Francisco Antonio Espinoza, age 86, of Bellingham, passed away Monday, June 14th in Bellingham.
He was born in Conejos, Colorado, on December 5, 1917 to Francisco Antonio and Rosabel (Lobato) Espinoza.
During World War II, Frank served in the U.S. Army and helped build the Yukon Highway.
Francisco married Jean Moore in Ferndale, on June 25, 1991.
Frank worked as a carpenter at Boeing for 35 years, finally retiring in 1980.
He was an active parishioner at Assumption Catholic Church.
He loved camping, hiking, traveling, and football.
Frank is survived by his wife, Jean of Bellingham; son Ron and wife, Carley Tolotti of Bellingham; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial may be made to Hospice of Whatcom County, 800 E. Chestnut Suite 1C, Bellingham, WA 98225.
Visitation will be held at Westford Funeral Home on Thursday, June 17th from 12 - 5 PM, followed by the recitation of the rosary at 7 PM.
Funeral Services will be held at Assumption Catholic Church, Friday, June 18th at 10:30 AM.
Burial will follow at Hollyrood Cemetery in Shoreline, Washington, at 2:30 PM.
Leona Geraldine Marsh

Leona Marsh, age 74, of Bellingham, was born July 5, 1929 in Winnipeg,
Manitoba, Canada to Leo and Lady (Skorish) Wiles.
After leaving Winnipeg at the age of eleven, Lee grew up in West Vancouver, B.C., with her parents and sister, Norma.
Here, they enjoyed spending time swimming on Thunder Avenue Pier.
Lee was preceded in death by her father, Leo Wiles in 1980, mother, Lady Wiles in 1986, brother-in-law, Robert Sissons in 1993, and grandson, Griffin Carlson in 1998.
Lee is survived by her husband, Al Marsh; her sister, Norma Sissons of Parksville, B.C.; daughter, Carla (Frank) Carlson of Cameron Park, California;
daughter, Janis Maracic of Seattle; daughter, Cindy (Brian) Belka of Redmond; son, Jim (Diane) Marsh of Bellingham; niece, Vicki (Patrick) Simpson of Parksville; nephew, Doug (Debbie) Sissons of North Vancouver; ten grandchildren, Brett, David, Lance, Blake, Derek, Grant, Hailey, Zack, Olivia, and James; and 3 great-nephews, Trevor, Adam, and Colton; and great-niece, Danielle.

Jordy Hagen, age 85, of Bellingham, was born March 12,
1919 to Mayer and Anna Hagen.
Jordy served in U.S. Army during WWII, as part of the Women’s Air Corps.
She was an LPN and worked at the Veterans Hospital in Long Beach, for many years.
She is survived by her brother, John Hagen of Bellingham, sister, Dagney Kienholz of Indiana, nieces, Susan Leonard of California, and Penny Kotte
of Montana, nephew, Dan Hagen of Bellingham, and numerous other nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at Merrill Gardens on Wed., May 19 at 10:30 AM.
Harold Vernal Walton

Harold V. Walton, age 89, of Bellingham, was born June 17, 1914 in Raymond, WA, to Ada and Harry Walton.
Harold’s family moved from Raymond, to Bellingham, during his high school years.
He graduated from B.H.S. and launched his industrious working career.
Walton Fruit Co. was formed in 1931 and later, changed to the present Walton Bev. Co. in 1937 when he was awarded the Pepsi and 7up franchise.
Harold passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital. [cut off]
Elenor Kay Hysell Tate

Kay Tate, most recently of Bellingham, Washington, passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2004 at St. Joseph Hospital.
She was born November 15, 1939 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Doris and Harley Hysell.
She married Robert V. Tate on August 12, 1961 and relocated to Hemet, California, in 1966.
While in Hemet, Kay was very instrumental in assisting Dr. R.V. Tate, M.D. build a successful family practice.
She was active in local community service organizations, particularly the Hemacinto Assistance League, as well as being a valued member of the Exchange Club with her husband.
In 1997, Kay and Vic retired to Bellingham, Washington, to enjoy the beauty of the Northwest and spend some quality time with each other.
Kay loved to travel with her husband through the United Stated and Canada in their motorhome and her favorite pastimes were doing crossword puzzles
and shopping for her family.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Robert V. Tate of Bellingham, Washington; daughters, Vickie Lynn Clark and husband, Jim of El Paso, Texas, and Valerie Sue Tate of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Alexis Morgan Clark and Mitchell Thomas Clark; and brother, Larrie Hysell of Midwestcity, Oklahoma.
Memorials may be made to the Hemacinto Assistance League.
A Memorial Service will be held at Westford Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 15th in Bellingham, Washington.
Grace Elizabeth Fullner

On November 22nd, 1911, a little girl was born in Boulder, Colorado.
Her parents, Henry & Mable (Blanch) DeVisscher, named her Grace.
Grace Elizabeth Fullner, age 92, of Bellingham, passed away on April 20th, 2004.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William “Dutch” Fullner; her parents; son Jules Henderson; sister, Celeste DeVisscher; and brothers, Gene & Robert DeVisscher.
She is survived by her brother, George DeVisscher (Billie, Companion) of Bellingham; sister, Julia Caldwell of Santa Rosa, CA; children, Alma Pollard
(Jerry) of Lynden; Lila Lafferty (David) of Pensacola, FL; Ann Henderson-Hays (James) of Deming; Bob Henderson (Kathy) of Deming, Glenda Keehn (David)
of Apache Junction, AZ; eighteen grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
A seventy-year resident of Whatcom County, Grace was a member of the Catholic Daughters, an assistant catechism teacher, and a life-long member of Assumption Catholic Church.
She was a very loving mother and grandmother, artist, avid gardener, and a lover of animals and children.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
