Lucille Frances Reule

Lucille Frances Reule born October 5, 1910 in Jessie,
North Dakota to Marion and Annie
Wilkinson. She graduated from Valley
City Teachers College in Minnesota and
began her teaching career in North
Dakota where she met her husband Harold
Reule. Harold and Lucille moved to
Washington in 1945 where they raised
three children. Lucille resumed her
teaching career in Bellingham at
Assumption School, where she taught for
19 years. She continued her
education and in 1967 she received her
BA in Education from Western
Washington University. After retirement
she enjoyed volunteer work and
traveling with Harold. Lucille was
active in Catholic Daughters of America,
St. Joseph Hospital Guild as well as
the Bellingham chapter of AARP and
Senior Citizens Group.
Lucille was preceded in Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations

Carolyn Ruth (Stolp) Kunesh

Carolyn Ruth (Stolp) Kunesh born June 23, 1928
in Aurora, Illinois to Ray and Virginia
(Foster) Stolp. She death by her
parents, a brother Foster Stolp and by
her husband.
She is survived by her sister Marjorie
Portner of Aurora, IL, daughters Linda
and Christine both of Bellevue, sons
David and wife Maggie of Poulsbo,
Charles of North Bend, and Thomas and
wife Laurel of Bellingham, and six
grandchildren, all of whom will miss
her dearly.
Memorial services will be held at
3:00pm Sunday, October 13, 2002 at
Green Funeral Home in Bellevue, WA.

Kathleen Federal Zoro
3/12/1916 - 10/9/2002
Kathleen Zoro born March 12, 1916 in Regina,
Saskatchewan, Canada to Lawrence and
Katherine Federal. She death in 1984.
She is survived by her sons Eugene Zoro
and wife Peggy of Bellingham, WA and
Gregory Zoro of Des Moines, WA.
At the family’s request, no services
will be held.
Ernest Eugene Nolte
2/4/1920 - 11/3/2002
Ernest Eugene Nolte, lifetime resident
of Whatcom County, born February 4, 1920 in
Everson, WA to Ernest C. and Eva
(Pritts) Nolte. He graduated from Mt.
Baker High School in 1937 and attended
WSU for two years. Ernest death by his
parents, Eva and Ernest Nolte and a son
Ernest Bruce Nolte.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn
Nolte; daughters, Judy and husband Bill
McCormick, Mary Nolte; sons, John Nolte
and wife Glenna, Steve Nolte and wife
Stephanie; a brother, William Nolte and
wife Tanya; 11 grandchildren and 7
great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Westford
Funeral Home 12:00 to 5:00pm
Wednesday. A Celebration of Life will
be held 2:00pm Thursday, November 7,
2002 at Nooksack Advent Christian

Robert Edwin Evans
8/8/1936 - 11/2/2002
Robert Edwin Evans, age 66 of
Bellingham, WA, born to Merle and Nora Evans in
Medford, OR on August 8, 1936. Robert
and his family moved to Bellingham from
Hood River, OR to work at Intalco
Aluminum in 1966. He worked there
until retiring in 1982. He will be
greatly missed by his family and many
friends.
He was preceded in death by his
parents, Merle and Nora Evans, and his
brothers, Merle A. and Charles Vern
Evans.
Robert is survived by his loving wife
of 46 years, Judith Evans of
Bellingham; a son, Bob Evans of
Bellingham; daughters, Susan and
husband L.G. Nelson of Vancouver, WA,
Patricia Willis of St. Petersburg, FL;
a sister, Sue Sass of Edmonton,
Alberta, Canada; 7 grandchildren, 3
step grandchildren, and 2 step great-
grandchildren.
At Robert’s request, services will not
be held. Burial will be at a later
date in Cascade Locks, OR. Memorials
may be made to a charity of your choice.
