Michael Richard Graham
Michael Richard Graham, 28, of Yakima died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2006.
Mr. Graham was born in Sunnyside. He worked as a diesel mechanic for Blinsky Trucking.
Survivors include his mother and father, Joyce Cullen and Tim Graham; a son, Jaxson Creed Graham; two daughters, Jayme Love Graham and Kaitlin Ann Marie Graham; three sisters, Kari Millar, Annette Barrette and Michelle Mendoza; three brothers, Dave Graham, Dana Cullen and Brian Cullen; grandparents, Leona and David Graham and Delores Clevenger.
Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Valley Hills Funeral Home, Yakima. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, 507 N. 35th Ave., Yakima.

Aubrey Dunnington
Aubrey Dunnington, 71, of Yakima died Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2006 at Heritage Grove Care Center.
Mr. Dunnington was born in Toppenish and raised in the Yakima area. He lived in Seattle, The Dalles, Ore., Gladstone, Ore., and Milwaukie, Ore., before returning to Yakima in the 1980s. He served in the Navy during the Korean War and worked in automobile sales.
Survivors include a son, Gene A. Dunnington of Germantown, Wis.; three daughters, Carmen Dunnington of Beaverton, Ore., Carla Dencklau of Tigard, Ore., and Lori Noregaard of Nehalem, Ore.; a brother, David Dunnington of Shelton, Wash.; a sister, Jeannie Richards of Union Gap; and seven grandchildren.
At the family's request, there will be no services. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Oregon City, Ore.
Darlene Joyce Allmendinger
Darlene Joyce Allmendinger, 65 of Yakima passed away Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2006 at Yakima Regional Medical Center.
Darlene was born in Mabton. She worked in fruit warehouses and as a home health care worker.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Allmendinger of Yakima; sons Robert & Steven Allmendinger, both of Yakima; a brother Claude Barnes of Yakima; sisters Velda Waddington, Iris Belton and Delorze Mayes, all of Seattle; and one grandchild.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 o’clock on Thursday at Tahoma Cemetery in Yakima. Valley Hills Funeral Home in Yakima is in charge of arrangements.
Maria Espinoza
Maria Espinoza, infant daughter of Carolina Espinoza and Martin Espinoza of Mabton, was stillborn Monday, Oct. 23, 2006 in Prosser.
Besides her parents, she is survived by three siblings.
Viewing for Maria will be from noon to 5 p.m. today at Valley Hills Chapel in Sunnyside. A graveside funeral will be at noon Thursday in Mabton City Cemetery.

Mildred "Millie" L. Purdy
'Our Loss, Heaven's Gain'
YAKIMA - Mildred went home to be with her heavenly Father on October 22, 2006 in Yakima, Washington.
Mildred was preceded in death by her loving husband Melvin and son Dick. She is survived by six children; Bonnie Vernon, Rohnert Park, CA, Ken Simmons, Longview, WA, Stan (Dar) Purdy, Camano Island, WA, Cindi (Rich) Williams, Spokane Valley, WA, Dezi (Dan) Browne, Longview, WA, and Jim (Betty) Purdy, Zillah, WA, thirteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Mildred loved singing, dancing and listening to country music and western movies.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Yakima. Many thanks to Yakima Hospice and Summitview Healthcare Center for their wonderful care of our Mother.

Donald Knopff, Sr.
Donald Max Knopff, Sr. passed away on October 19, 2006 at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Knopff was born in Tacoma on February 18, 1932 to Max and Ethel Knopff. He grew up in Federal Way and married Joan Rawson.
Mr. Knopff served in the U.S. Army. He worked as an electrician for IBEW.
Mr. Knopff is survived by two sons, Don Knopff Jr. and Greg Knopff; by a sister, Lorraine Lounder; a brother, Ron Knopff; a daughter-in-law, Diane Knopff; by three grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon and Sean Knopff; and by a great-granddaughter, Amaiya. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Knopff, and a son, Terry Knopff.
Graveside services will be held at Mountain View Cemetery in Auburn, Washington. Valley Hills Funeral Home in Yakima is in charge of arrangements.
Dwayne William Appleby Dwayne Appleby
YAKIMA - Dwayne William Appleby, age 45, passed away on October 20, 2006 in Yakima.
He was born in Yakima on September 9, 1961 to Donald and Delores Appleby. He attended Robertson Elementary and Franklin and Davis High Schools, and worked in his father's orchard.
Dwayne was an outdoorsman who loved fishing, hiking and camping. He loved music, especially old-time country greats like Hank Williams. He especially loved cooking, and was very good at it.
He is survived by his parents, Donald and Delores Appleby, of Yakima; his brothers, John (Leonor) Appleby, Randy (Connie) Appleby, David Appleby and Joe (Linda) Appleby, all of Yakima; by his nephews, 'Little John' Appleby, Eric Appleby and Mike Appleby, all of Yakima; and by his niece, Jessica Appleby.
At the family's request there will be no services. A private family get-together will be held at a later date. Valley Hills Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
