Mary B. Aardal, 97, born July 19, 1908 in San
Francisco, CA to Aldrich and Josephine
Fox, the fifth of eight children. The
family owned and operated the Golden
Eagle Dairy in Fife, WA, which became
Model Dairy, one of the best-known and
progressive dairies in the western part
of Pierce County. Mary died in 1995
and Mary moved to Bellingham in 1997.
Survivors include children, Robert
(Sharon) of Bellevue, WA, Richard
(Ginnie) of Vaughn, WA, James (Jody) of
Aurora, CO., Kathleen (Bob) Kelln of
Bellingham, WA and eight grandchildren
and two great-granddaughters and
special niece Bonnie (Gene) Baxter of
Marysville.
Memorials may be made to Queen of
Angels Catholic School, 1007 S. Oak St,
Port Angeles, WA 98362 or a favorite
charity.
There will be a Private Service at
Calvary born in
Seattle on Dec. 25, 1908 to parents
John and Ida Reynolds. She spent her
childhood in Bellingham and Vancouver,
B.C. Margie’s first job after
finishing school was with Woolworth’s
Department Store in Bellingham. She
married Francis Widic in 1985 and the
couple celebrated their marriage with
extended family on a tour of Europe.
They continued traveling during their
marriage, visiting Mexico, Europe,
Hawaii, and Alaska. Margie enjoyed
gardening, cooking, and
entertaining.
She was a talented hostess; weddings,
bridal showers, birthday parties, and
holiday celebrations were frequently
held at her home. She was adored by
her staff at Woolworth’s and was known
for her sense of humor and kind and
generous spirit. Margie never
hesitated to help those in need
without expecting anything in return. She
lived each day to the fullest and her
personal motto was “I’d rather wear
out than rust out.” Margie was preceded
in Cemetery in Ballard on Mon. Oct. 23 at
1 PM.
Eric A. Lindquist
7/19/1910 - 6/6/2006
Eric A. Lindquist, age 95 born July 19, 1910 in New
Westminster, B.C., Canada to Carl and
Wilhemina Lindquist. Eric worked for
and retired from Mt. Baker Plywood.
His talents include playing numerous
instruments and woodworking. He had a
great sense of humor and loved to
tease. Eric really enjoyed horseshoes,
and even built a horseshoe pit in his
backyard. After Matilda “Mattie”
death by daughter
Pennie Davis in 1990 and wife Mattie
in 1995. He is survived by
grandchildren Kelli (husband Ernesto)
Lopez, Belinda (husband Tim) Sullivan,
Jeffrey Davis, Neil “Skeeters” Davis
and Garrett Davis, all of Whatcom
County, great-grandchildren Sarah,
Eric, Anthony, Timothy, Bryant,
Elizabeth, Hailey and Baby
Sullivan “on the way.” Also survived
by close friend and neighbor Wayne
(wife Bunny) Winsauer.

Life Remembrance Service will be held
at Westford Funeral Home on Monday,
June 12, 2006 at 1 PM with Pastor
Wayne Winsauer officiating, followed
by a reception across the street at
Westford’s Broadway Hall, 1300
Broadway.
