Jerome 'Jerry' Jerowski
8/12/1942 - 12/17/2007
Jerome “Jerry” Jerowski went home to
be with his Lord and Savior early in
the evening of December 17, 2007. He
was held in the arms of his wife and
children, surrounded by their love,
when his long battle with cancer
peacefully ended.
Jerry was married June 15, 1963. The following
year the first of their five children
was passed away
December 17, 2007 at home in
Bellingham. He was married Dolores Lockhart on June 28,
1958 in San Jose, California. Al was
an active member of the Church of the
Assumption where he volunteered as a
Eucharistic minister for the homebound
and ushered at Sunday Mass. Al was also
a lifetime member of the Knights of
Columbus. He enjoyed growing African
violets, fishing, and spending time
with his family.
He is survived by wife Dolores Franco
of Bellingham, daughters Janis (husband
Loren) Clapp of Bellingham and Dolores
(husband Jesse) Silva of Lynden, sons
Albert “Happy” (wife Yadira) Franco of
Spain, Mark Franco of Hawaii, Darren
(wife Charmaine) Franco of Hawaii,
grandchildren Ryan, Travis, Pualani,
Keanu, DiAnna, Albert III, Sarah,
Carter and 3 great-grandchildren,
brother Damien (wife Judy) Franco,
sisters Melinda and Lorraine Franco.
A Vigil Service will be held at Church
of the Assumption on Friday, December
21st at 7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial
will be held at Church of the
Assumption on Saturday, December 22nd
at 2 PM with Fr. Scott Connelly
officiating. Reception to follow at the
Church.
Lorrell Bernice Rensink

Lorrell B. Rensink joined our Lord
Jesus Christ on Dec. 17th, 2007. She
was born January 15th,
1976 in Albuquerque, NM to Ron &
Carolyn Drinkwater. Peggy is survived
by her husband Chad Loreen of
Bellingham, her parents Ron & Carolyn
Drinkwater of Camano Island, WA,
Grandpa Billy Drinkwater of Prairie
City, OR, Chad’s parents Reenie & Jim
Loreen of Bellingham, WA, her siblings
& their spouses, Ted & Lisa Drinkwater
of Ferndale, WA, Teri & Doug Johnson of
Snoqualmie, WA, & Amy & Scott Trail of
Patuxent River, MD. Peggy was a loved
auntie to ten nieces & nephews, and was
loved by numerous aunts, uncles,
cousins, extended family & many
friends. Peggy grew up in Albuquerque,
NM, Tucson, AZ, Battle Creek, MI, Osan
AFB, Korea & Des Moines, WA, where she
graduated from Mt. Rainier High School.
She attended Western Washington
University and went to work for
Comcast. She was presently working on
her journeyman’s license as a
plumber/pipefitter with the UA Local 26
in Mt. Vernon, WA. Peggy loved the
outdoors; hiking, biking, rock climbing
(El Capitan among others), hang gliding
& paragliding, all with a large network
of friends. She & Chad loved their dog,
Marge and their cat Blackie. A Memorial
Service will be held on Sunday, Dec.
23rd at 2 PM at Westford’s Broadway
Hall, 1300 Broadway, with a potluck
following. Family & friends are welcome
to come celebrate Peggy’s short but
full life. Memorials may be made to
Living Legacy Foundation, 11245 SE 6th,
Suite 100, Bellevue, WA 98004, to
further organ donation education.
Ethel Birdine Tolles
1/9/1920 - 12/20/2007
Ethel B. Tolles, born to
Murray and Frances Sherman on January
9, 1920 in Bonner's Ferry, Idaho.
Ethel had two brothers and one sister,
all who have passed away; James
Sherman, Gene Sherman and Edith
Decker. She is survived by her
children; Daughters, Penny Downs and
Betty Taylor (husband, Robin) of
Prineville, OR; son, James Green (wife,
Kass) of Lacey, WA; six grandchildren
and six great-grandchildren.
She was a waitress at Margaret's Café
and Mastin's Drive-Inn and the
Horseshoe Café which she retired from.
Her interests included Country Music
and reading books.
A Graveside Ceremony will be offered at
11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 27, 2007
at Greenacres Memorial Park.
