Rosie Lee Brown
4/8/1928 - 2/15/2005
Rosie Lee Brown, age 76 of Custer, WA
born April 8,
1928 in Oklahoma to Perry & Ethel
(Cutter) Crawford, and was one of 12
children. Rosie was known for her
unique style; especially her cowboy
boots. She enjoyed reading books and
researching family genealogy. Rosie
was a very independent woman and ran
Rose Buds Wicker & Shell Shop for many
years in Blaine. She enjoyed
woodworking and even made improvements
to her own house. Rosie loved to
travel, often to the beach or on
cruises with her siblings. Rosie had a
big heart and always looked out for
others.
She was preceded in passed away February 24,
2005 in Bellingham. He was death by his first
wife, Blanche Carter in 1984, infant
son David, and daughter Diane.
He is survived by his wife, Marian
Carter; son Bill (Bobbie) Carter of
Bellingham; daughters Bonnie (Clint)
Molitor of Kent and Barbara (David)
Green of Bellingham; brother Joe (Betty
Jean) Carter of Redmond; sister Vivian
Oster of Boise, ID; and 8
grandchildren. The family wishes to
thank granddaughter Jeanie Reimer for
all her special love and care for Bill.

Senior Center, 315 Halleck Rd,
Bellingham, WA 98225. A Graveside
Service will be held Tuesday, March 1
at 2 PM at Bayview passed away March
5, 2005 in Bellingham. Bob was in
excellent health and born December 4, 1914 in Evanston,
IL to Roger & Margaret (Lake) Foote.
Bob earned his undergraduate degree at
Yale in 1938 and his Law Degree at
Harvard in 1941. On June 14, 1941 Bob
death by
his wife, Barbara, in 1999. He is
survived by his brother J.R. Foote,
daughters Markell (Nick) Kaiser of
Bellingham, Robin Foote of San
Francisco, CA and Holly (Peter)
Schloerb of Amherst MA and
grandchildren Brooks Kaiser, Max
(Sarah) Kaiser, Sarah (Aaron) Brand,
Jane Kaiser, Emmeline Kaiser and Amy
Schloerb.
Memorials may be made to the American
Museum of Radio & Electricity, 1312 Bay
St., Bellingham, 98225. Memorial
Services will be held at St. Paul’s
Episcopal Church on Wed., March 9 at 11
AM. A reception will follow at the
home of Nick & Markell Kaiser.

Julia D. Beech born to Chris and Lizzie Johansen
in Slayton, MN. She was preceded in
Cemetery after which
there will be a reception back at the
