Randall of Virginia; two sisters, Donna Hoey of Sumner, Wash., and Terri Jackson of Buckley, Wash.
No services are planned.
Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Theresa Marie Dunn
Theresa Marie Dunn, 74, of Yakima died Friday.
Mrs. Dunn was born in Brooks, Minn. She worked as a bank teller for Bank of Yakima and later People's Bank before retiring in 1992.
She is survived by her husband, James Dunn of Yakima; two daughters, Debbie Dunn of Kennewick and Donna Harker of Klamath Falls, Ore.; a son, Dale Dunn of Zillah; a sister, Noella McCafferty of Union Gap; and 10 grandchildren.
At Mrs. Dunn's request, there will be no funeral service.

Jack Lane Owen
YAKIMA – Jack Lane Owen, 87 of Yakima, passed away Thursday, June 22, 2006 at Good Samaritan Nursing Home.
Jack was born July 31, 1918 in Pineville, MO to William and Grace (Skaggs) Owen. He served in the U.S. Army from 1943 until 1945, earning a Purple Heart and three Bronze Stars.
He married Hazel Daley in Goldendale on Oct. 7, 1954. They made their home in Toppenish where he worked for Del Monte for over 30 years. In 1998, they moved to Yakima, where Jack lived until his passing.
Jack enjoyed gardening and loved Fluffy, his dog.
He is survived by his wife, Hazel of Yakima; four daughters, Wanda Owen of Lacey, and Sandi Damson of Yakima; Shirley Purdy of Sunnyside, Bonnie Head of Yakima,; two brothers, Don Owen of Scottsdale, AZ and Dan Owen of Yakima; a sister, Gail Day of California; 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Ronald Humphrey, a brother, Alan Owen and a sister, Mabel Gawtory.
Viewing will be held Monday, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. at the Zillah Chapel of Valley Hills Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, June 27 at Lower Valley Memorial Gardens in Sunnyside.
Janna D. Treat-Gibson
GRESHAM, OR -- Janna was born on Sept. 3, 1921 in Flippin, AR. She was the daughter of James L. & Ruth Mears. In 1954 she moved to the Cowiche-Tieton area of Washington where she raised eight children.
Janna died in her daughter's home on June 22, 2006 after suffering a stroke on May 12, 2006. A graveside service will be h eld on Monday, June 26 at 10:00 a.m. at Terrace Heights Memorial Park in Yakima, WA.
Janna is preceded in death by parents James L. & Ruthy Mears; brothers Wilburn & James R. Mears; sons Miles Alvin & Lloyd James Treat; grandchildren Michael James & Cheri Lynn Treat; and husband James T. Gibson. Survivors includ a son, Gary Treat of Yakima, WA; daughters, Carl Smith of Gresham, OR, Linda Deardorff of Bend, OR, Rhonda Iverson of Gresham, OR, Barbara Herren of Camp Point, IL, and Melody Treat-Lockhart of Pocatello, ID; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters Margie Boyd of Missouri and Mary Eastham of Oklahoma; and brothers Archie & Ronnie Mears of Oklahoma.

James Lawrence
YAKIMA - James Lawrence, 85, of Yakima died Thursday, June 22, 2006.
Mr. Lawrence was born in Spokane and raised in the Lower Valley. He served in the U.S. Army from 1942 through 1946. He moved to Seattle in 1953, where he worked for Boeing for 30 years. He returned to Yakima after retiring in 1983.
Survivors include his close friends and neighbors, Bud and Doris Keagle and Don Bunten of Yakima.
Graveside service was held Monday, June 26th, 2006 at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
Valley Hills Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Rande Orr Peterson
Rande Orr Peterson, 56, of Toppenish died Saturday in Wapato.
He was born in Ogden, Utah, and lived in Toppenish for two years.
Survivors include two brothers, W. Curtis Peterson and David A. Peterson, both of Salt Lake City, Utah.
There will be no services.
Mary Leta Strother
WAPATO - Mary Leta Strother, 60, of Wapato passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family on June 19, 2006. Mary died from breast cancer after a strong and courageous 3-year battle against the disease. She was born January 9, 1946 in Yakima, WA to Dale and Naomi Huibregtse. Mary lived in the Yakima Valley her entire life. She spent her early childhood in Moxee, and moved with her family to Wapato in the 6th grade. She graduated from Wapato Sr. High in 1964. Mary was married to Daniel Scott McDonald on December 24, 1964. They have 3 children together. After Danny's death, Mary married Kelly Strother on November 15, 1975. They have 3 children together.
Mary was a devoted mother and grandmother. In her journal, Mary noted "Raised 6 happy and contented kids - raised with Christian beliefs; Surrounded by 8 grandchildren special in each their own way; Traveled to many states in the US; Able to work outside of home for 15 years to help others." Mary also wrote that she will miss the continued growth of kids and grandkids; growing old with Kelly; life discussions; trips to Mt. Rainier; walks on the Greenway; gleaning for fruit; family meals and picnics.
Mary spent many years in 4-H as a youth, capped by earning a national 4-H trip to Chicago in 1962. She continued later as a 4-H leader and volunteer at the Central Washington State Fair in Yakima for many years. Mary was a member of Parker Heights Presbyterian Church and then the Community Presbyterian Church in Wapato. She was involved as a Presbyterian deacon, elder, Sunday school teacher, Stephen's Ministry and part of the Women's Association.
Mary participated fully in her children's lives. From cub scouts to 4-H and many, many sporting events. Mary was a vocal supporter of whatever activity her children, and later grandchildren, were involved in.
Mary went to work outside the home in 1989 at Zillah Key Bank. She loved working with people who came to the bank from all over the valley. Through hard work she earned Key Bank awards and trips as well as developing cherished friendships with co-workers.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, and her first husband, Daniel Scott McDonald and her brother-in-law, David McDonald.
Mary is survived by her husband, Kelly Strother, and her 6 children, son Daniel (and Crystal) McDonald of Yakima, daughter Stephanie (and Brian) Ahlgren of Spokane Valley, daughter Suzanne (and Pat) Sims of Kennewick, daughter Gretchen Strother of Kennewick, son Donny Strother of Goldendale, and son Timmy Strother of Zillah; 8 grandchildren, Courtney, Chloe, Madeline, Patrick, Breanna, Caitlin, Melanie, Brian; her sister Joyce (and Tony) Sagare of Yakima, brother Charles (and Gail) Huibregtse of Wapato; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 24, 2006 at First Presbyterian Church in Yakima. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Susan G.
